I had $150 refund coming and they did not give me my refund because of they was closed when the people from the other U-Haul told us to return it by 4:00 but they close at 3:00 we tried to do the picture and download but our phone will not let us download it and he did not even try to offer me any of my money back or tell me what it was that I owed just took my money I'm very unpleased

The one star poor rating is not the Tyler st location. It is the U-haul reservation and personal experience thats a one star poor rating. First I needed a uhaul truck close to the location I was doing my business. The online reservation showed a location, let me pick a vehicle and confirmed it. Next day I get a call from Silvia that the location did not have the truck I needed. She said a location close buy would have the truck. I just asked then why was I able to reserve a vehicle at the location I wanted and it was confirmed. Now is when I do not care for peoples attitudes. Silvia said I was a tier 2 and that my reservation was not guaranteed. WHERE! on the online request does it show Tier 1 or Tier 2.? I did ask why the change and received the disgust response for just asking. The reservation was made 3 weeks before I needed the truck. I go to the new location Silvia had told me to go and they do not have a truck. The person said the truck was still under contract till the 2nd of July. Hmm, this is the 29th of June. The person at Kevins auto did a great job calling customer service and helping me get a new reservation 8 miles away. Now at 0,79 cents a mile, I think if a company gave a care for customers why increase the cost on me for their failures to hold their end of the contract. Poor business practices with proof. Now I go to the THIRD location and meet Mrs. White. She was awesome in taking care of the reservation. The truck was NOT clean, smoke smell and ashes in the cab. I sent the photos in as proof and no response. The back was not clean and smelled of dog sh*t. I would not recommend any uhaul location because of the poor customer service, condition of the equipment and overall experience. National level company that is sub par in their performance. Someone needs to go back to the original way uhaul was a great company.

I have to that U-haul should except GREENDOT as a debit card. It is a reloadable card as well as a card to be used for paychecks to be loaded on the card stop the hate against loadable cards at least you know there will be money on the card. 梁臘‍♀️臘‍♀️

The location didn't open on time at 9am. We had a tight time line to pickup our load by 11am. We barely met the deadline.

There was a combination lock on the uhaul & I was not aware of it as I went to Home Depot to pick up my stuff I notice it was lock so I called the uhaul place but they were closed so I poroceeded to call the help desk I was on hold for over an hour unfortunately Home Depot was closing so I had no choice but to bring back the uhaul cuz I was no longer able to use it so far it's been 2 days & I haven't gotten a refund back I was never able to use the uhaul horr

Had. Low tire when picked up. Tire ended up going flat about half way to the destination which I had a time frame I had to meet and of course I didn't make it and no one could make it to help me in time. I ended up not getting the job done and wasted money and lost money because of this and not only that got charged a ridiculous amount for not sure what all plus had to pay for some charge from years ago that I don't believe was legitimate either

It was just a storage facility, not really a Uhaul location to recommend to anyone. The one person on duty was helpful, though.

I had a problem with my truck during the rental. I attempted to resolve it on location with the representative there, but she did not have the tools to help me resolve my problem and recommended I call customer service instead. This is very frustrating.
