Online system takes too long to verify. I was supposed to be in a truck at 10am. At 10:03 I was checking in but it took so long I had to go inside the store and by the time all was finished it was 10:55am. I lost an hour trying to get everything verified.

This go to u-Haul in general not this location. Don't make promises you can keep. If you're going to give me a 20-foot truck, then give me a 20-foot truck. If it's not available, let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly.

Everyone was very friendly, efficient and extra helpful. Things went very smoothly, and the price was very reasonable. I was a little confused about the check out process where I had to take pictures of the truck, etc but a nice man working there helped me out.

It was a great experience ! Five stars all around. The person at the desk was kind and professional, explain clearly my options, and worked with me on changing the type of vehicle based ok my needs. The team outside was also polite and I was able to feel the great environment they all seem to have created in working as a team.

i find it unacceptable that it cost me $226,58 to drive from Quebec to Florida, and then be charged $657,94 to drive from Florida to Quebec. This is difference of over $400.00. I find that the priced charged by Uhaul Miami was inordinate, especially given that I then had to pay to buy a safety pin that was not included with the trailer

The light on the van's empty tire panel was on and the grumpy employee said the light was broken. As I was in a big hurry, I couldn't wait because with his bad mood he would do it reluctantly and make me even more late. How can you have a car in your fleet like that? Besides, it was a manual van and it smelled bad. In short, it was a bad experience.

The truck was unbelievably dirty, filled with insects and spiders everywhere, and smelled of feces. It was absolutely disgusting and I feel like I probably got some kind of disease while sitting in it.

The technician did a rush job. Thank God I inspected the vehicle before leaving the premises. There should be 6 bolts attaching the hitch to the vehicle undercarriage; there were only 5. The panel inside where the wire harness was connected was not put back into place. The wire harness was dangling. The technician who did the work was gone. I pointed out my findings to the assistant manager who rectified these issues. Buyer beware.

Big shout out to Denise, she's a gem. Always ready to assist in whichever way possible, even when she's limping she'll take the time out to walk with you to your unit. She's a huge asset to the company reason when I stated with U-Haul this long. Thanks for all you do.

Employees are not aligned with delivering a quality service. They have a terrible attitude. You system is not customer friendly; I had to go to a different storage in Doral (40 minutes away) and then back to the North Miami facility in order to store my items. Webpage (My account) does not register the current sotarge rental under my name, which makes it impossible to make an online payment.

Staff was rude and completely uninterested in helping customers. The young lady that helped me seemed like she was struggling to keep conscious and had little interest in being there. When we had an issue with the keypad to get in we were admonished by a very annoyed front desk worker who told us we weren't using both keypads. The issue was no one told us there were two or that they needed to be used together or in what order. We were supposed to guess. When I asked if she could just check the code in case it was the code so I wouldn't have to come back she said just use both keypads as though she couldn't be bothered. It's a good thing your business model is based on demand and need as opposed to customer service and sales ability. You'd be bankrupt and out of business otherwise

When we first arrived, we were told our storage locker was at another address completely (incorrect). Multiple times when we visited our storage locker we had to ask staff to move their car as it was blocking the loading door. 4 days prior to my storage unit expiring, I called their office, told the man who answered the phone that i would like to extend for another month, and he took my credit card number. A week later a woman called me and said my payment was overdue, and threatening me with late fees and lien fees etc etc. It turns out the man had only processed "the insurance owing on the first month" (~$10). I had been told upon original check in that this was included in my first free month. When the woman processed my 2and month rental payment, she charged me 2 lots of insurance. ******I would like 1 of these refunded please******
