All the staff members were very unprofessional! The only people that were very responsive were all the guys that worked getting the equipment back. Besides that this was a horrible experience everyone making reservations seemed like they did not know what they were doing!

This location is un organized, they over charged me. I went less then 11 miles. I returned the truck in perfect condition. They charged me.an Extra $12 for 3 gallon of gas that I didn’t even use.

I had mentioned to the staff member i was in a rush and her response was, " what's wrong with people", "don't bring your negativity here" . I had the worst and last experience with this company that over hires staff to stand around and give their paying customers attitude. Im actually in the moving process and was planning on renting a truck there but after this i will never do any business with uhual going forward. I will make sure i share my experience with friends and peers.

If I had more time, I would have used any other company. The first time I went to this location I was given a quite for a 15 ft truck for $99 and 30 miles. The associate was slow, and incompetent. I kept asking questions to verify the information she was giving me because it seemed like half the time she was making up answers. When pressed on one of her responses, she would ask a supervisor. I was told the price above for a 1day rental. I told her I needed to drive 210 miles and asked if there was a charge for those miles. She replied I can’t tell you how many miles are included until you actually rent the vehicle. She asked if I wanted to “pretend rent” and put all my information in to see how many miles I get. She took my DL and Cc information and told me it would be $99 and 267 miles would be included when I gave her the address I was going to in Sarasota from Miami. The paper quote she printed out said $99 and 30 miles included. When I asked if that was a mistake and why it didn’t say 267, she said “ignore what it says on the paper” and the price is correct. I made the reservation and asked is there a reservation number I needed? Her response was that I will get a call the day before from someone who would tell me exactly where to pick up the truck from and where to return it to, because she couldn’t provide that information. She gave me a phone number to call in case they didn’t call me by 4pm. I felt uneasy about the whole experience, so I called Uhaul customer service. The agent was courteous, but informed me I had no reservation under my name or phone number. (Had I not called, I would have had movers waiting on the day of the move, with no truck!). She arranged the reservation and the price was a mandatory 2 day rental charge for $400 even though I was only driving 200 miles and would return the same day. This is unethical. When I rent any other vehicle, I pay for the time I use it. So I was extremely unhappy that I was originally quoted $99 and now had to pay 4x that amount. I got a confirmation email at least, with where to pick up the truck and it was at the same place I got the horrible lack of service. I went that morning to pick up the truck. My reservation wat at 10am and my movers were arriving at 10:30. There was one associate at the desk and a line of 6 people before me all waiting for vehicles. When I got in line the associate asked someone standing around to see if someone could come help her with the line. Another associate eventually came over with no sense of urgency or service. She was talking to one of the truck maintenance men behind the counter and laughing while we were all waiting, and after about 5 minutes, decided to help with the line. All cc terminals had “out of order” hand written on a piece of paper taped to them. They were manually entering our cc #’s. This made me feel very uncomfortable! I will research far in advance of any move in the future so I never have to use Uhaul again

Long wait time to get going. When reserved the truck, I called the Uhaul main line. The lady who helped me offered me 15% discount and made the reservation for me. When I got to the store, they didnt apply the discount and I had to accept what ever they charged me as I had movers waiting for me at my house! Very disappointed.

Uhaul agents by the name of Amanda joseph the manager winter cole was here while the agents was giving attitude and she did not take over neither offered help to take care of the situation This is beyond poor customer service, everyone was eating McDonald’s at the counter while taking care of clients

I think that it should be stated that only customers with a reservation will be attended. any other will have to wait till all reservations are clear. I say this because for you to make a line and wait an hour to see a front agent and be turned away bc you dont a reservation and get turned away or asked to step aside because you dont have one is kinda of unprofessional as it is time consuming for both the customer and the agent. i dont think is fair to make a line and then asked to wait for the next 5,6,7 customers to be seen before you when you have been waiting your turn. give the customer the choice to stay or leave by announcing this information in the beginning not the end.
