Was told they would prorate the days I owed after I got my stuff out of storage.and when I went to turn the lock and key in they charges me for the whole month, I owed from the 27th of August to Sept.5 . They said the computer would not let them.prorste but they said over the phone that they would

When my second reservation fell apart due to a system glitch, the owner of U Keep Key, came in from her home, on her day off to assist me and make sure that I was able to get a truck. I would recommend this business to friends for customer service every time!
Brian BThese people were extremely accommodating and friendly. They were present and onsite and even helped jump my car. Would certainly recommend someone using their location, but overall will likely use a Penske truck next time due to issues I had outside of their location.
