Excellent customer service
Eileen PMy rental was supposed to be the 24/7 so that I could pick up at 8 am. However it was converted to an in person pick up for some reason and I had to wait an hour in the parking lot until they opened at 9 am. I called uhaul and they blamed the pack and ship place for not setting it up the night before. The pack and ship guy blamed uhaul for not sending me the code. So I have no choice but to be annoyed and simply never return. What a waste…

Luther MThe truck was filthy on the outside, even though I did the pre-pick up stuff it still took 30 minutes to get the truck from arrival time, I also ordered 10 moving pads and paid for them that I never got. It was a pretty poor experience if I'm being honest.
