Patricia HI waited 45 minutes for assistance which threw my plan for the day off. This is the second time I used this location. The first time I got charged for gas that I paid for and the company refused to reimburse me. The manager was extremely kind and friendly. Staff was extremely kind as well.
Adriane HWe got told to leave by the end of the month because they were closing down. The elevator was broken so we had to carry everything down the stairs. Meaning we had to leave some of our items because they were simply too heavy to carry down. Then we were told we were going to a new location. I thought this meant we would pay as usual the first of the month just to find out we got sent to a whole different company.

Giavanna GEric was the best of this entire experience. However, I was given another charge when returning the vehicle and there was extra gas that I was told could not be deducted from my total bug there would have been no problem adding a charge if I has not put any gas in the vehicle at the return. And I was not notified prior to getting to the place to p/u the vehicle that they didn't have a dolly. I had to go all the way to the Bronx for a dolly . I recommend anyone to find another truck rental company.

Patricia HEmployee behind the desk was asleep when I showed up, and did not wake up to help me. Then who I assume was his wife had to help me. The vehicle was covered in dirt and scratches, and the passenger side mirror was cracked and basically unusable. Even the alley where the vehicles were parked was full of trash. Worst Uhaul experience I have ever had.

Andrew WEverything was great except the app for drop offs when the office is closed. The app barely worked for me which messed up the drop off experience for me. The location and the person (Adam iirc) I had help me was absolutely perfect.

Lisa MIt's the 2nd year that I use this uhaul location for moving and they're always been great. Vehicle is always there, little wait time, and returning is easy. Staff has always been nice and officiant!!

ANGEL AThis is my second time renting from this location. To be honest, Adam was the reason I came back to this location. Adam has a great personality and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. He was polite, courteous, and very professional. If I need a UHaul again, I will definite come back to this location.

ANGEL AEverything was good until I returned the vehicle and was told you don't give credit for a full gas tank. Everyone else does, and I feel it's imperative you change this practice. It's not fair to the customer. Of course, you charge people when gas tank is less than when vehicle was taken out, why should you not give credit for tank that's fuller than when vehicle was taken out? It's looks cheap and you taking advantage of customers.

PORFIRIO CI have rented from this location 2 times now because in the site it shows it opens at 8:00 am. The first time the person from the office showed up 49 minutes late. There were 5 people waiting to get vans. This last time he was late again (same person) 25 min. Last time at this place, if I have to wait, I may as well go to a closer location to my house even if they open at 9am.

Abdelhay EThe service was horrible. The person taking care of me, had music coming out of his phone and putting my information into it as he's doing it. The vehicle itself was completely filthy. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in over two months it's still had over eight receipts on the dashboard For side street parking the vehicle had cracked glass on the side. It has dents all over the vehicle and the back door had two bullet holes I've been renting from U-Haul for over 20 years from different states and this is the first time that I was completely disappointed, and I was told there was nothing else available for me. The person that took care of me was not customer friendly at all. I think his name was David but I could be wrong. By the way the vehicle was in need of an oil changed it kept popping up on the dashboard. It's so sad for a company like this. Who's been around for a long time let this go on, I will never use U-Haul again

Jordan LU-Haul let me rent a unit that was not available. I had to call around with a uhual full trying to find storage. Hooray for Manhattan mini storage. 110/1 highly recommend.
