Dropping off equipment was a complete nightmare that took actual hours and 4 locations. Will never use uhaul again.
Jessica RobertsMake sure the tank is ACTUALLY full. I drove 13 miles and when I went to fill it up, it took 4,9 gallons. No big deal really, except that that means I'd have less than 2,5 miles to the gallon. I don't believe it.

Steve SmithActually have equipment available when it has been reserved. I showed up in Auburn to pick up a trailer I had reserved. The person I booked with had reserved the wrong date after being told the correct date several times. Two hours later I finally found a smaller trailer at a different location. Service and organization was terrible.

Bridget GrabaThe building didn't look open and the driveway was terrible. When I returned the uhaul, I could not wrap around the building (like I was told and did when I picked the uhaul up) due to a car wash that opened once the uhaul place closed on Saturday.

Bobby HowardHad a pick up time of 8AM. Had to wait as the representative was not at work yet. Truck was OK but the fuel was nearly empty. Drove directly to gas station and it took 39,2 gallons and $110 to fill. Had no furniture blankets or the transport trailer that I had ordered. Had to drive to another dealer to get the trailer and blankets. Very unhappy!!
Peter SwyersAllow customer selected pick up location. I chose a pick up location due to the availability of also getting supplies. When my reservation was confirmed, I had to pick up the supplies at one place and the trailer at another.

BRyan PowersMr. Marty Stokes went above and beyond any customer could ask for. He operates an exceptional UHaul rental service which places his customers before his needs. When I was in a bind he went completely out of his way to accommodate us in order to get the trailer so I could meet my college daughters move out date. Without his willingness to go out of his way we would have been in a serious situation. A huge THANK YOU to the manager!!!

Theresa HudsonI picked up my equipment from U Save Cars in Auburn, Alabama, 3 buildings down from UHaul. I did get the dolly I requested and nobody there knew how to connect the trailer, fortunately I knew. I signed zero paperwork. When I had my trailer tore blowout, uhaul did not have me as even renting a trailer. Problem was resolved but still, annoying. Do not let U save in Auburn Alabama rent you equipment. Oh yeah, the one guy who sort of had a clue, couldn't guide me on trailer properly. I've used UHaul a lot and will continue, but will only go to UHaul stores or I will not use your company.
Kevin SloanThere were pieces of styrofoam in the trailer. It had not been swept out. They sent a link upon renting to me rather than my husband. It expired before I could inspect it (I was at home). Husband returned with no written paperwork so we assumed the contract sent to my email would suffice in case of issues.

Jordan HillThe check out process was very lengthy. Despite filling out the online form, the person at the check out had to take 3 photos of my drivers license and was very slow in handling everything. The man answered a phone call and was on the phone for over 15 minutes, and did not assist me in attaching the trailer, only signalling for me to wait. Even though I said that I was in a hurry, he did not appear to make any effort to be more efficient or helpful. The area where the trailer was parked was inconvenient - on a steep slope with a few other vehicles that half obstructed the access. This was very poor customer service indeed.
Tamara WebbThe hand-off to U-Save was poor. If I would have known this I would have walked-away. I thought I rented from U-haul - this experience was not expected. It worked but from the check-in process to having all the equipment the experience was not smooth. Systemization was terrible.

Jason GillelandThey are extremely disorganized. The office is a dirty and messy. The staff has very poor customer service skills. They would start helping someone in the store, then answer the phone and switch to helping that person. The line for assistance was extremely long. And the wait was long as well. Then the truck was blocked in with other random cars. We were asked to try to 'squeeze' it through the cars. We refused and made the employee move it for fear of hitting other cars. I did not know I was renting from this location. I had rented from another Uhaul 2 doors down a month earlier and they were great. I will certainly not rent from this location ever again. They should not represent Uhaul, as it is a bad representation.

David andrewsTires had no tread in the back. Tires should be checked and changed when necessary... Parking lot is way to small It is hard to back uhaul out without almost running into place where they wash vehicles (structure) Mobile check in is difficult to use and sometimes does not work. It is not a seemless process.
CHARLES FERGUSONThe over all experience was very bad, when we got to the original location we had the reservation for the truck was not there so we had to call and find another location to get the truck we had reserved 2 weeks prior. This also put us an hour behind schedule on our moving which was not ideal. Other then the very helpful ladies that we talked to on the phone and the lady that helped us at the second location we had to drive to, this was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
ETHAN HITICall ahead and make sure they have your reserved item waiting for you. Didn't have the greatest experience renting from this place. Then waited on hold for 30 minutes to the UHaul 800 number and never got to talk to anyone. Not our best experience .

KEITH COXWe brought back the trailer one day early and only used one package of the pads and the woman who ran the office was not interested in giving us a refund. She said, call 1800Uhaul and see if they will. I called and kept getting transferred back to the same person over and over. They are obviously not interested in giving a rebate for any time or equipment that is not used, to be careful about how much time you request because if you bring it back early, you are not going to get a refund.
LOLA JORDANThere was only one person working in the office and when I arrived she was outside. I waited 20 minutes before she came in...you need someone in the office at the times people are scheduled to pick up their trucks. But the truck was great and new!
SUSAN DURHAMHad to drop and manually move the trailer I rented back into the return space because the "help" decided they where on break and did not want to do it. There own personal vehicles blocked any easy access so the trailer had to be dropped and manually moved to be retuned and fully checked in. Never again from this place!!!!!

HANNAH WHITEHEADI had to park my car in a trash parking lot which ended up my car full with insect. I would never ever go back to there again. I would need a truck in 9 days but i made a promise not to use Uhaul again.
