The people at this location are extremely helpful and friendly! They hooked up the trailer and checked everything and I didn't lift a finger!

Anton MVan was very old, didn't even have a usb to charge a phone. Then it started to rain and every time I pressed the brakes the van slid I almost got I to a few accidents. Horrible experience from the start.
Julio CI think it is good to set the customer to pick up trucks closer . That way we do not drive extra miles and pay more. But anyways its a good deal . Thank you very much for this service . This is the third time i hire it in 6 years.
Giuliano BNo issues. Quick in and out both on the pickup and return. Normally, I get a confirmation call 24hrs in advance when renting. This time, I had to call to confirm the reservation as I was planning to pick up first thing in the morning and didn't want to scramble for another trailer in the event they didn't have it. Maybe it was because the trailer was rented out for the day and due back that night so they were not able to 100 % confirm until the unit was returned.

Ali BThe reason for No on whether the the equipment was clean and well maintained is because the trailer did not have a trailer hitch jack. This is a heavy trailer. How do you expect and average size person to lift this trailer onto a truck hitch? This is dangerous and I was shocked that a jack was not included. I had to use a bottle jack to lift the trailer hitch high enough for me to put on the ball hitch of my truck. Someone could easily get hurt.

Robert DI've rented multiple times here. Vehicles have always been available at the time required, pickup and drop off always quick with no issues. Will continue to rent from this location due to the convenience and service.

Peter AThe pickup process was satisfactory as the equipment was ready on time. The issue is that the employee did not advise us that the location would be closed when we returned and that we should have the UHaul app downloaded beforehand. The app is fraught with issues and returning the truck took 20 minutes. We will never rent from this location again.

I rented a car carrier trailer from the "U Store It" of Jefferson NJ, we got there early just before they opened and someone was there to greet us and took care of us right away, it was the easiest it could of been, the return was just as easy. Merci.

Susan TI dropped the truck off very late at night the same day I traveled to New Jersey. It was very dark and difficult to see in the parking lot. It was impossible to get good pictures because it was so dark.

CHRISTOPHER SHave a customer service that can actually help. I had trouble with the APP trying to pick up this rental and tried using the chat with us who said I had to call roadside assistance so I called and they said I had to do it all in the APP and they couldn't help. Luckily the owner came to work early and was able to provide customer service and get me on my way. U-Haul corporate rating POOR. Location rating EXCELLENT.

Jenelle EThe drop off procedure was not expalined to me. I received a text instructing me to go to a link when returning the truck which was going to be after hours. I was trying to fumble through the process late at night, by myself (I'm a woman). I just wish I was told about this and a quick explanation. I wasn't sure if I even did it correctly.
Diana PNever recommending a uhaul ever again. If you reserve a trailer you should get the trailer. Not get forced into a smaller one 45 minutes away and they get a truck and forced to pay more.

Mark MWhen picking up a vehicle after hours, and there is no clarification as to what to expect from the app questions, one can be suddenly confronted with questions that are not previously explained, such as the need for an additional second verified phone number. Luckily my son answered the phone. If not, I would not have been able to proceed in a critical timely fashion. I felt that the app was not user friendly and poorly designed. The video presented is not complete!A complete walk through of the app by video would be very helpful for every customer.

David EMy only comment is that the 4 pin connectors seem a tad long to be usable by some vehicles, but luckily I was able to use a 7 way to 4 way adapter and move along.

BRIAN PThey made a big mistake with my bill after I dropped the 10 foot truck off. A big overdraft will happen with my bank, which is a problem. Sunday nobody was there of course at the U-Haul building so now I have to wait to get the money back. I called them this morning Monday.
terry dLocation was 10/10, however, the online check-in process was a nightmare. I kept getting either "resource not available", 404, or "Server unable to respond" throughout the entire process. I had to keep hitting refresh repeatedly until I got to the next screen in the process.
