I went yesterday to rent this Dolly and got treated very poorly by this young girl. Some other guy with long hair first was helping me so he says. He first told me I was denied and totally gave me someone elses paper with someone else name on it. So now I know the guys business he was right next to me. He got denied. No privacy whatsoever. Then this girl came out and told the guy working there to not rent it to me because im the other guy standing there family. Like really? Maybe you should have customer service classes for these people you hire. I will not be going back and will also leave a review so people can see that your profiling people and letting others know about others personal information.

We found a sealed condom wrapper in the driver's seat. Other than that, the unit was very clean.

Nothing!! The 2 representatives that assisted us were extremely professional, efficient, friendly and personable. They were fast and efficient and we were on our way in a matter of minutes. The entire facility, including the restrooms, was very clean and well maintained. We had a great experience overall. Thank you for hiring such a great staff.

Online pick up took an hour to get through verification process. Should be able to verify ahead of time. When verified code for keys failed to appear. Had to wait more minutes on customer service to get keys.

Worst customer service ever. Fuck George he said he was cleaning "stuff" for over 40 minutes and kept the office locked when I was clearly Trying to drop off the truck Fuck Jorge or George trash ass customer service never going to u stor it ever fire that loonatic

I will never use your company again. Your website is subpar, your app is an absolute war crime and your terrible outsourcing to sub contractors is a huge mistake. I wish I could event a new curse word to describe your utter and total failure in customer service as well. Rot in hell.

A short run through of how the truck works and tips to have a smooth move (mirrors are locked, put dolly face down in the truck, gas mileage should follow the meter, etc.). Minor details, overall great experience!

For first-time users, using mobile phones to pick up and return the car is too cumbersome. The service of the staff is also very rude and impatient. I am not interested in trying again.

Nothing everything's ok. Except for the price. I see the ads was $19,95 rent per day plus mileage. But we rented it $19,95 per day plus mileage.
