Had my belongings delivered from AZ. spent thousands of dollars. had to do most of the delivery myself. The entire process was a disaster. The box was in storage for three months during the summer break from college. The location could not get the process of auto payment correct until the final month. When it came time to pick up the box, we arrived at the location and were told that the u-box was not at the location and we must go to the warehouse location. Then after emptying the box and turning the equipment in. I was still charged for the equipment because the location failed to mark the equipment as turned in. So the takeaway is next year, when it's time to store my daughter's stuff during the summer break, I will be looking elsewhere.Christopher E.
I'm sure that that can be Ubox location is very busy with many orders however my experience as a customer was subpar. After making the reservation, if I had any difficulties or questions, it was very hard to reach customer service or I was talking to employees who might have been new and were unable to provide valuable assistance. I left voicemails I sent emails for resolving My issue.This led to me being overcharged for over five months even after my service contract had ended. The unexpected costs of the U-Haul experience obstructed my already very tight finances. Although I will use U-Haul services again I am skeptical about using a U-Box or any other monthly services.whitney N.

Communication. None at all. I was under the impression my boxes were being stored at the location I was working with which was Queen Creek location on Hunt Highway and said they would be there. Then was moved to Tempe without my knowledge. Waited 4 days for my boxes to get which was Monday. No communication from U-Haul on what was up with that until I called after being on hold for an hour. My belongings finally arrived on Thursday. U-Haul called on the next Monday to ask if my boxes are ready to be picked up I told them yes they were scheduled to be picked up Tuesday morning. When I got home from work Tuesday night they were still sitting in the driveway had to call Wednesday morning I was told that the pickup couldn't be complete and was pushed back to the next day still no call from U-Haul to let me know that. Overall was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul I won't be recommending or using U-Haul again. Still waiting on a call from a manager from that location. The situation probably would have been a lot better if I was communicated with that way I didn't have to deal with so much inconvenience of having to reschedule help with unloading my boxes.Amy S.
The box arrived in Evanston days late and I did not receive the credit that was shown in your internal notes. At some point the cube must have been dropped as there were many broken items. Not the experience that I saw on the example of the smoothness of the truck. Per the notes on the cube, it went from AZ to NJ then back to IL. The Evanston staff was great, I had not been informed that I had to make a reservation to unload there and they explained. I never met the AZ people as the cube was delivered and picked up when I was not there. They didn't put in the correct spot and it was a pain getting it loaded. If you review the notes, it was supposed to be right in front of the front door, and they put it on the side of the house. I wouldn't really recommend this to anyone.Laurie A.
It was horrible trying to work with your customer service people to get my boxes to their location on time. They changed my pickup date without contacting me and then the boxes came days later than even that new date. I'd made very specific plans to ensure that I had help in a new city the day the UBox was SUPPOSED to arrive, but instead, I had to spend hundreds more dollars having the thing unpacked by movers because of the delays. This location DOESNT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. It's business hours. There's no answering machine, no being put on hold. Just rings 6 times and hangs up on you. It's infuriating. This was one of the most disorganized transactions I have ever dealt with. The date to pick up the boxes from the 1st house was delayed multiple times, the day to drop off the boxes at the second house was delayed even more times than the first. The website wouldn't allow me to make changes in an attempt to correct my dates and I ended up having the same conversation with 4 different people on 4 different days after hours of time spent on hold to communicate the address of the second house. No one person is to blame, but the scheduling system is very flawed and needs addressed. I would have been better off loading up my car and driving back and forth to the houses 20+ times. Not to mention the compensation for the delays has yet to hit my account. I have been and will continue looking for a refund. The saving grace was the support staff who fought an uphill battle against the tracking system. They were very accomodating.. After countless phone calls, I was finally able to get my belongings back.Kole S.

My box was good hands however I was not told that they moved my box from Sun Lakes to Tempe and I only found out about it when I went to make my monthly rent payment. I should have been notified and I had to call Tempe U-haul to find out why my U-haul box was moved. Was told my box had to be moved due to space and warehouse in Tempe was larger. My U-haul box was delayed a few days, I had arranged for my box to be delivered on 2nd, did everything Friday 30th of July. They said they tried to call but I didn't get a message they tried calling my work, they had wrong number and I don't work weekends and they had my cell number. This was all through scheduling and traffic for U-Haul box. I did get my box on Wednesday, I understand they had some problems, things happen communication was a little chaotic. I did get an email from Tempe U-Haul indicating I was late on my rent, he never got a message or was notified that my U-Haul box was being delivered. I had to tell him I got my box delivered to me. For the most part, U-Haul took care of my personal belongings and using U-Haul box was easy and my stuff was delivered and stored just as they said it would be.Elizabeth G.

This survey was tricky to fill out based on the questions. Le personnel était-il sympathique et serviable? Depends on who you talked to! Did the containers arrive on time? They were late being delivered in Phoenix, and on time in MN - but only after several conversations and involving executive leadership. Did the service work out as planned... mostly. It was great to have the containers packed up and make their way to the destination while we waited to close on the new house. Were there issues with U-Haul? You bet!! Left with a short window to load the containers due to equipment malfunction, notifications that delivery was going to be delayed by more than a week and most agents not knowing why or how to assist. Would I recommend? Cautiously I would, don't expect perfection, renting trucks is what this company knows how to do. Providing a service is a whole other ball game and they are still figuring it out. They did resolve the issues we had along the way, so at least if you run into concerns, they seem to step up - with a little pushing.Sean M.

The process was an absolute mess and deceiving 1. On website it states that â€œpaying for helpâ€ , however this is only for delivery of the ubox, and not loading the ubox, which is what it advertises on the website, no different to the customer than if uhaul would deliver the ubox. VERY DECEIVING, thankfully the private company was very good and easy to work with 2. â€œGuaranteedâ€ delivery date, this is not true, I was called several times stating that the ubox would not be delivered on time, and that a new â€œguaranteedâ€ delivery date was set, this is literally the opposite of a guarantee. I had scheduled plans to be out of town for work when the box was now going to be deleivered. I was told at this point that the box would be picked up on a Saturday, not only was it not picked up, but was then texted by automated system to set up a pick up on the following day. When I callled, was â€œguaranteedâ€ to have it picked up the next day (Monday), this did not happen and I called Tuesday, was transferred several Times and then told that â€œthe scheduler will call you to set something up later todayâ€ . I WAS NEVER CALLED. I called back the next day, and was told â€œI don't know what happenedâ€ . The deceiving wording combined with the poor customer service has made me , a multiple time user of uhaul rethink this , and will not use uhaul services ever again, and as a physician who sees large amounts of people daily, will recommend against the use of uhaul.Jacob P.
Our U-Box was scheduled to be delivered 6/26/2021. The U-Box finally arrived 7/27/2021. It was obvious that our container was left out in the AZ heat for an extended period of time (items actually melted). We were also deprived of our goods for over a month. Some items we had to replace out of necessity. It will be a long time before I consider using U-Box to move again. On top of everything else, the Everett facility that I picked up my U-Box at had a very rude person in the retail store. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I also saw her put people on extended holds while I was waiting to pick up my box. The people working at the warehouse (in Everett) were exceptional and should be commended for their customer service!!Chris K.
Kept getting charged a storage rental fee on my credit card up until July. I had my stuff delivered in April?? When I had my card stop payments they finally contacted me. We were at your site on 7/3/21 at 3 pm. My girlfriend has been storing two boxes there and had wanted to access those two and also load up a third one with additional items. Based on previous experience, we had expected to have both boxes available in a shaded area under a tarp at the east end of the storage facility. When we arrived, we found only one of the boxes available, not both. There was also no empty box there to start loading that. Thirdly, the one box was out in the open sun in 108+ degree heat. We had to flag down an employee to bring out the second box and to provide the third (empty) box. When asked why the 2nd box was not available, we were told that they close at four and they had already moved the second one back inside. When the empty box was finally brought out, we were unable to open it because it was bolted shut. When I told yet another employee that we can't open it because it's bolted shut, his response was, yes, it's bolted. Amazing insight on his part. In addition to all that we had to work in the plain sun, and if you have never done that, please try it yourself, it was painful. All in all, the entire experience was way below sub-par and very disappointing. My girlfriend had had previous visits at that same location and had found the employees more than willing to help and to go out of their way to be of assistance. You must have changed at least part of that crew because the ones we had to deal with yesterday were seriously lacking the necessary customer service skills to be of proper help to a customer. After submitting this feedback via email to your service email, we were contacted back by Sheria who told us that she had created a case for this event and that we would receive a call back from a manager by the name of Heather. Sheria also told us that they were available from 7 am until 7 pm on weekdays. Heather did call back and left a phone number. I visited the storage site on 7/27/21 around 4:30 pm and was told that Heather no longer worked there. I then called her on 7/28/21 around 5 pm and briefly spoke to her. She didn't even let me explain the issue, cut me off in mid-sentence and told me that "I have no clue what you are talking about and I'm not even in front of a computer. You'll have to call back another time". That was the end of that phone call. I don't know what YOUR understanding of good customer service is but it certainly is not ours. Your opinion is highly appreciated but frankly, I'm not holding my breath...Gloria M.
Customer service was horrible I was over charged 300 $more for staff mistakes on top of the double charge they first made then my whole reservation was earesed! Upon entering the building, staff belittled our questions about the U-box. The person we worked with did not discuss how long we had access to our U-box or the expected time it would be sent to our desired location. We were under the impression we had unlimited access to our box for three whole days as said in the FAQ, only to find out the hard way that was the not the case. Calling U-haul support they expressed we should have unrestricted access to our unit even after office hours. Upon arriving to drop off our final load, our U-box was nowhere to be found, we had to come to the conclusion it was put back into the facility forcing us to wait to pack our items the following morning. When talking to the facility the next day, the staff explained it would take an additional hour and a half for us to gain access to OUR U-box. This messed up our departure time and made our travel extremely inconvenient. We are looking into possibilities to change our u-box to be delivered to our new address as dealing with the U-haul facility turned into a nightmare. We should have paid extra to not deal with the terrible staffing, misleading information, and slammed timeline we had to endure. I wish no future customer has to experience this level of bad customer service.Brandon V.
Absolutely REDICULOUS!! UBOXES were delivered FIFTY MILES away from where they were supposed to be delivered. There they sat for THREE MONTHS while we called and emailed and called and got nowhere trying to figure out how to get them to our city since we have no car after just moving across the country!!! UHAUL NEVER made it right!! Then we make arrangements to FINALLY get to our boxes and 2 days after we call and make an appt where they are, they UP AND MOVE THEM to a completely different town WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING US?!?? WE ARRIVE at the 1st place our boxes were delivered with a rented Penske truck only to be told THEY MOVED THEM THE DAY BEFORE to another location that needs TWENTY FOUR HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE about 30 Miles away!!!! We lost NO LESS than 250 $on the Penske truck and the moving help we hired that day. UHAUL is still trying to charge us on top of all of this?!? YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT SAYS YOU HAVE TO PAY US 50 $PER DAY EACH DAY THAT OUR BOXES ARE NOT DELIVERED ON TIME. They were supposed to arrive IN MESA AZ on May 19th....THIS IS JUNE 10TH AND THEY WERE JUST MOVED FROM SUN CITY where they sat for 3 months, TO SOMEWHERE IN TEMPE NOW?!? You do the math!!! But I'm pretty damn sure U-Haul owes US some freaking money instead of the other way around!!! We left countless voicemails, sat on hold for COUNTLESS HOURS trying to get ahold of just ONE competent employee that could help us and get our UBOXES actually delivered where they were supposed to go TO NO AVAIL!!!! I sent more than THIRTEEN emails to customer service over the last 3 months WITH NO RESPONSES EITHER!! This is completely unacceptable U-Haul!!!! I fully expect to be called by someone way high up in the ranks at U-Haul and I will be hiring a lawyer if our "Bill" you keep trying to charge my card for isn't wiped clean!!! At this point I don't even care about the money you still owe us but I'll be damned if my credit gets hit with this shit because I've been working for 3 years on it and this is nothing short OF UHAULS FAULT!! 100 % ON YOU GUYS FOR MESSING THIS UP!!!! My family barely survived this pandemic only to be taken down by UHAUL of all people and companies?!?? SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THIS AND FAST!!! We were moving across the country and the night before the delivery of our uboxes, they called and left a message past 7 p.m. that they would no longer be there the next day, but the day after. The day after, they were hours late when we had our moving help already arrive. The lady who dropped them off was very sweet and had nothing to do with the delay. Uhaul's communication was incredibly poor. Our uboxes were then delayed for drop off. The morning of where were expected to arrive across the country, I got a voicemail that they were delayed again. They were 10 days late. The communication was very poor. The amount of days late is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend Uhaul containers to anyone if you need them by a specific time, because it is unreliable.Darlene S.

I called to access my boxes at the original location I was told they would be stored at, Sun lakes in chandler. When I called to schedule a time to pick up I was told I needed to give 24hrs which was not what I was told when I originally set up the boxes. I was also told that my boxes were moved to the Fairmont location and I was not notified. When I set up my time for 11:15 to pick up, the rep had placed to reservations one for pick up and one for access only. When I arrived at noon, my box was still not ready to go because they weren't sure which one it was. Instead of calling to verify they just did nothing until I got there. I would not recommend the U Box process to anyone as it is not an easy process to access your items.Bryce L.
Incredibly poor experience. I initially received someone else's ubox when I was supposed to get an empty one to load. When they got me a new one, the dimensions were different than advertised (it was 4" too short - they all are apparently). Once all of this was finally sorted out, they called me the day they were supposed to pick up my loaded container to tell me they wouldnt be able to make it. On the receiving end, my things arrived and the New York office delivered it without issue. After that however, I have been repeatedly charged for that original ubox that wasn't mine. The charges total in excess of 1 000 $and it took many hours on the phone and over a week to get my money back.JUSTIN K.
Very challenging to call into UHaul. Right now, you are still charging us rent even though the units have not been in your storage for 3 weeks. We can't get anyone on the phone who can fix it. (and you want to create lien on the "overdue" payment). Also, when I called to pick up the UBoxes I said....1) will they have them ready? answer: yes (2) so, they will have them down from the storage areas and ready for us? answer: yes (3) will they have them on the trailers ready to go when we arrive? answer: yes. Guess what? NONE of that happened. We were there for 45mins to an hour waiting. Were the guys in warehouse nice and respectful? yes. That was the only positive thing I can say about our Uhaul experience. I can also go on to tell you that when I first called in I got quoted one rate. I already complained to the manager- but the driver Stephanie was awful. She got lost finding our house, demanded that she found our house (she hadn't) and said there was too much construction. Wouldn't listen to directions or cooperate with trying to figure it out. Said have a nice day and hung up and THEN LEFT OUR BOXES AT THE WRONG LOCATION which in turn meant that the driver the next day had to go on a hunt to find them. Absolutely horrible service from her. The driver the next day, Brianna, and the manager on the phone Jenna/Becky? we're wonderful and the only reasons that I gave a decent review.Avril K.
Where to begin - First off, we don't even have our boxes yet. They were guaranteed to be here today, they're in the same city that they were in weeks ago. Secondly, no one knows why our boxes aren't in PORTLAND instead of PHOENIX, nor can they tell us when our stuff can be expected as the contract states. Our receipts are sent in individual TIF files? What the hell. Use PDFs. Trying to keep track of the information for this order on our side is hard enough, but it seems like NOBODY knows what is going on with our order. Awful.Jess R.
The woman who I was working with admittedly said she dropped the ball on having my box delivered on time because of â€œtechnical issues.â€ I called a week prior to my box being delivered to make sure it was delivered on a certain date and then it ended up being 4 days lateâ€¦ was supposed to be there Saturday and then didn't get there till Tuesday because then they also had issues with their truck being down. They did resolve the issue somewhat with a full refund of the delivery fee after I requested if there's anything they could do (50 $refund was offered first) and then they called back to issue the full refund.Hunter B.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a national chain business and I've been doing business with Uhaul for years. I've been lied to, given the run around, and dealt with total incompetence. I made arrangements a month ago on May 13th to have my belongings moved from Phoenix Az to Evanston Ill and yet I am being told that you're all booked up. I filed a complaint with Sarah on 6/5 (ref#3213352) and she told me that I am not supposed to have to go other locations when I've already designated a location. I spoke with another manager (Janice) that sent text messages to me on 6/8/21 and assured me my boxes would be at the Evanston location on June 12th for me to pick up. I spoke with rep from the 800 national number today 6/11 and he said the items were on Dempster. I called the 800 number again and spoke with Coco (Id# 861454) and she told me that she'd get it taken care of only to come back on the phone line and say there are no drivers in Chicago because they're all booked up, but I was under the impression I had booked one of those appointments on May 13th Now I have movers scheduled for 6/12/21 that I am paying by the hour and I am not sure I can contact them to say my items are someplace else because it is after hours here. I have filed another complaint (ref#3223213), but I will never ever do business with UHaul again. I feel as though I should be reimbursed for the extra expenses & distress that this caused me.Kathy G.
It was easy to reserve the box and get it loaded up -- I was able to book online quickly and seamlessly. However, it was much more difficult to schedule my box to be picked up. I couldn't do it online (I couldn't even see the details of my box online) and so I had to call. When I called I wanted to have a mover go pick up the box and move it for me, so I then had to be transferred and left a message for the movers. The uhaul person I talked to entered in my ubox delivery wrong. She put that I was loading a box to be stored rather than picking up a box from storage to be delivered to my apartment. So when I got in contact with the movers, they were under the impression they were coming to my apartment first to pick up the box, the correct thing was they needed to go to the storage facility to get the box. Finally, the movers had no idea where the storage unit was located -- there was no location detail in the ubox reservation information they received. So I was on hold for 45 minutes to confirm with Uhaul where my ubox was so I could tell the movers. The ubox delivery system was so inefficient and it seemed like there was not one system that was integrated. I was very surprised and disappointed because the pickup process was smooth.JASMINE L.

We had to pick up our UBoxes. I called to schedule for pick up. I asked the following questions: Will you have the UBoxes ready when we get to the warehouse? Answer: Yes. So, you will have the UBoxes pulled from their locations and ready for us when we get there? Answer: Yes. Will they be loaded on the trailers when we get there? Answer: Yes. Well, none of that was done. We were there for 45mins - 1hour for them to pull the boxes and get them ready. But, they were nice enough. The drop off location (Oshkosh WI-Koeller St) was TERRIBLE. The WORST service I've ever had at a Uhaul store. Impossible to get through over the phone, and when I got there on the day I had scheduled online to pick it up-Sunday 5/30 (it was delivered Wednesday 5/26), they said they didn't have a trailer available to put it on. I had left the holiday weekend open on purpose because I had the pickup scheduled. I drove 40 miles round trip to Oshkosh, and the incompetent employees wouldn't even let me get in the box to get necessary items out. They couldn't tell me when a trailer was going to be available, and couldn't reschedule a time for me to come back to pick it up; they informed me I had to wait 2-3 days to get a call from the scheduling people. I asked if I could have it delivered for free since it was Uhaul's screwup, she said that couldn't be done for another month. After I drove all the way back home, a competent employee from elsewhere called and informed me there was a trailer there all along(the workers just didn't go in the back to check), so I drove back again to pick it up. I won't even get into the fact that the jack was broken and we had to physically lift the full trailer onto our hitch(before Paul got there to assist) When I walked in the next day to return the empty ubox, one of the employees that was there the previous day asked me â€œAre you in a better mood today?â€ EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, not to mention absolutely rude. I will never be using Uhaul again because of the service I received at the Oshkosh Wisconsin location. The only saving grace is their employee Paul, who was the most helpful and kind person I dealt with that entire time. He has the customer's best interest in mind and deserves to be running that store.Claire S.

1. customer service needs to be beefed up. . .. a 40 minute wait EVERY time one needs to communicate with U-Haul is unacceptable. AND, since the website does not provide the information needed to transact business online, one MUST CALL. 2. quotes should be reviewed and verified when crossing cities/states so that the client is not forced to pay more than the quote. 3. relying on client to respond to a phone call/email within 24 hours of pickup to confirm while they are in the throes of moving is unrealistic.Nancy Ann K.
Everything went great. Especially the Athens GA uhaul folks. Customer service was fantastic. Richard managed to find us deep in the mountains of north Georgia with no trouble. Everything in the box was just as I packed it as well. I would defiantly recommend! Everyone was so polite and friendly.chuck D.

we had so many problems. we were told it would not be a problem to drop off the boxes in the A.M due to our work schedule and then were told the day before they could not. While at work the day prior I receive a message that due to not answering my phone they would reschedule at another time. Yes I called and complained and yes they squeezed us in and again that was when they would not give us a time frame. You provide way more balnkes than needed, called and asked them to pick up when they picked up the boxes. we did not have room to put in the boxes, and were told the driver would take with them, this did not happen and I had to run them to one of your retail stores to drop off. This was after we were told that the movers thru your website knew how to load these pods..... first they were 3 hours late and stated they had never loaded these before. My husband had to direct them on how to load so our product was packed carefully and would not move. Yes we had the legs on both of our dressers broken. we were able to fix the one but the other was not fixable. I will say the drop off our product and pick up the second time was much smoother.Tina P.
Absolutely horrible. The whole experience is traumatic. I would suggest the company get more organized with the system used internally and externally. I experienced issues with uhaul and so did the movers. Just a big mess.Shakkora J.
To Whom it May Concern, I am currently being charged every month for a storage unit that I cancelled months ago. I cancelled the reservation online and over the phone 3 times now (once on the day I made the reservation, once on March 3, and once on April 20), yet you continue to charge me. I have documentation of all of this, including phone recordings, which you also have access to. I have filled a customer action file that have not yet been answered. If I do not receive a call within 24 hours, I will be pursuing legal action. Merci.Taylor D.
I called to schedule shipment on 4/9 because I was told by the shipping company they won't schedule until all the boxes are back at the location. I thought they were working on the schedule since when I called back the second and third time, I was told they would call once it was set up. When I called again on 4/19, I was informed there was nothing in the system. Now it won't arrive until after 5/1. I asked u-haul to look into the issue and was promised a call back on 4/20. Never heard from them. I won't have my boxes for nearly a month after being told it would take up to 2 weeks. This is unacceptable.michelle K.
I did not receive any emails updating me where my boxes were. I also made changes to my contract that were not recorded properly. Therefore I had to call numerous time to make these changes and when pick up time arrived they were still not recorded in my contract making it a difficult experience.Kelly H.

Pods were delivered 1,75hrs after the time frame and it took 45min on the phone to find out when they would be here causing delays with movers. Pickup of pods was prompt and appreciated. Scheduling options were very limited.Sabrina L.

There were hidden charges U haul did not tell me about until after the initial price was given. There was a delivery charge they did not tell me about that was nearly 200 $. Then, after my goods were delayed over and over again, I was told there was a 300 $fee to have my goods delivered to my house. After arguing with 4 representatives I finally agreed to pay it just so I could get my belongings. However, no representatives would take my credit card. They just said we can't do that. Call this number. And it would happen again. Finally, the movers U- haul contracted with to unload my belongings agreed to accept 135 $. extra for the delivery fee. I made a check out to the movers. Now the special code I was to give the movers so they could be paid by U-haul isn't working and the movers are calling me directly for help with U-haul. I agreed to stay on a three-way call while the movers tried to connect to U-haul but the wait time was too long and I hung up. I tried 4 differrent U-haul phone numbers and the call would end immediately after I entered the number. It was if I had been blocked. The movers texted me that they would call me once they got U-haul to answer the phone to straighten out the billing code, but from my experience with U-haul, we will get no where. Never, never use U-haul box to move. It was an utter fiasco.vicki D.

Your company states that it can ship â€œanywhereâ€. Well, that is FALSE ADVERTISING! When ordering U-boxes my new address was entered, but while trying to set up delivery, I was told that my U-Boxes could not be delivered to my new home. The stress of closing on a new home, packing, cleaning and moving is tremendous, but add to that the fact that on my move day I am told that the U-boxes that I spent a week packing could not be delivered to my new home was far above and beyond any stress I have ever dealt with! I had to spend 4 hours on the phone with your company to finally get the resolution of having to pick up one box at a time and haul them to my new home myself. I cannot overstate the frustration that I dealt with on a very important and already busy day. I will not use your services ever again, nor will I recommend that anyone I know use them. The only shining star through all of this is Carol Lopez at the East Mesa storage location. She was a gem to work with and should be commended for her heartfelt customer service! The U-Boxes were dropped and picked up as scheduled, even though delivery was not. The agents that delivered and picked up the boxes were very efficient and helpful.Janete B.

This was a great experience and great way to move, especially when you are in a situation of having to pack up your house, and store all your belongings somewhere safe until your new house is ready to move into. They were extremely flexible when we had to switch our dates for our bins to be delivered, and everyone was very friendly and helpful!Nicole K.
We arranged for Uhaul ubox service and the facility lost 1 of the uboxes and has not been in touch with us since we dropped off the key to the ubox. The office completely lost the box and has done nothing to try and find it. Very disappointed and will not recommend this service to anyone.Dewey D.

On both deliveries there was delays and for the pick up there was a delay once finished. They ran into truck problems. Which I understand can happen but when the company called there was no offer to help with moving costs since the movers were scheduled for the following day. The employees that dropped off and picked up the boxes were extremely nice. I went with an extra box and still did not have enough room. The cost was excellent and would recommend you but would preface it with be prepared to wait and have them dropped off early.jessica M.

My experience was terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone. When my Ubox arrived in Columbia South Carolina I was promised a delivery date and my Ubox was not delivered until 4 days later. No one called me I had to call at least 10 times to finally get my Ubox. A lot of my items were broken. Then I was promised they would pick it back up 2 days later and it took them 5 days to pick it back up even though they kept promising it would be picked up sooner. They never contacted me. I had to keep calling and calling to get help. It was the worst move I have ever had and caused me tons of stress. Their customer service it terrible!!kimberly J.
