When I called, I often got directed to multiple centers who didn't go into the archives with my phone number so told me they couldn't find me in the system. Finally I got directed to an employee that did. The delivery in Denton TX was great, very professional. The delivery of the empty pods, ready for filling, in Buffalo, NY, was not- they changed my contract without telling me, changed the delivery date, and Uhaul Corporate wouldnt/couldnt do anything about it and never even offered me compensation after I asked. I was told I would get a call back and never did. It seems that the type of service you get from UHaul really depends regionally, and that the corporate center has no overbite and cannot help customers.

The U-box is a fantastic product. However, the operational side is horrible. From Customer service to pickup locations. (my PU location at 820-I30 in E Fort Worth is exceptional. David the Assistant Manager works hard to make sure my boxes are present when I need them.) Wish I could say the same about the rest of U-Haul. concering the U_Box. Would like the opportunity to sit down or speak to a OPS VP or higher about your process. This is my field of expertise. I have many suggestions to make the U-Box a more customer friendly and operational cost effective SBU. Alan Cunningham

The short white lady with brown hair completely messed things. She didn't set the box for delivery. Then, I have to call 10 people to set it for delivery, and when the box was deliver, it was deliver 200 ft away from my apartment parking lot. I have to carry every box, and walk 200 ft. Also, my apartment was located at third floor. This is the first and last time, I will be using U-haul. Thank you

My moving experience was not good. My crates arrived a day late, not what I originally scheduled and paid for. One moving company informed me that he could not deliver and that he would call me back...never did. Warehouse manager told me that I would have to be charged an extra $85. Yet another moving company said they would deliver but didn't have an address of the warehouse, trouble getting in contact with him. And, I ended up unloading a portion of the delivery before the moving company arrived. To top it off, no one wants to except responsibility. Total disconnect between UHAUL and movers!

Once my usage was complete/container emptied, the U-Box unit was retrieved, but I was charged for months even after 12+ calls. Nice staff, poor follow through. My credit card company finally assisted.

There were delays in delivering my Box. When delivering my box to me in tx the Jamal left bolts nd got angry with me when I asked to come back and remove them so I can open the door. He hung up on me.

PLEASE have all phone and scheduling reps trained to verify phone numbers when scheduling drop off!!! Mine had changed and I forgot it was not updated. It made delivery difficult and schedule was off.

Forgot to leave U-box out on Sat for pick up. Left it out Sunday, but forgot to include appropriate cables. Didnt get U-box until Mon. Had to pay $300 for hotel Sat/Sun. No compensation from Uhaul :(
