CHIMERE DGas gauge was not moving up or down. Upon putting gas in at Quick Chek station, after adding 7 gallons $21 of gas, gauge didn't move. After 2nd round of gas at Quick Chek, gauge remained in same position as level when originally picked up from Uhaul. Uncertain if I was overcharged. Weird and annoying vehicle issue. Otherwise good truck. Clean and efficient and easy to load & unload. Pleasant employees to work with.

I walk into the establishment and I immediately feel welcome and treated as a valued customer, Picking up and returning a vehicle is quick and easy. The people here really care and it shows. I have occasion to rent a vehicle, and when I do, I only rent from this location.

SHARAHON BCustomer service at the Bayonne branch was awful. I understand that it gets busy but two minutes to help doesn't take that long. It's pointless to tell a customer to call the 1-800 number to get assistance when you're right in front of me.
