Brad ToddThere are other places to rent U-Haul. Disappointed only one pick up in inventory. Clerk at desk was unfamiliar with check out procedures and getting me a receipt when rented van was returned. Finally got someone at corporate customer service Ashley, who was awesome and sent my receipt right away. That Brunswick, GA location should train staff better before leaving them alone on a weekend.

Gary GayGreat job on both ends. The representative setup my transport, properly attached and inspected the transport to ensure proper operation and a safe trip. The receiving representative made room for my transport to be turned in. She greeted me at the door, assisted me outside and processed my turn-in. I am pleased with both ends of this organization. I don't want to get the gentleman that assisted me with my reservation.. he made sure that my specs and transport specs were compatible and that I had what was needed. Great experience!!!

Kimberly AlanisI've rented a box truck on Saturday and when I went out to the truck, the rear door was halfway open. Inside were many boxes and trash. Then I put the key in the ignition and the distance to empty showed zero and the gas gauge was below E. I went back into the office and told the lady that was working about the situation. She merely said I'll notate the contract and that was it. Did not offer to clean the trash out of the back or nothing. I was lucky I made it to a gas station to put gas in it. And because I could not utilize the whole space, given the trash inside of the box, I had to make multiple trips to, and from my house to the storage location. Very poor experience.
JOHN LILLISTONI reserved a 15' truck via u-Haul app. That went smoothly except for the morning of pick up. I checked the sign-in the evening before to be sure it worked with ID and password. It did. But the morning of, it would not recognize my password, asked me to change it, which I did. Then it still refused my sign-in. I went inside and completed the process in person. No problems other that the wacky app! Good experience overall.
Nancy KirkpatrickPersonnel training on the reservation system. I only needed to change my dropoff point but the person on the desk was unable to do so. Told me to not worry about it after 30 min of attempting to make the change. Drop-down menus did not list Denver, NC despite that the are 3 dealers there.Not a confidence builder. Day of pickup, I asked the desk agent to try again. We have to re-do the entire reservation (30 min) and it still was wrong. I called in transit to destination, got handed off finally to "scheduling" who were able to make the change over the phone.
John VersaggiPlease create some type of doorbell, the front desk is often unmanned as there is only one person on duty and they are often out in the lot helping customers. It would be great to have some type of doorbell/buzzer to alert them that someone is there.

The service was excellent. Check in was easy and prompt and they were very helpful. I have recommended this place to several of my friends already and my daughter has already use them. This is a great store

Paula MakridesI origonly rented a pick up truck and a car trailer and when i went to pick it up not only did i have to wait two and a half hour before i got waited on i was told i could not use my bank card or pay cash i had to have a major credit card! I was then told i could use my bank card to rent a larger truck at the same rate as i already wasted so much time already i agreed ! Not only did U Haul not have me down for that truck they tell me when i returned it that it was showing i had traveled over 1 thousand miles and i owed three thousand dollars!I thought it was a joke and then the manager on duity discovered the mistake .I told him about the issues that i had with the truck ,clanking noise when going into gear ,high R,P.M.s which caused high fuel usage and problems getting the light's to go off! The manager stated to me everything was strightened out and owed no more money and even signed a statement to the fact.I checked my banking account and a charge of95 was charged to my account after i had already paid for everything, if this is not put back in my account i will contact my attonery and sue for my money back and damages.I will never use your services again and will let everyone know just what kind of shady business you are running!

They had the next size up ready for the same price as the smaller truck. Very grateful I got my move done with no issues. I will use this location again and send everyone I know there. lynn hammondsThe truck was raggedy, the passenger seat belt did not work, the truck was very shaky during the drive, the check engine light was on, it burned ridiculously amount of gas(unusual) the truck was hideous and crappy. I had broken dishes because of this sorry truck. The staff was nice but they pushed off the there most awful truck to get it gone.

I am a high school theatre teacher and when we won region one act and had to go to state five hours a way with set, props, and costumes, Joey helped us figure out what we needed and also helped us with our budget. They were so patient working with me having a school check and tax exempt forms which I know was an absolute pain pain. I cannot thank you guys enough for your patience and kindness!!!

CORINE BICKLEYOrder was cancelled twice on the shipping end. Received the containers 1 day late and so was pickup. After pickup, shipping order had been cancelled and they were put into storage. Luckily I caught it in time and got that fixed. The "guarantee arrival" time was a week late. Luckily that worked into my time frame because so was my flooring at the new house. The facilities in St George were wonderful and worked with me. The unloading crew was top notch. Came when they said they would be here and got my 2 containers unloaded and in my house in a little more than an hour. Super happy about that.
