The staff was phenomenal. I was difficult, but not purposely. They were accommodating and though I had to pay more because of my mistakes, I understood. Thank you!!!!

Had a wonderful experience renting from this location. We needed a larger truck than the original reservation and they helped make the change as quickly and easily as possible. Very professional and friendly to work with! If we weren't moving out of state we would definitely use them again!

When I asked for assistance in just making sure I had my vehicle loaded correctly on the trailer, the answer from one of the people there was "you dint pay fo dat" then when I was loading the trailer, I am really glad I did it myself since I don't think they could have loaded it and tied it down correctly anyway. BUT, this was a one-time deal. I hope to never return to Memphis for any reason whatsoever, much less have to deal with this uhaul location.

She was personable, friendly, very effecient, I was being a little goofy and funny (she probably thought Inwas ignorant....lol) but she laughed at everything I said, she was awesome! Got it all done quickly and with a smile on her face. She actually made me look forward to the next time I may need to rent a Uhaul. Job well done! (1 possible improvement) Make the trucks where they don't automatically START with the "tow-haul" mode on, where you have to turn it off manually everytime. So many things to think about....driving a big different truck that you're now responsible for, don't need to be worried about an electronic setting that could possible damage the motor or transmission. Other than that, A+

Most of the surfaces were clean, but there was trash underneath the seats, the floor mats were sticky, and the cupholders appeared to have been missed by whomever cleaned the vehicle. There was a noticeable amount of detergent on the floors of the storage space, making the floors extremely slick/slippery. Some of it ended up on our belongings, but nothing was ruined because of it. We mopped up the excess detergent ourselves.The vehicle performed well for the duration of the trip.

Explained that i made a reservation and was told its a first come first serve policy. What then, is the point of reservations? Asked if the associate could see if any stores between there and my destination had a dolly I could pick up, was handed a 1-800 number and told I could call around to find out. Zero concern for the extremely inconvenient situation U Haul had left me in. Associate wasn't rude, just completely apathetic. The whole experience turned a planned out easy chore into a rushed and inconvenient headache.

Ian WentzellThey mis labeled the fuel tank at half on the contract (which was lower). I drove the truck just for 10 miles and they charged me for 3 or 4 gallons to compensate their lack of service and attention. Whether you need to fill the tank or take the customer claim that this truck doesn't burn 3 gallons for just 10 miles. The lady didn't even bother to come with me to show the truck and explain about the damages or fuel tank level or giving the truck key. I needed to go back to the store to get the key!!! Any rental car/truck would walk with you to the car/truck and explain. Very dissatisfied!

Had my stuff stored here while I was waiting on my house to be ready for move in, and now after moving in all of my belongings to my home and out of the unit, I have had to call an exterminator to ensure that my house does not become infested with roaches. Other than that, I have no complaints, staff is nice, facility is secure and otherwise clean.

Luckily for us, our storage room was on the ground floor; have no idea how people might deal with loading/unloading heavy furniture to/from second floor storages as there is no elevator in the building. Very narrow corridors, which makes it uneasy to maneuver with long items. Other than that, nothing much to complaint about. Average storage facility, air-conditioned but could be a little better. Also, making customers obligated to buy U-Haul's lock and not allowing to use their own is absolutely ridiculous practice.

I'm just glad it's over! You guys charged a whole month and I was only there less than a week this pay month, then no one ever called me for a location to pick up my reservation so I had to find a location in another state at the last minute and drive 3 hours y'all are the worse.

I have had bad service many times when I had to interact with the front office staff. The day before yesterday, May 1st, 2021, I had to go to the office because your computer system was down. This is unacceptable. I was unable to pay my rent online. I had to drive 9 miles one-way because I did not want to be late with my rent. You should hire better IT personnel and if it was due to power failure, you should have a Diesel generator.

Over the years, I have noticed that the quality of service of this facility has gone down. It seems that when I ask for something, they are doing me a favor. It took a month for the office to acknowledge that I had emptied room 1713 which I communicated with the attendant at the front office immediately after I cleaned the room. They even sent me an email asking me for payment of rent of the unit after 3 weeks that I have emptied it and released it. Customer Service needs a serious revamp at this location.

The cashier also said that workers would show us where my unit was, and help us unload. The workers did neither. The manager refused to check out my truck rental that I needed to drop off, and kept calling on the radio for someone else to do it. No one did until AFTER closing time.
