Make sure the Manager: Ms. Tee Hurt, (I believe was her name), of your Millington, Tn. U-Haul outlet is kept in employment. She, by all measures is far above "Excellent" in respect to professionalism, customer service, and common-sense courtesies. I could not have been more impressed. Thank you again Ms. Tee.

I was told there were no trucks available I went outside and looked on line for another location it allowed me to make reservations at the same store I was at and I thought that was odd. I went back in to see if that was correct and she said yes and gave me the truck. Why not just let me rent it? Nobody checked the truck before I left. I just took pictures of everything including the gas hand. When I brought the truck back it showed I owed on gas. I had proof it was under 1/4 a tank when I got it and I brought it back on 1/4 a tank. The truck was super raggedy. I was scared it was gonna break down. Plus it was no gas in the truck. The general mam checking us in was so nice and professional but the lady that let us rent the truck had a bad attitude.

I was more than pleased with my experiences at U-Haul. Tee, was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She, as well as, the other customer service representatives went above and beyond to make sure my experience with U-Haul was very pleasing. I would HIGHLY recommend this U-Haul location to ANYONE!!!!

Inform the customer that the vehicle they requested would not be available before pick up. Luckily my assigned vehicle was larger than necessary. However during the middle of my move I received a text message changing my drop location. I had to call uhaul support to get that straightened out which took half an hour. Luckily they were able to switch the drop location to what it was supposed to be originally.

Tee Hunt and her staff provided excellent customer service. I have had two boxes in storage at the Millington, TN location since 2021 and anytime I have needed to access them, there are always ready for me. I have just cleared out one on my boxes and it took several trips to do so but finally yesterday 2/13, it was cleared, U-Haul (two bags of blankets unopened and 25 more) were counted and noted on my paperwork. My goal is to clear out the other box at some point this year but I know my items in storage at this location are secure and weather proofed. I ordered an appliance dolly over a week prior to my rental date. When I went to pick it up with the truck, the employee told me they had not had an appliance dolly for over 2 weeks. How can you offer something you don't have? Really left me in a lurch.

Please use professional development courses to train headquarter office staff in how to deal with customer complaints. The individual I spoke with on the phone was quite rude when I registered a complaint regarding my reservation. As a business owner I would not use the ton with my customers your agent did with me.

Fire the young lady behind the register. For starters she stinks of pot. Second she is rude to customers. Three she implied I was broke because I turned down the rental insurance like I must be broke because I didn't put the 8 dollars insurance. Totally unacceptable to treat a customer who's done business with y'all for over 15 years at this location.

Millington was fine. The 370 Union Ave location in Memphis where I picked up my truck has a little work to do. Josh was wonderful in helping me and letting me know the truck I needed was ready early. Although the truck was there, whoever is supposed to clean them must have been off. Truck reeked of weed and the windshield was so dirty I had to pull over and clean it.

The best part of the UHaul experience was the customer service I received from Tee Hurt @ the Millington UHaul store. She worked with my schedule to get my 4 UBoxes individually self delivered. She addressed all my concerns immediately. She was very pleasant and professional. Top job all the way, thanks to her.

It was confusing the computer went down a few times. Also I am not happy with the situation. I called 7 times trying to get this resolved. I was told one thing and they over charged me. I have asked to get this resolved but no luck.GK Griffin

Start by being fair and honest with your customers. You expect us to return the vehicle the way that we got it; so you should keep the same standard. You refused to refund me for the extra gas leftover when I returned the truck. You should respect your customers enough to not take advantage of them and mistreat them.

I just want you to know that I left my father who is deceased Bible in your U-Haul truck and they were kind enough to call me and let me know that I had left it plus they were willing to bring it to me or hold it until the next day I really appreciate this not many people would take the time to call someone to let him know something that meant a lot to them was left behind thank you again

I'm 74 years old I was moving and with my granddaughter I needed a dolly the young lady was sick and didn't feel good that waited on me at U-Haul the dolly was very heavy did she offer to help me get it into the truck no no no no

We've used this location several times and have been impressed with the service every time. Marla has helped us several times and is a model of dedication to great customer service and efficiency. All of the other employees we have encountered have also always been polite and efficient. Clean store and always clean vans and trucks.

Charges for 24 hours when turned in 12 hours first use Then I ask if I had it extra days if that was okay. I was told yes. Then this morning I was messaged saying we didn't reserve the truck. I did online. I was told the truck was rented out at 9am. How was the truck rented out at this location if I still had it. I have the messages

The computer process was very difficult and time consuming. The transaction had to be done several times before it was complete. However, the employees were very helpful and apologetic for the problems.

The Millington team provided OUTSTANDING customer service!!! Although, I submitted my application online, I called the location and Ms. Hurt and Mr. Malone stepped me through the application process over the phone. The OUTSTANDING service didn't stop there, Mr. Malone continued to provide OUTSTANDING customer service when I arrived to accept my unit.

I reserved a 26 foot U-Haul in Clarksville Arkansas a week prior to needing it, when I got there a week later to pick it up they had given it away to another customer. I had to settle with a 15 foot U-Haul and was given the option to rent a trailer to tow behind. I declined. The staff at the Millington Tennessee U-Haul were awesome, very friendly and overall great. After I found out not everything was going to fit, the staff let me keep a few items in the front so I could come back later that day and pick the items up. The staff offered me and my 6 year old water when we were done, I really do appreciate that considering it was mid July. Due to the Millington Tennessee U-Haul I will be renting from U-Haul again for any of my moving needs. Thank you to the Millington Tennessee U-Haul staff, I hope you will see this and know that I really do appreciate all your help and y'all are fantastic. Have a blessed day. The unit was tiny and dark. It was weirdly shaped being under the stairs. There were bugs everywhere. It didn't feel cool like other climate control places I have used. The first guy when I checked in was rude and refused to honor the online price I was quoted. The 2 people working during check out were very friendly and nice.

The staff was super in checking in. Cara went extra mile and printed out directions for me because my phone died. I am new to the area. Only problem was when picking up the truck and car transit. The transit wasn't there. I made my reservation a month ago. I was promised that it would be there. Had to use the car dollies. I was charged for the car transit. This needs to be refunded.

I had paid for 24hour access and I was there about a week maybe and 2 of those nights I was back and forth still bringing things and getting things cause that's why I paid for 24 hour access and they said I was living there when I was not I in fact was staying at the hotel across the street also they said I was tripping the alarm and why when its 24 hour access does the alarm trip and then i explained to the manager she then said ok I understand I said I am very sorry I am a very respectful person I meant no disrespect if I offended someone I just assumed with me paying for 24hour access that meant I had 24 hour access I didnt know there was a time limit then the manager said I'm sorry my employee yelled at you I will handle that and I said do I need to move my stuff she said no everything is fine so then I left and then an employee by the name of Kijaun the same one that sold it to me asked me to meet him up there the manager said for him to come in on his day off and terminate my storage unit so I said well she told me I was fine I did not have to leave so I then got off the phone called her back her name was T and I asked her again do I need to come and clear my storage I need to leave she said no everything is fine I then said well Kijaun called and said you wanted him to terminate my storage she said no your fine she said he probably just wanted to talk to you so I called Kijaun back and said someone is lying and this is very bad business so he showed me the messages it was the manager lying looking me the customer dead in my face and lying and now I have all my stuff just sitting out there like it's a free for all until I can get there to get it it is the Uhaul in Millington Tn I will never send anyone there not even someone I cant stand and I have been trying to get a hold of someone to do something a bout it cause I really want to talk to a lawyer and if my stuff is stolen or messed off in anyway I will

I was quoted a price online and have an email with the price. When I got to the facility to sign the price given me was higher. I showed him my email with the quoted price and he acted like he could care less and was not willing to even explain why it was higher. He was not friendly at all.

Kijuan Lindsey was the young man that was working the day I was in your facility. Let me tell you, this young man was slammed with patrons. This was the weekend we had snow. He had a line outside backed up to the road for propane and about 8 people inside wanting and needing other stuff. Kijuan, was superbly and genuinely polite- smiling and calm. Excellent at his job. I tell you this young man needs a raise to do All that he did. It was crazy that day.

FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, & HELPFUL!!! I cannot say enough positive things about this storage facility. I used this location to return a uhaul trailer and temporarily store my items while doing a military move. On three occasions the staff stayed open late to accommodate my needs and even assisted me with moving heavy items. Additionally, they changed my reservation multiple times and found me a larger unit closer to the loading area. I will always recommend this location and uhaul will be my first choice in the future because of my experience.

Fuel gauge upon delivery was below 1/2 tank. It was raining very hard 3 1/2" that day and didn't notice paper work showed 5/8 on fuel gauge. It wasn't a small mistake to notice almost a quarter tank difference in fuel. I would never recommend this below average dealer

I would probably still be using your facility, but about 6 weeks ago, one of your employees, James, lied to me in regard to a truck we had reserved. In fact, he lied at least three times. We ended up getting a truck at another U-Haul. It has taken this six weeks for me to find the time to get another storage unit. I will never use the Millington U-Haul again.

The only negative I have to relay is the fact that I called to inform U-HAUL that we were removing our items and when I called the associate placed me on hold and I was left on hold until they closed! No one ever came back to the phone...same occurrence the next morning, I was placed on hold for 36 minutes hung up called back & she admitted to forgetting about me!!! Totally unacceptable and RUDE.
