Cole did wait to assist me to take trailer off the truck, but it was 7 pm and already shut computer down.

Bethany MilesTell customer if they accidentally replace more gas in tank than what they received upon pickup, they will not be reimbursed. I placed a quarter tank more than necessary and was not reimbursed. These times are very difficult with the high cost of living. I really could have used the refund for excess gas.Also be more consumer conscience by providing customer a location closest to their home as to not incur more miles that they will be charged for!
debbie moralesNot a friendly staff at the time. That store has a different set of rules they go by and when asked about it they wanted to lie. They tried saying it was company policy to have 2 sets of emergency contact. I told them that I have rented multiple times lately and that wasn't true.

Melvin L KnightI was accused of using their dolly and was charged $39 dollars. There was no winning the argument with them. They said that the seal was broken, therefore I used their dolly. I told them that I had my own dolly's, 3 to be exactly. I never touched their equipment but was charged anyways. Needless to say, I will be going somewhere else next time.

When I try to login, I can't bc it says I don't have account. I'm still trying to get through to ensure I was billed correctly.

gregory loganMy only complaint was the gas tank was near empty when I picked it up. The low fuel light was on with a short range. I had to add gas before I could even pack it.

Daniel MartinezThe prices are inaccurate and misleading. I'm surprised this hasn't already been an issue. You advertise one price only to add other charges to inflate the cost. This is a shady business practice, and I will not be using U-Haul again. Please help me understand the difference between a rental rate and a rental charge. This is misleading because I expected to be charged a certain amount ($24,95 Rental Fee + $8 SafeTow) while making the reservation only to be charged more than double ($24,95 Rental Fee + $16 SafeTow + $49,9 Rental Charge + $6,59 tax = $72,49) when I picked up the trailer.

brian garzaThe young man who connected the trailer over tightened the hitch. When I returned the trailer, I "sat in my equipment" for a long while and had to go inside to have someone come do their only job to do at the moment. Both employees were buried in their phones. The rude kid who attempted to remove it was unsuccessful and I had to get gloves from my truck (because he said they didn't have any for him to use) and unhook the trailer myself. He also asked me to back in the trailer into two different lanes instead of disconnecting and parking the trailer by hand as has happened every other time I have dropped off a trailer. The kid looked possibly hung over and definitely not happy to be there. The equipment looked very old, marked up with insurance claim stickers and was relatively dirty on the inside. I use these trailers often and this was definitely in the bottom couple of customer service experiences with U-Haul.
