Jeanette SRemote checkin requires you to scan the back of your DL, rather than a photo. It doesn't work. EXPLAIN where the Lock Vault is located. The video online shows a lock on the back of a truck TELL customers that if they use CASH APP, or Prepaid card, it will charge an extra $100 on the total you pay.. The $100 will be returned to you in 3-5 Business Days. I had to transfer another $100 from my checking account to pay the total. I could have just paid from my checking to begin with if I had known about the extra fee. Remote return may not be recorded. We moved from another state and returned the truck and dolly that night. However, when I called to ask about the $100, they informed me the return process wasn't complete and to call the drop off location. I had to call when they opened to get them to acknowledge receipt and process it. U-Haul needs to remember not everyone that uses their equipment has extra money. The $100 I had to pay was for gas upon returning the truck. It left me without money to replace the gas.

Lisa sThe odometer was 200 miles frauded its 219 miles to jackson ms from Bossier La the odometer read 400 i didnt drive that miles. Mud from rain on floor and key start was a bumpy hazardous drive the traction was on and the dashboard said it was off. Over 150 in gas for that distance and intown errands for travel shouldn't be over 150

JUANITA AWell I feel yall did nothing wrong! Vehicle was in the shop and took such a long time to get finished due to parts that didn't come in on time and wrong part sent etc. Anyway 50 miles per day and if one day you didn't drive it did the miles roll over to the next having 100 miles to use that next day? That was one thing I wasn't clear on. Anyway miles were over and my bill is a lot could you help out in anyway with the bill? Thank you very much! I've tried to reach out to Bradley a couple of times and wasn't able to reach him and VM wasn't set up. If there is anything yall can do to help I would much appreciate it! ANTWAN LThis is the 3rd time we have rented from this location and the service has always been great. If we could give more than 5 stars for customer service related to weather conditions we would. Due to the crazy weather with the snow and sleet that the Ark-La-Tex had recently experienced, the staff worked with us on returning the rental a day later.

AMY BEquipment had red mud caked on it on arrival rear left tire was visibly bad Could not tell at night but next morning. Large bubble and almost no tread on tire. Front left tire failing as well. Equipment not well Organized at location, I will be honest normally. This location is very well kept up and we have no issues. This is the first time in 8 years. I've ever had anything poor to say, The roadside assistance people were very helpful. But we did call back in to uhaul. In an attempt to speak with customer service and scheduling and extending our rental. Trying to make up for the lost time waiting on roadside assistance. We were hoping that this could be given at a discounted rate. Not the whole ticket, just the extra time to cover. What was lost we were met with bad attitudes and the issue was not resolved
Ryan EFirst renting a u-haul and DJ now there was a drop box for the key. The rep was very nice and told me where is. It gets dark early now and I never saw it. There's there when I picked up the truck went over so much w/supply items , mileage, gas, insurance. I never thought to even ask thought store closed at 7pm. Found out when I returned on yesterday that it was 5 and we was rushing to get back b/4 7pm. Other than that things went well.
rosemary bThe staff and new manager are really nice and helpful. The trailer was damaged and rusted. The inside was not cleaned. The door was very difficult to open but would slowly slip down just enough that you don't notice until you hit your head on it. Rear running lights would randomly work. Suggest checking condition of the grounds in the trailer.
Edward LMake sure the truck equipment tow wiring is working, I was unable to tow the reserved trailer.

BRETT Byour employees had a challenge with your computers not working Saturday morning. We were backed up, but they were able to get us out the door and on our way .
shirley cSome of the tie down rings on the trailer were stuck down and I was not able to use them, they need to be freed up so the next person won't have the Same problem. I forgot to mention this to the location people when I returned the trailer

Wilhelm WYour manager, Bradley, was standoffish. He was not friendly at all. We were in need of renting a trailer unexpectedly and went to this location as we had done business with them earlier in the year and were pleased with the way we were treated so that is why we went back. As long as he is manager there we will avoid this location if at all possible.
Rodney LI rented this unit for almost 2 years. Was not happy about the constant rate increases. Got into the unit at 149 a month ended at 169 a month. Also their system has my card on file for auto pay, yet the first couple months it wouldn't do it so I would get charged a additional 20$ each month and even after that bug was fixed no refund just the customers fault. This has happend numerous times during my stay at uhaul. Also this is not the facility fault but corporate, I can never get in touch with facility it would always go straight to corporate, which made dealing my my stuff at the facility very difficult.

Berry MMy suggestion is that when you order a uhaul online at the store closest to me, than the product should be at that store and not at another one and a call placed 1 hour before pick up. This store was way out of the way for me!
James PI'm 77 years old and live off of just over $1 100 dollars a month! My house burned and I needed to put what was saved in storage until I could get back into my own home! Ya'll have gone up on me in price at least twice and I could barely come up with the 1st. Cost Now it's gone up to $156 a month! It's killing me but I don't want to lose my things, precious memories! I'm stressed that I'm struggling to keep from losing my things! I am on my own and barely surviving!

As I travel all over the country, I have come to realize that this is my favorite place of all. Within the company. Miss Wanda ran it beyond compare for many years. And it not only breaks my heart to see her retire yet. I know she will be happier and deserves the time off. I hope whoever replaces her knows what they're doing As it will take a strong leader to continue to expand this location into the future.

Wanda took extra money out of my account that she was not suppose to be taken out and refused to give back the money. I will not ever use this U-Haul again or as long as she works there.

Arthur J | Premières impressionsWe used this location to store our stuff during a move. It was a convenient location and good prices for air conditioned storage. The staff was always friendly and helpful and did go above and beyond most of the time to find me a solution. However, I can't rate 5 stars because there was a roof leak and some of my items got ruined and some damaged. My unit was not the only one effected. If we hadn't been there the day after the rain, not sure we would have found out our unit was effected. However, the staff was helpful and hired movers to move me to a dry unit and gave me a free month's rent. I would recommend this location to others, but will also share my experience of the roof leak. Unfortunate.

We had an issue when we went and paid because she didn't log in her computer, she handed my husband a receipt showing we had paid when in fact it wasn't paid. Didn't know that until later when I received an invoice saying that we owed money still. She very rude about the whole situation and tried to blame us for this issue. I have closed out our storage unit and will not be back here and I do not recommend this office! I will be glad to go to other offices but this one in the 4100 block of Barksdale Blvd is horrible!
