Deborah NelsonGet someone to work at this location that doesn't despise his job. I don't know if he is a franchise owner, etc. etc. etc. but he obviously hates what he does. Give him a several month orientation in Customer Service. The woman with whom I had an incident needs to be fired. I would've fired her on the spot if I were her as a manager but there's obviously a reason he did not. I have no idea what it is. Teach anyone who greets the customer at any time to use customer service principles. This location obviously has none of the above people that work there are just working for the money they don't give two rats patooties about the customer. I will never. Never. I'd like to repeat that never use U-Haul again and I will tell everyone about my experience. Also, the manager/owner whatever of this location is a liar. He obviously lied to the police which I called as a result of being threatened by the employee there. I don't call the deputies in my Township, of whom I know several every whipstitch I called because I felt threatened. I felt in danger and I was worried, and guess what I know you don't give too ratatouilles about this either.

They have a huge inventory of UHaul trucks and trailers,well stocked in any possible moving needs you may have. The owner is always accessible along with knowledgeable associates. Need or looking for equipment or supplies, do yourself a favor and check out this location!

The 2nd month we were told only a very small unit was available. We rented large trucks and were supposed to receive comparable size storage. There actually was more than one large unit available. It was at that point we decided to discontinue any storage there. Very disappointing.
