You all need to explain to the customer how the insurance goes and let them know. If you do not take the insurance. You cannot use the roadside assistant. If you do use it you don't have to pay at your pocket. Do a better job explaining to the customer.

When I came in to check out, there was no phone service, no internet service, I lost more than an hour to get my truck out of there! The agent was rude, and not very nice, nor friendly! I was not told or showed where the truck was, therefore I had to look around for it, and got on a wrong truck which was without a key! The truck was almost empty@ I was lucky to notice that it was almost out of gas in the middle of the freeway! When I returned the car the next day, there was still no phone service, no internet service, and the computer system was still down! The agent this time was not rude, but was not nice, not friendly either! I had a terrible experience here during both check-in and check-out time. I would give this store a score of 1 out of 10. Sincerely and Respectfully yours.

I know I mistakenly didn't lock my storage uni properly one night, which made my road bike to be stolen from my unit. Despite informing the staff of the facility who were helpful to look into the camera, they couldn't provide me any footage to know who stole my bike, if the bike was taken out, or if it was taken to another unit.

The staff are courteous and very friendly. When an issue of water seepage appeared due to an apparent leak in the roof, and upon notification, the staff immediately took action and helped us relocate our storage contents to a different unit.

Very courteous and down-to-earth personnel at the Beltway 8 location near Airport on the SW side. Upon the initial aspect of receiving service, one may have many questions of which can expect real and honest answers from them(U-Haul personnel). Money is the way of the world, but they value respect more than anything else. With respect earns Great Service with them.

I was told that they were giving me a complimentary 20 miles above what was already available. Turns out they gave me a total of 20 miles. And then charged me for the higher amount. Then they charge me the per mile amount on top of that for having gone 9 miles over. Very scammy. Also they gave me a truck which had headlights that were out. So I ended up having to drive with brights the whole time (at night).

The whole time I use the storage there they were nice and polite. The only issue was the day before move out date I made a reservation for a 10 foot truck. I didn't get a call until the day of that the reservation was overbooked and the truck that I reserved was not available and as you figured I was upset and let the manager know. However I was still only able to get a van which was very inconvenient as far a getting in and out of the van.

I think there should be a drink vending machine in the front by the elevator. As hot as it is and as long and hard as some work moving stuff in/out of storage it would be nice to be able to buy a drink. We had brought ours but ran out.

When We removed our stored items we saw no evidence of pests or rodents or vandalism. Tae on the office staff went above-and-beyond to explain the checkout process. They inspected the locker promptly and provided a checkout receipt. They are to be commended (Tae). Our experience was a convenient neighborhood option. We are glad this worked well for us!

All was good, but this location seriously deserves a new elevator or for the contractor to redo it. Whoever built this location installed an elevator that is always having issues, which isnt convenient for disabled people. This location is fairly new and deserves better. This isn't a complaint to the location itself as they continue to have it serviced & have been phenomenal to work with. Corporate, please give them the resources they need to take care of that.

Every staff member was real cool and helpful every time I can to my unit or had questions. I was renting when the first floor flooded. We were very upset about the flood because we lost irreplaceable items but we understood that it was the staffs fault or Uhaul's fault. But they inventoried all all of belongings moved us to a unit upstairs and when we made it up there to see the damages they where very pro active in seeing that all there customers where taken care, even patiently dealing with the rude ones. I was impressed with they way they handled that situation. ( I paid for the insurance so we where reimbursed but we lost a lot of cool books). I don't remember any ones names but for everyone that worked there between July 21-March 22 y'all where A1 in my book and my wife and I thank you for your excellent customer service

My wife had made a reservation online to move our stuff from Austin to Houston. We took advantage of getting the one month free storage unit because we needed somewhere to store our things and when got to the facility in south Stafford (to be specific) they had given up our storage unit, that we rightfully reserved and when we tried to see if they had anything else available they told us they didn't. The employees that work there were completely incompetent they knew gave up my locker but were beating around the bush until after I got off the phone with the manager. (She goes by Mrs. D) she told me she had found another facility that had the storage locker that we needed which was 9 minutes away however I find it disappointing that this particular place conducts business like that. I will never be using that place or recommending anyone to this place.

This storage facility was way better than any of the storage places I've used before. I did not get climate control yet it felt like it. There where many benefits that outweigh any of the concerns I had. The only concerns where the lack of toilet paper, drying paper or hand soap in the mens restroom.

By far this is the best storage facility. I've never had carts to use on site to move things from the vehicle to the storage, and climate control is a big plus. This will be the only storage facility I will use for now on as long things only get better and not degrees.

Didn't like them telling me I was getting extra Miles (230) but it wasn't notated. Also they were giving me an extra day & according to the Staff at Mesa Rd., all of that wasn't Noted towards my Acct. That meant I had to pay an extra $400 for Movers because the original Movers weren't available to Move me a day earlier & that's not fair qhat U-haul did to me. In the end, my kids helped to Move me, ask the Staff at the Storage location. It took us forever...late, but overall everything was well until i got to the Auto Transport. Being a "gentle" female, I sisnr quite understand the "hookup" for my Vehicle. I didn't feel comfortable about the connection so I didn't Transport my Vehicle, so I rented it for nothing. However, allll the we Staff Members at Mesa Rd U-haul & 11300 S. Sam Houston Parkway were EXCELLENT...KUDDOS & THANKS to all.

This facility treated me like family. The manage got up in the middle of the night and unlocked the storage unit. He drove 1 hr away to help me with moving my daughter back to school. I worked late due to Covid and had to get on the road early, so he came that night from home to help me. It made a world of difference .

This location was, by far, my favorite. The staff is very friendly and I loved the automatic doors and the storage unit that comes with the lock. I also love the alarm system and the extra carts to help you move in. It definitely cut down my move time.

Their courtesy carts really made moving out of the storage unit a breeze and there were always plenty available. This really made a difference in my first time using storage. The facility was always clean. I also really liked their drive in area, where I could load and unload out of the Houston sun. Thank you Steven and team!

As stated on contract I moved in on the 31st but was first given payment due date of the 29th. I told the lady that wasn't fair as my move in date was the 31st. She then changed it to the 30th but I'll still be paying a day earlier due to the fact that I moved in on the 31st. And I wasn't offered anything to change date to the 1St. I get paid on the 1st of the month. Just don't think it's FAIR!

U-Boxes arrived from Virginia and Jan 12. This facility never notified me. I found out when I called on Jan 29 & was told the U-boxes were there for a week & were ready to be moved to the long term storage facility. I was informed when the boxes shipped, but what happened to notification of arrival? Failure on the part of U-Haul.

The manager was awesome. He really worked with me since I had to move out of my townhome last minute due to foundation repair. I was able to get the storage I needed and rent a truck without breaking the bank. If anyone needs a storage or rent a uhaul truck, please use this location. Thanks

Josh and Charlie were amazing!!! They were super busy, but was sure that everyone who came in were acknowledged and helped with what they needed. I love this location. I see why it's always so busy!

the staff just added the storage part to the property and they were not fully trained to complete my registration, but they nee to charge my card. Even though online showed my 1st month to be free. Also due to lack of air conditioning i had to get a non climate unit which was less than the one on hold for me. Also i still dont have access to my unit. Cuz the staff did not know how to issue it correctly. And i havent been able to get bsck up there due to my work. Cuz i did inform staff , due to yhe difficulties in completing my rental. It was no issue to return the next day. But again unforeseen issues with my job has prevented mecto return. So overall below avg, but the staff was very polite. So i will return, just dont know when.

I had significant issues accessing my uBox and the location never contacted me. I had to call the corporate office several times. I was told that a manager would call me back but haven't been reached.

THE TEAM AT THIS FACILITY WAS AWERSOM! Julia was very helpful and did her job very well, Marcus was a super hero loading my u-box and helping me on my way. They will have my frequent moving business.

Terrible, stay away! Had U-Boxes in storage, move-out turned into a nightmare. Despite multiple phone calls days and weeks in advance, boxes were not ready for pickup when moving helpers showed up.
