The two men in the facility had it temperature at 90 degrees. Didn't even look at me to talk and then told me the truck was in the other lot. I would have to have walked in an extremely bad area with homeless people living and walking around. My husband was furious. The gas tank was 1/4 full. It was an awful all around .

The neighborhood is run down but the facility is well kept. Only concerns are the crime and homelessness of the neighborhood.

I was recommended to pay for $68 I landed up getting charged $98 the truck was dirty the dolly was missing inside the truck you can tell that there was homeless people that smoke some drugs in there it was all peed and dirty I was very dissatisfied with U-Haul I think I should have got a discount because I cleaned the U-Haul and also I had to put up with all that dirty mess in the sticky smell

They had the truck but didn't have the appliance dolly and moving blankets. We had to go and buy an appliance dolly and go to the Eubank location to get the moving blankets.

There was burnt garbage near the front door. The trailer had garbage in it. The U-Haul tech didn't check the lights. When I stopped by to buy bubble wrap there was a guy on his phone, so the other employee assisted. When I returned the trailer, I didn't get my receipt until the next day. The area where trucks are parked along San Pedro has glass from trucks being broken into in the U-Haul lot. Bad part of town and the reps seemed slow to respond.

The location had an equipment return location with clearly marked signs, which was excellent, but it was too close to the road and the 20ft moving truck plus auto dolly combination didn't really fit behind the truck that was already parked there without partially blocking traffic on the street. Also, there was no one at the equipment return location when I first arrived, and the person who came out to greet me was not wearing a name tag or anything to indicate that he worked for uhaul, nor did he provide me with any instructions or tell me what he was doing. He did very clearly know how to handle the truck though and maneuvered the auto dolly adeptly into the spot for it, so I assumed he really does work for uhaul.

I come in your employees are on there laughing and cutting it up I talked to a young guy he told me to just give him the keys and that everything was good and that I could go about and hour later I received a email showing that I owe 0$ now I wake up check my email and you guys are trying to charge me 90$ that's not happening do the job right the first time and train your employees correctly stop letting them tell people they can leave and then you go and charge them after you already sent a receipt saying I owed nothing fix this

The location is surrounded with sketchy homeless camps. Reach out to local government to enforce the laws regarding this. The employees were great and helpful in making sure we were safe despite the surrounding environment being overcrowded with junkies.

I am impressed that I was able to get the correct size vehicle arranged in less than 12 hours during peak moving time of the month. The van was perfect for my needs, easy to drive and load and about 17 mpg. of gas.This location is staffed with friendly professionals who made it easy to check out and return.

Was there for several years. Andres was wonderful all that time. I was broken into in 2022. He was a great help during that trying time. But I was broken into again in 2023. I could not enter the unit due to bent door as a result of Dec 2023 vandalism. So Jan 2024 when it was not fixed I moved. Homeless people were everywhere including in the facility. Sleeping in the trash bin making that unusable, laying on the side of the building. Several gathering and sharing their finds. Obviously not a safe place to be. The door was unlocked frequently but when it was,one of the home less phoned inside and another came from inside and opened it! Please thank Andres for all the years of excellent care.

I first checked online prices for a 6 x 12 trailer and it came out to roughly $45 and set a reservation. When I got there, the total was doubled that, so I'm not sure what the issue was however, I had to move out immediately, so I just paid it.

1 - Central in ABQ, drop off, Josephus was excellent and very helpful. 2 - During my trip, at a planned stop over, specifically in Crossville, Tenn, I stopped at a U-Haul facility, to have the car in tow, readjusted and secured. - They were actually very helpful.

The General Manager (didn't get his name, the "GM" was on his shirt) who helped me was unbelievable. Lightning quick with the contract, then had the trailer hooked up to my truck in about 30 seconds. Could not believe how efficient and quick that guy was! Pretty dicey section of town, but I'd come here anytime to rent because of the staff.

I arrived with enough time to check out and get a receipt, but the minute I arrived, the two boys on staff did not want me to check out. I insisted on a receipt and I was grudgingly checked out. The person I checked out with was unfriendly and put upon just for being asked to do his job. Neither associate is a salesperson; it was obvious that neither one wanted to be on duty. The people who checked me in were marvelous and should be given more hours.

I had to move my belongings from one storage locker in NM to another storage locker in NM (Santa Fe to Ramah) Ramah/ Candy Kitchen was where my storage locker was, and is situated 40 miles south of Gallup, where I was supposed to deliver the uhaul. But, I had no way to return to ABQ, where my flight back to LA was waiting for me. Please subtract any mileage that was added when I had to drive from Gallup to Ramah and Vice Versa. As for the extra day, someone at the main UHaul number said I didn't have to pay for the extra day because the people at Cubesmart, my Santa Fe storage unit lost the keys to the locker. This delayed the timeline on returning the truck on Sunday instead of Monday. Please reemburse me on that extra day too. Merci.

Only time I had to call in for repairs to the U-Haul. The rear tires were both bald. I had to coordinate a replacement with your road repair service. The vehicle should have had its tires looked at (and replaced) before being rented out.

I reserved a truck and appliance dolly. When I arrived, the U Haul rep stated that they did not have an appliance dolly. He didn't offer to find one at another location, he just removed it from my contract. If a customer rents a piece of equipment, it is because they need it. A little effort by a customer service person goes a long way. There were two other employees at the counter doing nothing. They could have located another dolly while the first filled out my contract. Better yet, someone could have insured that the reserved equipment was available.

The staff at this location were excellent, and the service was superb. The equipment was in exceptional condition, and the serviceman who helped us hook up the trailer was concise, detail oriented and explained everything very well. My only concern is the actual location of this business. We stepped over hypodermic needles and dodged fairly undesirable individuals asking for money as we entered the location. I hope U-Haul industries is taking good care of their employees at this location. They deserve it!

I know Gil's rental for a very long time . Not know well enough but been in that business for many years at Española New Mexico. So yes it a good business to rent anything at his place.

The employee was working alone on a Sunday morning and was very busy trying to do several things. Still, he took time to tend to our needs and concerns with patience and understanding. The bad thing is the neighborhood. Very unsafe. No fences at all and derilicts everywhere.

The staff is great. I did bring home a few roaches, which I hate, but other than that I'm good. It's a convenient location and they pretty much have everything you need, besides moving carts. I suggest you bring your own. But all and all. I will continue to be a patron.

The booking office transferred me to this location, which is across town from where I needed the equipment. This transfer ended up costing me in mileage, which is bad business. The truck should've been transferred to my desired location but instead, I was charged a fee to be inconvenienced.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the actual storage facility was generally well maintained. However, the location is a problem. It's in a rough part of town, and there were no security gates. The parking lot was frequently littered with broken furniture and other trash. I watched people taking drugs, others passing out on the sidewalk near the storage unit. So while the staff did their best to keep the facility secure and presentable, I did not feel particularly safe there.

I booked this storage unit online weeks in advance. It was the only uHaul facility in town with a 10'x15' storage unit. I reserved it when there were a few left. I get here and the man didn't even know if this facility had any and then put my in a 10'x10' unit with nothing more than a $8 lock for free as compensation. Afterwards he said that he "thinks" they have 10'x15' units just none available but he wasn't even sure because he apparently didn't know how to use the computer system that tells him what they have. If I wanted a 10'x10' unit I could have chosen a more convenient facility than that one. I chose that one because it was supposed to be the only one in town with 10'x15' units. I do not like having to stack boxes so high. One, I'm short, 2 if they fall, my stuff is broken and it's on my dime to replace it. As a disabled veteran on a fixed income I can't afford to replace my things. When I turned in my 6'x12' enclosed trailer he just said he would send me an email for the return and I have yet to receive said email.

Theft, theft, and the possibility of my belongings getti g stolen constantly. Management has done nothing to secure the large storage units off of San Pedro. In the few months we were storaing our belongings there, many of the units were broken into. When I approached management, got excuses about hir8ng private security, that never happened. Put up a fence for crying out loud. I will never store anything at Uhaul ever again. The truck rentals are flipping awesome, stick to that.

The door was stuck around 8pm to the outside entranced I called the oncall manager he never called back and I asked he even call me back the next morning to let me know the door was fixed he never called back. I even sent an email. The people working at the front desk where nice. But the managers Customer service is terrible. Luckily after about 50 tries.

The facility, had problems with the door, sometimes the key would not give access. The area needs a fence around it for safety and key accesses. While the floor is clear of Debris, a device to scrub the floors would be advised. Especially with COVID. I have discontinued my storage in Albuquerque only and getting notice need to pay?

Central facility at Albuquerque NM. No security gate, the facility floor and ground are in need of a cleaning. Security, there is no fence surrounding the property, this means the property is at risk. The staff , only have good thing to say, Courteous and professional. This is near a military installation, and making good money on storage; however, it is a disappointment (because of Maintenance and security), which there's no excuse for ;because, making good money on government storage. My trailer attached had also not had not had a proper safety check and look as though had been repaired( however, door came undone at destination). I will be seeking another storage facility in ABQ, I don't feel safe and because of COVID-19 Cleanliness is a needed priority. This will create an inconvenience to me and cost me money. Because of the facility condition had no choice, but to carry insurance. I feel when a service is involved there are expectations for safety and cleanliness. .

Was repeatedly harassed about this unit. Never moved in and had the unit transferred to a different location. Was still billed for 3 months and then a lein was placed on said empty unit. Overall poopy experience. Never will I deal with this shady excuse for a business!

The Problem I had was not your people. It was the Homeless. Someone was trying to Steel the tow Dolly, I used to pull my car. Someone bent my lock to get the tow Dolly. I told your office to put a fence around it.

Office never had change (not coin). I'd often try to pay my storage rent with $100 and seeing my rent was $95 I wouldn't think $5 in return would be huge strain but I was always treated like I was a nuisance. Items for towing, moving, storage and renting storage units are available to purchase but regardless no change. I found syringes in the elevator while visiting my unit on more than one occasion. Also my rent was going to be increased which prompted me to look at other facilities. Come to find out that I was paying much more compared to other Uhaul locations and with the increase at this location I was able to rent a bigger unit at a different location with better amenities. Other than the only Lady that works in the office the rest of the staff were unpleasant, unhelpful, rude and lazy. Never moving from in front of the computer screen or doing anything to genuinely assist customers. I'd never recommend this facility.

The facility is almost always clean but recently (on July 22nd) I visited to pick up some belongings and the elevator had a sticky floor, there was garbage in the halls, and there were numerous visible cockroaches in the space. When I returned yesterday to move out, the conditions were again improved. But late July was a horror show!!

I had wanted to get my truck at Central because I am familiar with their service, but UHaul had set me up with Pete's Auto. I wasted 2-3 hours trying to get a truck. Finally back to Central took 5 min

The worker got my name wrong on record even when given an ID, she still could not input the name correctly. The key card access was also difficult to enter because there was a long delay to open.

Ridiculous how many times I had to call, leave messages, and go to the store to get my storage rental closed out! Removed my stuff on 6/2, yet the records say it was 6/15. Obnoxious & unprofessional.
