You guys saved me so much trouble with all your understanding and your storage surpasses all competitors by far. Your competitors should take tips from you on how to run a business. Your customers come first and I myself appreciate that more then you know. I was on the brink of tears when you guys turned it all around and made my day I had nearly been looking for storage and actually started to move in to a horrible public Storage facility and had to move everything back out and then heard and found out about you guys thanks to an employee by the name of Brittany a manager in Las Vegas of yours she is amazing thank you for her. I couldn't say enough good things about her. Please recognize her for her loyalty with you and great people skills she is wonderful

The rep that got me set up - Paul K. - was very knowledgeable. It was a busy time at the store. Paul was multi tasking to assure all customers were getting great service.Nowadays, it's rare to see such competent and polite employees. He was aware of all the customers and what the rest of the crew were involved in. His demeanor was always steady and calm. I can assure you that all the customers that came to the store will be repeat customers.

The grounds were clean but they closedown the office at that location which is an inconvenient. The rate increases were to excessive, especially when your on a fixed income. But the staff at U-Haul has very good customer service.

Brian Slack was very informative and helpful with providing with the space I needed. It's just unfortunate that I'll only be utilizing the storage unit for a maximum of 3 days. I only wish I didn't have to pay so much for it.

We seriously needed immediate access to the storage locker the evening that we rented it as we had a rental truck we needed to return. But, after renting the locker and receiving the access card, we had to travel back over to another location across town only to discover the card did not work. With the office then being closed, we were locked out for the entire night until the next morning when they could fix it. No after hours emergency help whatsoever, costly for us and the stinking rental truck, which we were lucky did not get towed with all our stuff in the back. Just the nail in the coffin after a long day of moving, only to have things like this happen which you just can't account for, lest you don't try to get the job done quickly like we did. In other words, UNRELIABLE, INCONVENIENT terrible website, thanks uhaul..

No one knows what the other one's doing! My unit received outside damage from a car driven in to the back of the unit, was ransacked from the outside not being secured properly. What a joke ! This place was great! I love the fact that it had security gates. i did not worry about break-ins. Claudia and her staff were so helpful and friendly! I was sad to see them go when they closed that office. BUT, the 2 gentlemen that helped me check out over at 2030 E Fremont St were just as helpful and friendly! If I weren't moving to Florida, I would still have a storage unit at U-haul. Thanks so much everyone!

I appreciate being accommodated last minute but my unit is missing a light bulb and it's unfinished. Its supposed to be an inside climate controlled unit but its still kind of hot in there . The walls are not painted and the inside resembles that of a shed. Is it supposed to look like that????

The personal at front desk was wonderful. It was the people at the storage unit that were breaking into people's units. And threatened me and my daughter just for sitting outside. This storage units NEEDS TO BE REPLACED Charleston storage unit. That Fremont control's from there. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT. YOUR STUFF IS NOT SAFE. SOME RANDOM BIG COLORED MAN HAS THE KEYS AND IS STAYING IN THE BACK OF THE U-HAUL PLACE. HIM AND HIS FRIEND THEY GO AROUND BREAKING INTO LOCKS AND CLAIMING TO BE THE MANAGER  I HAVE NEVER  The camera doesn't mean anything. I had to remove my things because they were NOT SAFE. I used the rental storage unit for 38 months. The storage site was always clean and secure. The staff was almost always helpful when they were available. When my account with U-HAUL ended with both parties. On 03-12-23 I received my invoice receipt with a reversed charge of my monthly bill. There's no charges for a U-HAUL storage unit if a customer checks out in time for that month. On 03-14-23 I was informed that the refund wouldn't credited back into my account until 03-23-23. Who else besides myself thinks that practice is ridiculous and unfair to make a loyal customer wait that long for an electronic money transfer ?

The customer service rep wanted me to remove my scarf from my head. Asking me to do things I have never heard before. The initial payment was added into the final payment. I used my daughters card for the initial payment, and that payment was removed. When it was time to then the truck in J was told I'd have to pay $26 (gas), and my total came up to $158+. The customer rep said that the initial payment was not collected. I find that not to be true. Other than that, I enjoyed the service.

U-haul storage is the safest storage for your belongings to be stored. Had no problem ever with anyone attempting to break into our unit. I would recommend U-haul Storages to anyone..It was nice doing business with you.

You use to advertise and stick to first month for $1. Which is not what I got and I rented two units and was told the special first month for $1 is only when a unit has been vacant for a while???? If that's the case then you should not advertise the $1 deal.

I have rented a van from this location three previous times and the service and equipment were great. This time the employee sat with his face in his phone until I interrupted him and asked him about my rental reservation. The van had a crack pipe the lighter used to light a crack pipe and a half full bottle of a drink. There was trash in it also. There was some type of paint on the side of van also that was not previously documented. Upon return of the van the employee was not explaining additional fees and seemed rude and put out by my questions. I will NEVER rent from this location again. I don't tolerate rudeness.

As always my experience was wonderful. I rent a truck two times a month for my business. Each time the staff is always the best. I get my invoices sent to my email so I don't have to look for them when I need to document my trips. Uhaul as a brand, Uhaul is always a cut ahead. And the staff from porters to desk, I'm impressed by the helpfulness and the smiles.

Claudia checked me in and was more than accommodating as I changed from mobile check in to in person check in as I had to add a driver. I rented a 15 foot truck as well as a 5x10x8 storage unit. However, I had more stuff than anticipated in my home. So, I had to get a larger storage unit. Unfortunately, this location did not have any 10x10x10 available. So Jake helped me get a unit at the UHaul down the street (333 N. Nellis) and let me cancel the storage unit that I rented with no penalty. It was so easy working with this team! If they had a 10x10x10 unit, I'd of used them for storage.

I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone it's a nightmare paying for the bill. Because not even your employees with the exception to the gentleman I dealt with yesterday understand your billing and it's so complicated that they still don't understand when I called this morning and spoke with Chris I asked him if the total was paid he couldn't give me a straight answer. I ask for a receipt on the receipt I can't figure out if it's paid or not.it's ridiculous this is the second time dealing with their billing and I don't recommend U-Haul to anyone they are a necessary service. There vehicles are awesome. when you move it is one of this most stressful things that you ever have to deal with and if the employees can't understand the billing or explain it to you in a manner that's easy to understand, something's wrong. I spoke with customer service twice and the first perso after repeated attempts to explain my needs replied with something that was different from what i communicated to her and in the ten communications with uhaul reps. It was a nightmare. I will most likely have to use there service several times in the future but next time i do. It wont surprise me at all if the billing is still complicated and confusing to both the reps. And myself.

The windshield wiper blades where old and tore up. I have photos. The air conditioning was horrible. Its misfiring and eating fuel. The steering wheel alignments are loose. The truck swerves all over the road. The floor get hot as if the catalytic converter is no good. My mechanic said it shouldnt even be on the road. That truck needs removed. I took the number of it to report it in. And I only went no more then 50 miles in the truck. Ita been parked.

Generally speaking the equipment I rented was clean, but the van had bird droppings on it. Keep in mind I had a 7am pickup so they didn't have time to clean the van. The customer service representative onsite came out and cleaned the van. Overall good job for the location. Merci.

The inside of the cargo van is nice but I would have appreciated if they washed the outside. There was a lot of bird poop on the side of the vehicle. I would not recommend due to the appearance.

I rented the moving van at 9am. It was very dirty and covered in bird shit because it was parked under a billboard. We noticed a small crack that wasn't easy to see in the wind shield after we left the lot. When I returned the Van the clerk asked how were the brakes or were there any problems. I said no problems but said there was a crack in the windshield. He said oh yes, I know. Then he walked out to inspect the van pointing out a dent that was barely visible and not caused during my rental. I had to look at several angles to see this dent. Then he pointed out the crack in the windshield. I was confused because I told him about that and he said he knew. Then he tried to charge me $150 for the crack. I refused since it didn't occur during our rental usage, or the dent. To be clear we moved a matress and big screen tv with labors doing all the work. At no point was the vehicle left unattended. The Uhaul clerk said the van was washed last night and the dent and crack were not there. He showed video of the "previous" night. He was unable or unwilling to show video of us driving the van off the lot. To add even more insult, my bill was not calculated correctly. My estimate was for 20 miles. I only drove 12. He charged my the price of the estimate. Then I complained about this and he said he will refund the difference, he didn't provide a receipt for the refund. I also saw a charge for $150 for dammages. I told him I am not paying that since I didn't cause any damages. I wanted one correct invoice and he was unable to provide me with one. He told me I need to call 1800 Uhaul. I spent 45minutes at Uhaul after returning the van. More than half of the time the clerk was looking at video footage of the previous night. Why not just show video of the crack when we drove off the lot. He was unable to do so.

He picked me up and went above and beyond for me this was the only location that Did right by me the rest of my moving experience was a nightmare but in the end after complaining they did right by me
