Missing dolly after being told it was in the truck then when I called to let them know they didn't want to fix the issue even when I prepaid for it! Truck was super junky and torn up

Smooth transaction. Truck very well maintained. Uhaul personnel was very courteous and renting the truck was from that location was so convenient. I definitely will rent from that location again.

I was very upset with uhaul in general and how I was treated and what I was given during this move. It is hard enough to do a move but when you go through everything I did it makes it even worse

Truck we were given sounded like muffler was falling off (extremely loud)!! Couldn't even talk to each other while riding in the truck. The truck leaked and got furniture (couch and mattress, bookshelf, etc) wet!! Felt like we were given a piece of "crap" truck to dump on another location (Chicago). In addition, I was given 2 different return addresses to drop the truck off...very confusing and time consuming! We have used Uhaul before and never had any issues

Subsequently to this my brother had hurt his back moving our furniture because the needed supplies were not available. I am highly disappointed with Uhaul at this time

I chose to do on line check out of my truck. I have a temporary drivers license on paper until my drivers license card comes. The on line check in would not "take it" since there was no bar code. It would have been nice to know this up front. The truck I was assigned was blocked by another truck. Luckily there was staff on site to take care of both these issues (esp moving the other truck out of the way? What if no staff were on site??

Be honest about the rates. I got online did a "quote". Mileage was "quoted" at $0,49 but I was charged $0,99 a mile. My rental cost DOUBLE what I expected.

SODA OR SOMETHING STICKY HAD BEEN SPILT ON HEAT CONTROL KNOBS, WERE HARD TO BREAK LOOSE AND TURN ON. THE WINDOWS ON THE INSIDE WERE VERY DIRTY. HAD TO CLEAN THEM. IF THEY LOADED THE VAN, I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR THAT. WITH THE MONEY I SPENT TO USE THAT TRUCK IT WOULDN'T HURT UHAUL TO LOAD IT WITHOUT CHARGING. THE CAR HAULER HAD ONE OF THE RACHET STRAPS THAT WOULDN'T TIGHTEN UP. IT JUST KEPT TURNING.IF A COMPANY WANTS TO CHARGE THESE KIND OF PRICES, THEY OUGHT TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CLEAN AND WORKING CORRECTLY.

Well I walked into the facility and couldn't find anybody. I walked around saying "hello" and after 6mins as I was walking out someone appeared. They asked if I was returning and I said "yes" and they said your all set. Never checked to see if any amount of money would be refunded. She said there wouldn't be. I returned the truck 1 day early. If someone could look into it it would be great.

Tires had very little tread left and with rain in the forecast, was a little concerned towing. During the trip, driver's side running light quit working.

Returning a rental truck using a cell phone is extremely difficult and confusing, This process should not be done the way U-haul does it. NOT EVERYONE IS TECH SAVVY.

It would have been nice if we paid ahead of time that we could have gotten the rental blankets so we could wrap everything. Instead we picked up the truck an entire day early. Mike was wonderful!

They didn't seem to care that the truck leaked water on our moving boxes. Did not offer anything help in making it right

The clerk getting me my unit made every step of the process difficult and took a ridiculous amount of time. The storage area is difficult to maneuver in, has floor that are uneven to the point of being a safety concern, and have malfunctioning lights that compound the safety risks.

I was very pleased with how easy it was to find a storage unit and complete everything on line it was easier then i thought it would be then when i got there the staff member walked back with me to show me where the room was she was very friendly and helpful.

I think Jeanette needs a raise. I was not the best tenant, but she helped me as much as she could and even worked out stuff to help me. I appreciate every thing she did for me, she has no idea. I am so paying on what I owe cause in the long run, UHaul held me stuff for me. That's the least I can do. But please please praise Jeanette!!!! She did wonders for me and end the end, i got my stuff and my stuff meant the world to me. Thank you Jeanette. Everyone there needs a bonus, a raise, and 2 weeks vacation. Angela Hatmaker #183

Great people, had my storage set up quickly. They realize time us of the essence!! People are always in a hurry, but, assisting me showing the indoor facility. Great location.

Lighting is awful on the back row where my storage unit was. The motion detector was in the corner which is hard to get to in the dark when you're in your storage unit. The floors are very uneven and I wasn't able to open my storage unit door completely. The split units are awful if you're carrying anything heavy, which required me to upgrade my until. There is no lighting within the storage unit itself. Also, mouse poison is in what looks like a restaurant to-go box which is great that they have it but doesn't give you a great feeling when leaving valuables in your unit.

I absolutely love Uhaul. U Haul has always been used in my family for as long as I can remember. Hi miscalculated pricing cuz this was the first time I ever had to use U-Haul by myself but it was okay it was still pretty good. The only thing I'm upset about is I'm being charged for mileage that I supposedly went over. I don't think that should be fair because I didn't drive the U-Haul anywhere but from pick up to my apartment and then over to the drop off location and I'm being charged for 4 Extra miles. I know it might sound minuscule but I'm currently homeless so now I have to pay that when I specifically told where do You Haul was going to be so I assumed the 35 mi they gave me was going to be enough but to find out that there was four extra miles put on where I don't even know where that four extra miles came from and now I have to pay it is upsetting and then I was told I was going to have to pay a $30 late fee for that so now it's almost $50 that I might have to pay and I have no home and I'm broke so that's the only thing that upsets me that was done by U-Haul.

The independent contractors all have different procedures that feel unorthodox and not very well maintained. Lack of requested and yet paid for. Extra pads and mileage that I was charged for yet didn't use.

I closed out my storage unit online but the facility never closed our my account. The facility manager didn't even know you could check out if your unit online. Finally after 10 days of no response from the facility I drove over to have my account closed. Anyone want to pay for my gas?

These people will charge you for anything and everything they can think of. $20 (cash only) to remove one of their supplied locks (that nobody has key copies of), charging a replacement fee when their (previously used) access card SNAPPED IN HALF! The employees are dirtbags.

Had storage here for 2 years. Staff was always friendly and helpful an the facility was always clean and well lit. I never felt uncomfortable being here. If I ever need a storage facility in the future, I would come back to U-Haul.

Horrible experience + facility. There are mice droppings all over the place. I hardly put anything in the unit because they're so dirty. Joyce was super rude & unhelpful. The faccility was dirty, & the unit door was too small (no dimensions on website). The move-in instructions that I received via email we're also incorrect. While checking in, Joyce lied about the free lock on the website and forced us to buy another. Once we were allowed to access the unit, there was a free lock inside. However Joyce won't let you return the brand new, unopened lock that she forced you to purchase 2 minutes ago.

I had a good experience with uhaul. Everyone that works there is great, except maybe the guy who always answers the phones. He could use a bit of training in customer service. But everyone else is super helpful! I would reccommend uhaul to friends or family.

To have an indoor climate control unit, I wasn't happy when I removed my property. Everything had saw dust and some kind of other dirty substance all over everything. I have never had this problem!

Was told I could fit a washer and dryer in unit, but when I came it was above another unit which was impossible to lift a washer a dryer into. Lower units door wasn't wide enough in 6x8 ft space
