Attendant was walking out to greet me when I arrived. He had already checked the trailer number and had a place for me to park it. He utilized a handy trailer lift working smarter not harder.

Irby FMy only problem was the U-Haul app. I attempted to take the required photos to return the truck multiple times. But the app kept refreshing and wouldn't allow any pictures to remain. I have returned the truck clean, without any damage, and full of fuel with 101350 miles on the odometer. Please have the app do what it is supposed to do.

Taylor NPossibly pricing per mileage should do a total price per day or hour using the UHaul not per mileage. Make a exact amount of each vehicle and how much it would be to rent for a day or by the hour.

William BI have never had such a great experience with U-Haul. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was quick and had everything ready.
Quincy EI recently rented the U-Haul 6x12 utility trailer with a ramp to assist with a major cleanup project, and it exceeded my expectations. The ramp made loading and unloading waste incredibly convenient, saving me time and effort. The spacious 6x12 dimensions accommodated large items quickly, and the sturdy design provided peace of mind. Thanks to U-Haul, disposing of waste at the landfill became a breeze, and I highly recommend this trailer for anyone tackling a similar project!

JAYME JPay attention to the customers' requests as I asked for one way and received local. Make sure repairs to rental are completed properly before renting to another customer. I had to deal with window repair falling off and screeching during turns. If it hadn't been for these issues the rental was clean and the personnel friendly.

Valentin LYou CANNOT do a self-drop off or pick up at this location, all trucks are behind a gate as this is a self storage location. If you try to drop-off after hours you will spend at least 45 minutes on the phone trying to hunt down a U-Haul rep and explain the situation. STAY AWAY - GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION - NOT WORTH IT. Also, it is no longer COPPER STORAGE it is now THE STORAGE PLACE

GENESIS RThe 15" truck I was given had a problem with the alignment and it hard to switch gears. The truck was dangerous to drive. I didn't have time to go back to UHAUL and pick another truck, so I had to continue using the truck and it kept almost hitting vehicles on the highway every time it kept pulling really hard to either the left or the right as I'm steering to keep the truck straight. I have a photo of what it looked like when I drove the truck to confirm what I'm saying. Every time I get a moving truck from UHAUL it's always a Ford truck and barely works.

Sharon WI reserved a van for $19,95 for one day online and this location charged me $89 base rate for it. I was in a hurry to get the van (it was for work and very time sensitive) so I just paid it, but they did not honor my reservation.
