Randall JI arrived at 9:35am for a 9:30am reservation that I made the previous day. I had checked in online that morning. As I pulled into the parking lot, what turned out to be the only employee onsite walked out the doors, locked them, got in her car and left. A sign taped to the door stated "back in 30 minutes, Management " I called the store and received a recording stat that "The Team is busy helping Customers in the Store". Not true I was transferred to Corporate scheduling after pushing MANY buttons. I explained the situation. The person on the phone was very polite. After holding for several minutes, she stated that an Area Manager from another store would be there in "15 minutes ". 40 minutes later, someone arrived. I had a reservation at 9:30am. I received the trailer at approximately 10:20am. Another customer was waiting to return a trailer. Another person was waiting to get into the store.
Keith LI had a blowout with this trailer. The tires were rather well worn and should have already been replaced. I had to call the roadside assistance and the way U-Haul handled. It took an inordinately long time to even get through the call and the APP is a circular series of exchanging automated calls. For instance, I put in my phone number to receive a future call. I was then called and then just put on a lengthy hold. That's rather ridiculous to say the least.. The third-party vendor who took care of the tire was rather quick.

Charles RUpon returning the truck the attendant stated he would need to charge me $20 because I didn't complete the check in process and I didn't have proof. I informed him that I was already inconvenienced by having to drive 30 mins outside the initially pickup request to pick up a 26ft vs a 20ft truck only to arrive and find out hey we do have a 20ft truck. HOW CONFUSING!!! Then the friendly talkative attendant in Zavalla, TX doesn't even complete my check in process or instruct me to walk around the truck and make sure I complete the check in process. I've rented UHAUL before so I should know this right but a friendly reminder from the representative who leases trucks on a daily basis would have been appreciated. It was like she was in a hurry. Luckily upon returning the truck and after explaining this confusion the attendant at the Fort Worth, TX location waived the $20 fee. SMH!!!

SHIRLEY WAlthough the truck was clean, you need to pay attention to mechanical issues with trucks due to fact of check engine being on in the one I rented. Just be more wary of engine maintenance. Cause if it's on and something happens en route, then we would be stranded be negligence. Even minor issues on vehicles can turn into large problems. Love the staff and location though and will recommend the location and manager to others.
Frank BLocation was closed, with a door sign saying, "Be back in 30 mins". It was about 2:30pm. Someone drove up, not the guy on duty, said he worked there. He checked in my drop off trailer. I was confused.路♂️

Acted as if I wasn't there. A little acknowledgment would help. I even help her unhook without a Thank you. Won't be back here ever again.

Jeanne BYour computer system need to be updated. They tried to charge me for 135 miles round trip. I travel from East ft worth to Richardson, Tx in the DFW area to get my things out of storage. One way was about 40 miles and I returned the truck the same exact day. 80 miles give or take do not lead to 135 miles traveling Roundtrip. Sounds like a Scam. I hope this is not the issue. Hopefully someone contact me. I already contact customer service. Not a happy customer. They said the bill has to clear in the system before they can assist

Robert HThe gentlemen who was there in the morning was very good. There was no one there when I arrived to return the van. I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for someone to arrive seemingly from down the street to return the van. The location of the facility was not ideal. It seemed somewhat dangerous.

Nathan LAbsolutely terrible experience. Had reservation at 1pm. George Watson who was apparently the GM extremely unprofessional had me waiting for 45 minutes because according to him he thought inwas dropping off. Then he decided to help me it another 30 minutes. Because it was hard for him to tell me he needed two alternative contacts. So b too of that he helped another customer that came in after me, who he gave the last appliance dolly even though i reserved one when i made the reservation. Then when i returned the truck he was closing up and completely ignored me for 20 minutes before telling me to do the return through my phone. Absolutely unprofessional, lazy, customer service skills non existent. And this gentleman is a general manager. Are you serious?
