The employee at the desk would not help me and insisted i had to check the cargo van in and out via online. When I arrived I was told the reserved cargo van was not available, it was not until I requested the nearest van be located multiple times that the employee informed me the van was at this location. The reservation was changed to a different drop off location than originally selected by the employee at the desk.

Horrible experience at multiple locations. Waited outside for 20+ minutes past my appointment time because the worker was not even at the location. He left to go eat. i now this because he came back wiping his mouth. When i expressed my frustration he said, "i would have called before I came to make sure someone was here." I had a reservation. Secondly the app dis not allow me to check in, or check out, or 24/7 pick up my vehicle which caused for me to be stranded at a random location. Horrible experience and honestly i should geta some sort of compensation as to how services that should have been provided to me we not provided to me and i was treated as though i was a horrible person.

The attendant was rude, non interested, kept saying about the consequences of delivering the van late, like trying to intimidate me, like she preferred for me not to rent the van. Awful experience.

The first 15 foot truck I got it was making metal rubbing sounds when it’s on D and it gave me a lot of anxiety and next time I got a truck it was raining bad and the roof was leaking so I had damaged boxes and clothes in them it was just a big mess

The person at the reception was very rude to us. He was not willing to help us to find our storage unit. We spent several minutes finding our unit because he gave us the wrong information. We felt intimidated by him and his agressive behavior. No lock was inside the unit as stated in the instructions

Advertised access hours were advertised until 10pm weekdays. I arrived a little before 7 to find the doors locked. Come to learn this location decided to start closing at seven due to staffing issues. Nobody told me this. They also decided to close a few minutes early. On site personnel refused to grant access despite my arrival before 7 pm. The manager they called was rude, argumentative and also refused to grant access.

I went in person after booking online and the female that helped me Saturday made me realize that what I booked was WAY TOO SMALL for what I needed to store and was super friendly! Sunday picked up the truck ~ clean, fast and simple process and the gentleman there was super nice ~ awesome location and staff

Nothing. Keep providing the same great service! Chrystal took great care of us even allowing us to make a last minute truck change when I panicked not realizing how high the wheel wells were in the van I rented. So we upgraded to a truck since all of my measurements did not include wheel wells that large. She was great to work with and super accommodating. Great service!! Look forward to using this Uhaul location again when we need to!

I was just a little confused with returning truck after hours. Went through adding pictures but when it came to were I was leaving the truck it was a little confusing. I saw park sign do I left there but wasn't sure if that was the correct area. Other then that the area was clean and welcoming.

The gentleman managing this store (James) was excellent. I felt that he went out of his way to help get me the right truck in the perfect timing. Also, he was so helpful in delivering the truck and he showed me how to use the ramp, etc. The truck ran great and the journey (over 1 200 miles) went without a hitch! This is a great store to rent a truck or van from with excellent service from a professional and knowledgeable U Haul Manager.

The vehicle had low pressure in tires; lost about 20 minutes waiting for putting air on tires. Contract stated the tank was close to full, however, it was actually half full.I brought up this to representatives, and asked to get a new contract with actual fuel level. They told me that I won't be charged as long as I brought back at same level. I returned vehicle with fuel a bit above what I received. Reiterated the issue with representative and told me I won't be charged extra. However, when I got receipt I got fuel charges.

The only reason I moved out of the unit is due to the increased monthly price for the unit. Other than that it is a well run storage facility and well maintained - an excellent faculty.

Door was jammed that allowed access into building after putting in code. Was also told bathrooms inside building were only for the office renters, which is bad when we were moving in the hot sun, no bathroom until they agreed to allow my family access. Following week when i came to gather items, code is not working to allow me access to my unit, called the Tenant Judy but her number is invalid. 30 min later im on hold with customer service and its getting dark so ill try again tomorrow. I also saw a med size brown roach crawl into another large unit under the door of unit. I will be collecting my things as soon as possible from this place and warning others.

My unit was broken into and 3 of my guitars and my text books and a suitcase was stolen. I was not happy with the security of the units. There was no security cameras inside the hallways!!! so units could be rubbed easily.

Excellent U-Haul location! The facilities are sparkling clean, well-maintained, and safe. Hours are great, Very easy to drop or pick up things while doing errands. So convenient. The managers are so personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. The best in my experience. I am getting ready to organize and downsize at home. Judy got me fixed up with another small unit, just steps away from my larger unit. Took all of 3 minutes!

This facility is incredibly clean and the managers are remarkable. Not only are they smart, efficient, polite, and helpful, they are genuinely good 'down home' kind of people who are always eager and happy to assist. I chose this facility for the location, but for future storage needs I would definitely return because of this management team, even if it meant driving farther. These days it's hard to find their quality of genuine customer service. In fact we don't even expect it, so it's a pleasant surprise when we do. Merci.

When I found out that you were locking certain doors due to break ins I became concerned with security of the facility. My unit had been broken into a number of years ago and I did not want a repeat. I have found a brand new multi story storage facility closer to my home with much better security. I have leased a larger unit at 2/3's the cost per month of what I was paying your company.

This location and staff was by far the friendliest and most accommodating I've ever experienced! I only had my things stored briefly but it was a very smooth process and I had no issues whatsoever! Everyone was very helpful and kind!

Only issue was closing my account after two weeks as I had cleaned out storage locker 17nov20, informed office personnel I am closing my account. 28nov20 received a text my account was past due and charged $15 late fee. All issues are resolved with my account for B169. Robert Barr

Judi and James are easy to work with. I have been trying to get into this location for over a year. The old management said they wrote my name down and would call as soon as a space was available. Through out the year i noticed that several spaces had become available and rented without any one contacting me. I first met Judi and James their first week on the job. They put me in the computer as a reservation and 1 month later i was in!! They rock, the other 2 did not.

I ended up paying for an extra 5 months because they wouldn't cut the lock off when I asked for help I realize that I was responsible but I bet they are more than happy to remo the locks if no money.
