They attached my car after a gentlemen told me to come back and they'd attaché it. I went back and my car came off the dolly and hit my other car the belt were not in correctly. They over charged me my quote was different than what I was given and I reached out and never received a response from the store manager

This company makes a lot of money and y’all charged me $50 for being very very very little bit less than what I rented it on.. it was not that serious I could’ve paid $5 and just out the extra gas in.. smh I got the $50 back but that’s crazy…

Has nothing to do with location, but being charged a full day extra for being an hour and 20 min late is ridiculous. I got the truck there before the location closed which should've be good enough. I will no longer use uhaul if at all possible.

My only complaint is Boxes First. I rented 2 bins, when things were brought into uhaul storage it was done professionally by another company in 2 hours. Nine months later Boxes First was hired to remove it but did only 1 bin in this amount of time. There was damage done to my furniture and home when the furniture was brought in by Boxes First.

Not enough truck rentals! Reserved a 20 foot truck was told by uhaul rep it was in a accident. Wouldn't give us a deal on milage another truck rental. Went to location was told they have nothing went to another location was told there was a 25 foot truck there got there it was gone. Keneth from the other store and women from that store went above and beyond to make it work. However I had 2 helpers at my house that could do nothing because there was no uhaul there. I ended up paying 200 additional money to the movers 100 per hour I Reserved 3 hours. More trucks needed!

No real issues with service or equipment. Just disappointed with the take every penny policy. I rented the trailer Saturday to Saturday. Prior to pick up day I stopped in to inquire if the trailer I was renting was available on the night before I might pick it up making on less thing to do the departure morning and since it was there they said yes. Didn't think they would charge for another full day. In the past that courtesy was extended so I'll deal with a different location or company next time.

Well I usually get to have a U-Haul 24 hours I rented the van for 1995 and they only told me I could have it for 3 hours I asked them if they could give me an hour just in case so I was told bring it back at 5:00. I got an email today that says I didn't have to bring it back till 6:00 I did not finish my move I don't understand why I only had a certain amount of hours versus renting the trucks for 24 hours. I was short-sheeted and it is upsetting me because I still have to pay someone else I was not finished with my move it was a waste of my $109 plus gas

The U-Haul app I was very displeased with it took me over an hour trying to get the app to find my location and to turn the truck back in I ultimately had to call U-Haul to let him know that I turned the truck back in because the app wasn't working properly and it was very frustrating but the location where I deal with U-Haul is excellent

Train phone associates better. I made the reservation over the phone and when I showed up to pick up the van at the locationIwas told to go too, my reservation could not be found. She reserved it under a different first name than mine instead of asking me how my name was spelled or verifying my name was correct. This led me and other customers to have to wait over 30 minutes to figure out what was wrong.

Had to wait 30 minutes to even pickup the vehicle. That included 15 minutes upon arrival inside the empty store without a single employee present at all. No apologies. Receipt wasn't sent via email when they said it would be either. Like all locations, it's so frustrating that you can't actually call and speak to anyone at this location without going through the general UHaul answering system.

A lot of my personal belongings were destroyed due to lack of security and security cameras. Access into every unit can be accomplished by going right over the top of the wall of the security units. This makes the unit absolutely unsecure. The general manager when confronted with the damage to my property was very dismissing of my complaints. Offered nothing in return to rectify the problem. I would not recommend this location to anyone! Drug deals were being conducted at the storage units as well as me witnessing a break into the storage unit across from mine. I have used U-Haul Storage many times in the past and have had no problem with security or damaged property. That being said the Fall River facility is the most unsecure unsafe and unsanitary location that I have ever been to. I will not use the Fall River U-Haul storage facility again. Most of the staff on site are under staffed and not capable of dealing with the amount of volume of drug trafficking and break-ins and destruction of personal properties. Most of the staff on site were extremely helpful and tried to do their very best to be accommodating when issues arose. The manager Karen was extremely helpful very pleasant to talk to and did her very best to try to correct the issue with my particular unit. That being said the general manager of the facility should be removed of his position. It was extremely rude extremely belligerent and offered no resolution to an obvious ongoing problem. That being said I will end my comments here. Sincerely Jason Rodriguez unsatisfied customer.

Prices for storage were outrageously high I paied $212 for a 10×15 couldn't even fit a compact car in the unit and for $212 I didn't even get 24 hour access I had to pay extra had to pay endra for a key fob because the card never worked most of the time now I pay $160 for a 10×20 with cameras gated and 24 hour access

Only complaint I got is that there not enough cameras they should have cameras in the front entrance where the gate opens so they can catch every cars license plate when they enter because I’ve heard of a few people getting there stuff stolen and they can’t do nothing about it because no one was caught on cameras I think they can do better protecting there costumers stuff

I have been with haul for 3 yrs an never missed a payment when they went up on the storage amount never complained when I moved out you would think they would have the decency to prorate I wasn’t expecting all the amount back it was a wk an a day into the month but be kind an say yes we can do something instead the manger said no I haul don’t do that so no I will not recommend anyone to use the one on Lewiston st

John Heywood went above and beyond to help us when we rented a UBOX and a list of errors transpired. It was delivered to the wrong facility on the wrong date. John was not familiar with UBOXES but searched until that problem was solved. Again, there was a problem with the destination and John made sure that the right people were contacted to rectify the situation. Each time assuring us that it would be taken care of which relieved us of worry. John exemplifies quality customer service. UHAUL should be proud to have him as a team member,

for the first few months of my storage time the elevator was not in operation. i had to wait til it was back up and running before emptying my unit fully. i had emptied some things but had to wait for the bulk of it to be moved out due to elevator being shut down. i did show up last weekend to move stuff out but the gate would not open as the key pad would not function.

We rented from U-Haul for approximately 10 months we went there at least once a month and every time we went there the elevator was broken. We would call and it took a long time to get someone down sometimes to fix it. It was a big inconvenience as far as trying to remove stuff from our unit because we had to carry everything by hand. I would never rent from here again.

Need more parking . You are not able to park your vehicle in the storage lot . They need to buy part of the parking lot across the street from the office , for customer parking, instead of having to park on the side streets.

Honestly the worst unit I have ever had due to one big headache I am sure the staff is aware of, the elevator. Besides that staff was helpful and polite only other concern I had was people walking in the faculty when I swiped my card that appeared homeless. I been homeless so nothing against that but for security I believe they should check in as well. The elevator is the biggest headache there though

I attempted 3 times to complete the online move in but I got an error all 3 times. Then, when I tried to do the process through the store itself I couldn't get hold of anyone. I was transferred to a representative somewhere that was very nice but couldn't help. We had to stop and pull over on our way Just to get this done which delayed us and almost costing us 100s of dollars.

Uhaul as a whole they are a bit above average but where I went to rent a unit it was very poor, I have been there quite a few times with a friend of mine and seems that there is always an issue at that facility, my experience I was at the facility for the opening time at 7:00am due to the online check out wasn't happening even tho I did it three times, I got there before 7 and the doors weren't open and ready to take anyone until 7:30, no big deal things happen we're all late every now and then, the person at the desk went to do my reservation and the final step she gave me my license and a written down number to uhaul and said idk why but I can't make it past the end here's the number to call, ok no problem, got in my car called the number mine u at this point it's 8am, I was on hold for ten minutes, not to bad, the woman on the phone was nice and helpful, she resolved the issue with the computers that day quickly and sent me on my way, I make it to the unit, opened it, and realized I had made a huge mistake and ordered a unit way to small for my stuff, now the unit was paid for the lock wasn't even used but I realized that was my mess up and didn't expect uhaul yo accommodate me for my mistake but seeing how I really needed something at that moment and something larger I took the chance of asking the person at the front desk if for any chance I would be able to hand in those keys and pay the difference for the next size up, she couldn't do the transaction I was told it was above her pay grade and that her manager would be there later on in the day but told me if it was something I needed ASAP to call that number she had given me once again, I sat outside called the number was on hold for 30 minutes for the rep to tell me that there is absolutely nothing she could do that the only thing she would be able to do was put a reservation on the upgraded unit but still have my original unit active so pretty much sat outside of uhaul for 30 minutes for some one to tell me pretty much that's I wasted my time calling, I left at this point already frustrated over 2 hours of my day was gone but bit the bullet because again my fault. Early after noon I called the location to see if the manager was there I was placed on hold for 20 minutes until I couldn't take it anymore and hung up, called them back and the person that put me on hold had redirected me to the uhaul 1800number once again lol finally after holding again for a while I told the person on the line what was happening (at this time I didn't know I was redirected) and the lady tells me that she can't cancel it must be don't at that location and if I wanted she could transfer the call there that's when I questioned why it wasn't a direct call earlier, she transferred the call and what do you know on hold once again. Couple hours went by after I hung up during the hold out of frustration and this time I took a different approach and did the live chat on the website, I believe the contacts name was amber and she was extremely quick extremely helpful, very professional told me she would email the GM, send me a copy of the conversation and send me the gm email just in case. Not very long after that call the GM had reached out to me and was very proper and professional, didn't ask me what happened who messed up didn't ask for details which I respected because even tho I had a aweful experience I wouldn't want someone to lose their job because of it so I liked that and he gave issued a refund, still waiting on the refund but that's to be expected

Only had the unit for a short time but always communicated with friendly, helpful, staff. The storage area was well maintained and clean. My temperature controlled unit was always kept at a comfortable temperature where I did not have to worry about the state of my belongings. Would definitely recommend.

All of the employees were very kind when I originally rented the unit. When I returned to pay off my balance and terminate my rental agreement I had to stand out in the rain for over 20 minutes because even though the office was supposed to be open the doors were locked. There was a sign on the door that said: "Out in Storage, Be Back Soon". I called the contact number that comes up when you google that location but that routed me to a call center who then had to "send a message" to the office I was outside of to tell them someone was waiting. Finally, the employee came out of the bathroom ( he was not "out back in storage) and I was able to pay off my bill.

Nick was the greatest. I needed a unit on short notice and he came through for me and got me the size I was looking for. The other guy working the counter is also great (so sorry I can't remember your name). Whenever I ordered boxes he'd carry them to the car for me. He was so nice for doing that. Me and my family we're moving to a new home after 16years at our current home and to say moving is stressful is an understatement. But working with UHaul for our storage unit and truck took away a big part of our stress. We had to be out of our home and into the new one in such a short time period. The only way it would work is if we had a storage unit to put our things for a while. Merci.

Elevator barely ever worked. Which for somebody with a hip replacement I had to move furniture out of the facility down 2 flight to stairs. My card barely ever worked sometimes to get into the building. More than anything though it was the elevator that was always inoperable. For the amount of money that I spent there it's completely unacceptable. I at times would call to make sure that the elevator was working but on the day that I had to move everything out it was not working as with a lot of other times I went by there. Nick was a great help and honestly would call me when the elevator was up and running so that I would be able to go there and get stuff out.

IMain outside access gate broken numerous times. Issue with accessing outside door numerous times. Pass card wouldn't open the door. On last day there was a back up of 3 members trying to access. Unsafe area with people congregating outside there units. Called office for information and person in office started swearing and yelling about having to eat and this f...king job sucks he wasn't f....ing going to keep doing this and he was f......ing going to quit. I was shocked and person that had answered the phone was trying to calm the other down and kind of apologized but not too sincerely. That was enough for me. When checking out 9 days before my monthly end date I expected a partial refund. When asked the clerk told me he didn't think so because it was close. I had 9 more days that I had paid for. My billing was on the 10th of the month and I left the 1st.. I said then I'll take my unit back if I have to pay until the 10th. He told me that would be a $50 charge to do that. I was extremely angry and as I was leaving I did say very loudly that UHAUL was the worst and I'd tell people that. I think this place was undergoing management/ help change. I haven't seen the 40ish man who was there before in a while.

A little concerned that the associates were not wearing masks. She put hers on at end of completing the paperwork but the other male employee didn't wear one at all. Just saying I feel they should be wearing a mask at all times when customers enter the office. Plus they can spread it to the merchandise that the customers touch. The male employee was working on rearranging the merchandise on shelves.

Nice place except having to wait for people to move from blocking the entrance. Having to get out of my truck and go inside to ask them to move. Either employees of you or customers being ignorant. No signs saying don't block entrance. Some times I waited over 10 min.

I was there from 2014 to 2019. Never had a problem... I had an inside unit & was always comfortable coming or going. Place was always well lit. Staff was always so friendly & helpful.

I was there 4 yrs no problems at all. All stuff was in climate controlled unit. I am handicapped and on a monthly check. And I was informed that a late fee of 22.00. I was told its law now. Really!!!

This facility was the closest location that had the 26ft uhaul truck I needed. Overall I have rented from this location several times and each time I had issues returning truck & with storage unit

Lost a unit to arson fire. You have cameras but not monitored. You moved remaining large locker into 2 smaller units, piled stuff on top of stuff. Snowblower on top of dresser added others property .

For new Storge units it’s a shame that there all infested with roaches and other bugs I was very happy I found them before I put my stuff in there but the employees was nice and helpful

1st 2 weeks gate was broken.When "fixed" it had taken 30-45 mins of running back and forth 2 gate on 3 consecutive visits.I finally had enough and removed my stuff.The staff was terrible.Unsatisfied!
