Tyler LaughlinOn February 14, 2024 around 4:00 I was given the worst customer experience with uhaul that I've ever had. First, the representative came outside to grab a rug a did not bother to greet me. Once I went inside she told me to pull the truck under the pavilion, still without saying hello. After I moved the truck 10 feet and walked back inside she immediately told me she wasn't excepting any vehicles. I told her I had a screenshot that this was the location I chose on my original order and someone had to have changed it. In a rude manner she basically told me that's was my problem. After asking for the number for transit they were able to switch my location back without any assistance from the representative behind the desk. Finally, I did a remote turn in because I was tired of her attitude and lack of involvement. I hate I had to end a long day with such a disrespectful representative and it was embarrassing that it took place in front of another customer. But on a lighter note, the movers that packed my truck from Bayou Laborers were extremely professional and handled my items with care.
Johnnie MarshallThe team was very accommodating helping to unhook trailer and providing me with a spot to leave the car and park the truck until the rest of the party arrived. They went above and beyond what was expected, hats off to the staff.

I forgot to tell them that I moved out- mind you, I unlocked my storage locked and cleaned it out- and they called me and asked if I was vacating the unit! So helpful! They're a no hassle kind of business and I like that. Will definitely be using U-Haul in the future

KEVIN MOCKI'd Searched for Days, between call Center Agents/Operators, trying to Establish a Drop-Off location & the Final Contract quote for my Rental, as my rental was (still, systematically) Due at Another location; my Needs, s Dire, were Such that I wund up having to mve ut 勞f State unexpectedly. This Manager was very Understanding f my Entire rdeal. The female Member n-hand (the previous day, I'm s樂rry, her name slips my mind but she is Delightful...) is - Clearly - the Wrking Image/Shadw of the Manager that handled me this evening (Rick Tesam). When I arrived Thursday evening, Mr. Tesam wasn't there. But, she was - Wrestling arund vehicle dllies, as if it were the same as resetting her living rm; like, #UnBelievable Their Dedicatin speaks vlumes, and they Helped me Sleep - where I didn't Think, bcuz f my Circumstances, I was Ging t Find any fr a Lng time. The night I, originally, checked it in, I forgt to log & leave the mileage stampings at the 'site l濫cation. But they'd already dne that by the time I'd Cntacted them the next aftern邏邏n, and Manager Tesam handled me S Fast I had time to get back to my new hme to watch AEW Rampage n TNT! The Storage Room space is Incredible. Like, I expected it would just "mirror" how it looked it in my truck rental. But, had I actually had more time to give it, I probably could've Set it up to live there, LL! REALLY, I'm Sure, Exhibiting the Services and #MDC Model Customer Dedication at it's Highest here, #Expertise does not even have a seat next to this. Thank Yu

Blair FrancisCustomer Service at Pickup Location in Leesville Louisiana was excellant Customer Service at Drop off Location in Vicksburg Ms (1661 N Frontage Rd Vicksburg Ms Tel: 601- 638-4105) was terrible sign on door stated open from 10am to 5pm I tried dropping off trailer at 3PM no one there nor did anyone answer phone. No sign on door to state back in a few minutes. Not able to reach anyone at drop off location from 3 pm to 5 PM at all this location should not be a uhaul rep or have u haul equip

Deborah Dorre | Expérience généraleThe 15' truck I received had damage (couldn't know how extensive from ground level) to passenger side front corner of mom's attic patched with some sort of duct tape so I noted it on Uhaul's pre-inspection form. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until time to load that the patch did not prevent water intrusion so I had to dry & clean the entire mom's attic surface prior to usage. Since the forecast didn't predict rain, I loaded the truck, as normal. After arrival to my destination, I discovered many of my boxes were wet simply because we had a heavy frost overnight between loading & leaving for my destination & the melted frost intruded through the severely damaged & poorly repaired mom's attic. I request that Uhaul require at least 1/2 or 3/4 of tank filled prior to drop off. I received my truck with 1/4 of a tank & I find it nearly impossible to predict how much fuel I need when filling enroute to leave such a risky low level upon return. It is a ridiculous change in policy from the full tank return policy of "yester-year". I left the tank just over half full even though it cost me extra, simply so I wouldn't "flame out" before arrival to my destination. Thanks for considering my rants & recommendations.

Virgil JohnsonThe truck was clean and served my purpose very well but, the truck's steering did not return to center. This condition made it cumbersome to drive. I would of hated to drive it for a long distance. Other than how it steered everything else was very good!
Joshua RobinsonThe guy at the counter was an ass. He acted like I should have known exactly what he was asking without elaboration, multiple times. For example, he asked what I would be towing on the vehicle trailer, I began to answer "A small truck from Missisippi close to the state line." Before getting halfway through my sentence, he cut me off and said "year make and model" with a rude tone, as if I should have known exactly what answer he wanted. The entire time he acted as if I was in the way. When I asked about returning after hours, he vaguely and almost reluctantly told me "You can try. Go to this website and drop the keys in the box." If he is so annoyed by his employment decision, he probably should fix his own life rather than treating customers like an inconvenience. The best way I can describe his attitude during the entire encounter would be "eye rolling" if that makes sense.
