It was just a blessing! I had had death more than one in my family so many issues one thing after the other! Nadia I love her and I praise God for her because she understood God gave me favor with her! And the company and you all work with me! I give God all the glory! And want to let you know that I really really really really appreciate it Nadia thank you so much and if I should ever need storage again if Nadia is still there, I will use it. It's the people behind it all! And her staff was awesome too. Blessings to all of you have an awesome 2024 in the name of Jesus!

The service was excellent. The trailer was clean but it had a very stiff door which was hard to open. It might need to be greased or oiled. That would be my only item that could be improved.

It was a very easy breezy time with my locker for close to 4 years. I'll say the doors being able to just open on some buildings was concerning but nothing I would put down as unacceptable. The bathroom was always clean

The return process was the most disappointing. I pulled up to the gate and pushed the intercom button. No ine answers twice. The door to the office was locked. No sign. It was 3pm. On a Monday. Finally a woman emerges (Kimberly? Maybe) and immediately goes to the restroom and tells me to leave the key on the counter. I comply and take a photo as my proof. She spends a whole long time in the bathroom. I'm sitting on the bench outside waited for my Uber. Finally she emerges and she goes back inside. Just before my Uber parks I peak my head in and ask if she found where I left the key. She says yes. As my ride pullls away I see her approach the van I rented to check it in. I had to wait over an hour to get the receipt. When I finally called at 4:10pm she answered and tells me I sent it". I got the email finally at 4:10pm. I guess she finally sit the send button to send me the receipt. This was mildly irritating which jail why I don't think my return was easy or seamless.

Los cobros deben ser reales...guao no deben cobrar gasolina por todo el tanque cuando lo que se uso fue 8 dólares que tuve q ir a llenar porq sino de 19,95 subiría a casi 90 dolares...fuera de eso engañan ponen 19,95 ...pero.por separado cobran millas y gasolina...guao una estafa y eso que gracias a un ángel que habla español nos ayudo d lo contrario mi dinero ya no existiera en mi banco....no son reales ni honestos

This was my first time ever renting a U-haul, I was given keys and told which U-haul was mone. I wasn't aware there was dolly's on them already. Returned it the next morning as scheduled and after got a call saying the dolly is missing. She didn't ask me or anything, spoke in a nice tone but assumed I took it. Explained I never used and wasn't aware that there was even a dolly. Like don't assume ask.

I specifically said my 6 digit code I wanted. But the lady only wrote down 4 of them. This caused confusion and access denied errors. After revisiting u-haul's error I was finally able to access the property. Outside of the complaint there. Everyone was friendly and respectful.

Storage units are reasonably priced and secure. What made the experience amazing was the young lady who helped us book the unit. I can't remember her name, but she was great! Very knowledgeable, attentive, and polite. She answered all of our questions and was super helpful.

My due date was the eighth I thought it was the 18th for some reason and I canceled and emptied out my storage when I went to the front Dess they told me it was the eighth so they didn’t pro rata mean for the For the days that I use and just said no they couldn’t do it after they canceled it and I could’ve had the keys last for 20 more days and that Storage instead they just cancel me and said they couldn’t refund me the remaining days that I didn’t use

The only complaint I have is that when we first moved into the storage we arrived at 930 pm and tried to leave and it was like 10:05pm. We realized that neither of us had a cell phone on us as we rushed out of the house. Needless to say, there is no emergency call button on the intercom. I had to jump the fence and walk miles to a relatives house to call the manager who gave us a call to get out. There should be a way for people to get out of the storage after hours or a call button . While it was our fault for being there after hours, UHAUL shouldn't hold people hostage

As soon as I arrived, the front desk person told me that the first 30 days of storage supposed to be free. As some others companies offered me the same first month free of charge (zero cost) I decide to go ahead with U-haul, I registered myself and started my moving into the storage. Close to the end (after 2-3h) the lady went in front of my storage (314) and told me that the first month is no longer free, that was her mistake and that her boss was on vacation so nothing to do. Considering that I was close to the end and had put almost my former house into the storage i decided to keep in Uhaul as I was exhausted moving for more than 7 h in that day. My question is: how a serious company can tell you that the first month is free and after few hours it changed its mind? As I intend to keep my stuffs for a long time, I will move from U-Haul to another storage as soon as I have free time as for me this kind of situation is not acceptable. We have been using this uhaul facility for the past 5 years for both personal and business purposes. The service at this location is beyond excellent! The manager is totally amazing, she is fully committed to serving her customers and the vehicles and storage units are well kept. We highly recommend this Uhaul location for truck rentals or storage needs!

When checking in it was busy. But the office representative ( I think her name was Kimberly) was extremely patient and very helpful. I had a reservation but after loading the truck I realized I would need a larger unit she help me find one that worked out perfectly. It had been a long couple days and I was worried we would t make it work, but Kimberly was awesome. I wish all places had this great thought towards customer service. I am very pleased with the assistance that I received from Naudya Sinanan . She is genuinely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. On my day of move in Uhaul was experiencing an system outage and she was still able to assist me to move in and drop off my uhaul truck. 12 days later I had to rent another truck and access storage and she was on top of everything

Great location!. Facilities need maintenance like painting the outside storage doors substitute rusted handles. Also, inside my storage need better cleaning in the selling and the floor has a spot. A rat tramp inside my storage is not desirable. Very impersonal staff and a boring attitude. Better and friendly communication and explanation of the facilities are always appreciate.

Uhaul made this out of state move so much easier from start to finish with the add on extras, from in house equipment & supplies priced well, to the options to hire helpers load/unload right into uhaul storage (1st month free). All the staff were super friendly and helpful ... very satisfied with the service I received!!!

The team of personnel always offer great customer service. Upon arrival to Florida had to move items in storage due to Father gravely ill in Indiana. I never got a chance to move into the house in Florida and had to hit the road to travel to Indiana. Nadia and others have really made this hard transition as easy as possible.

The Gatorland Facility is clean, well maintained and the Owner was present every time I visited the facility. She was also very accommodating to all my needs and a very polite Christian Manner. She and her staff were very helpful checking in our long distance move truck acquiring suitable storage for our property, acquiring unloaders and loaders/movers for our local move from the storage unit to our newly rented home site. If I needed Storage again Gatorland would be first consideration if location is no issue.
