The employees there tried to over charge me. They told me to extend the rental for an hour I'd have to pay for an additional day, corporate explained I could extend it within 24 hours for free.

Ciarra was fantastic, but the pick up process was "clunky". U Haul was not ready when I arrived and had to defrost for a while and they had to use de-freeze to make sure the back door would open (it was frozen shut). I ordered UHaul online and my location switched for pickup by UHaul and it wasn't ready when I went to pick up. Frustrating. Also, I had to return to get the furniture pads that I ordered due to no one helping me make sure they were in the UHaul and not clearly telling me to grab those bags on the way out to my UHaul that wasn't ready and frozen shut door.

My storage was falsely held and no one got back to me on what I needed to do to keep my storage. That was all I had to my name. My memories and all. The staff that signed me up didn't properly add my credit card for auto pay and as a result I lost my storage. Ms. Cierra never got back with me from messages that were left for her to call.

HORRIBLE experience. Was transferred to THREE different locations because they didn't have our reserved equipment. Was charged for a dolly that wasn't available. Was given a truck on near empty fuel and recommended to fill up. Out $73 because of this. We were required to cancel our moving help because this process took us over 2 hours past our rental time and thus had to drive significantly further than anticipated.

The sliding door fell

Double charged, forced to take a bigger vehicle than wanted to rent when I wanted flatbed truck and it booked it and sat around for 15 minutes till they told me none were available then I had to take a large vehicle and was never reimbursed the $50 garuntee and charged for an extra day when I only used vehicle 1 hr before returning. Very unhappy with the entire experience would not recommend

If someone placed a deposit same day with a card. The money should be returned promptly after vehicle is returned. You're holding money people need to get by day to day.

Well, they moved me out of my storage unit and was paying for the unit, but they did give me a free month. After that, when I did move out, they keep on calling me and trying to deduct the rental for this month. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody and the staff was rude. Next time I need to store my stuff.. I will be using a different place..

Very rude worker, when told which truck we had , it was in deed not to the truck was told to go to. When I went to explain to the worker the key does not go to the truck as told, she stated"do I have to go do it myself the " .also did not know got to apply military discount , the worker at the register was very kind though

Reserved a pickup for Monday at 8 am. Received phone call Sunday afternoon, truck won't be available until 11. Went at 11, no truck. Rep called and found a truck across town. I had to drive across town to get my truck and lost 1/2 day of use. No apologies, no offer of reduced rate, no nothing. What's the point of a reservation if the equipment isn't there when you you need it? This location was the second one I was sent to. They did a decent job.

I cleaned out my storage unit on 20 August, I couldn't get to the office until the 21st but I closed out my account on 21 August and yet on 22 August U-Haul charged me another payment for a completely empty unit. This is awful awful service. I want my money back.

Cierra Gonzalez was very unprofessional and didn't offer any help at all just attitude .and her husband was no better and they should be thankful things didn't turn out differently then they did... .they both should not be in any customer service position at all..and the fact that U-Haul still has them employed is a testament on how U-Haul does business..I will recommend every one to not deal with U-Haul as long as they are employed there...

Had to walk a 1/4 mile to get to the truck. Asked for the truck to be brought up bc I rented two different kinds of Dollie's and 24 furniture pads, and she rolled her eyes at me and simply said we don't do that. I also had told her I needed to access my storage building and get stuff out. I went to get my truck and had to drive right back up to where I started. She then threw pads and dollies outside the door for me to load into the truck. Customer service just horrible.

I was charged for gas but returned the truck with more fuel than I left Minnesota. Aldo, the agent took my contract/invoice so I don't have the documentation. I emailed.

There was very little communication or interaction with the staff. I basically handed over the key and was told I would be emailed a receipt and that was it. Super quick and efficient which was lovely!

You need to fix the system. I used a unit for 2of the 4 weeks. Did everything I was supposed to, then 3 wks after I cleared it out, I started receiving calls and company tried to bill my card wrongfully. Finally on Easter after 2 calls within 2 hours, it was to be fixed. I got another call last week wanting money.

As I was doing my order, there were alot of problems with the system. My storage key was not activated in the beginning. I had ro walk around the building to the office to get reactivated and it took a while. It took almost 45 minutes that I could have been moving my things out of apartment to the storage.

I reserved a 24' truck, when I got there, it wasn't one available so I had to get a bigger truck, which was incredibly frustrating because I barely could fit the 24' truck in my driveway, and because of the switch to the bigger truck, I ended up getting stuck, and having to pay $415 to get it out! Just a terrible experience all together

My storage unit had a wooden beam in it. Like a load bearing beam in the middle of the room. Made the whole thing inconvenient. Staff is nice though

The experience was so good, this is the only facility will use moving forward. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me. Replacement card immediately, price checking, giving me directions when I called, addressing me by my name and never a long wait. They are so professional.

There was a male guy who got on the elevator. He smoked on the elevator. My 14 just got out of cancer treatment 1 year and 2 months ago with a lung surgery. We had to inhale second hand smoke for 2-3 hours going up and down. Smoking is prohibited and there is a camera to see. He should be fined. I was so upset I just prayed on it. Overall the actual location is nice.

Everyone in this location is amazing! And walking into the store - it smells great! I have never been in such a great smelling store! The bathrooms are immaculate. I am so impressed with this store that even though it happens to be out of my way, I will always use this one!! You cannot go wrong here. Great staff, great trucks, great units and CLEAN BUILDING AND GROUNDS!!

Nobody told me you couldn't use prepaid like chime to get the unit. The code stuff is crazy. The alarm goes and your stuck waiting for ever. We was stuck for 30-45 trying to get out of the 2 floor storage place. Very expensive.

Overall, I had a great experience with the facility; however the online billing system was a bit cumbersome. I rented two separate units and would pay the monthly rent online for both at the same time each month. There were a couple of occasions where the online system didn't pay the rent for one unit and I was charged a late fee. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The staff went out of the way to help us as we drove from Muncie to Toledo to move my son for from one college to another .The drive took a lot longer than indicated as we had to drive 50 with the trailer load. They worked with me on the phone to line everything up so it would be ready to go .We arrived one min before closing an they greeted us on the intercom making sure we where in .Great experience !!

It took us a while to get into our unit after arriving, because we were initially assigned to one that was much smaller than we asked for. I am glad I went back and clarified, because it had been mislabeled in the system. That wasted some precious time, but the staff was helpful in getting the issue resolved.

My only complaint was the steps involved in cancelling the contract. I was hospitalized with heart issues and yet was expected to come into the facility to sign paperwork showing I had moved out. I understand their liability concerns, but that was a bit over the top.

I very much disliked the fact that I've held my storage unit for over a year and for the last month I couldn't get prorated for the monthly payment when I used the storage for a week after my payments due date. Exceptions should be made for loyal customers.

I have had several storage units at this location and 1 particular storage for over 7months and this last experience was bad, The manager called and lied saying it was a foul smell coming from my unit and the day I moved out the guy who was there said there was never any smell and why would he lie and put that in my notes, Please delete any notes on my account because it was no smell and he also looked I side my unit because how he know it was bags I stead of boxes
