Fix the amount I was originally quoted which was around two thousand. I was quoted $4k fro the bigger trucks which I didn't need and is the reason why I got a smaller truck for a cheaper price. Fix this immediately. Thank you in advance

I took a photo of gas guage before i left Uhaul....however when i brought it back i was told it was lower than when i took it. When i showed my photo of the gas guage i took the employee adjusted my bill. Merci

Every time I rent a truck you charge me for gas or something . Every time it's some additional charge . This time was the worst because I drive 15 miles and got charged for 191 miles . It was partly my fault because I didn't check nothing or take pictures and the odometer was wrong . I knew they could have checked the mileage history to correct this but they didn't just charged me . I rent from U-Haul a lot but not anymore . I believe that you are training your employees to do this . .If you get a dollar extra from every customer that adds up to be millions .

Awful service gave me a car that didn't match the plates I was supposed to get Service is ghetto, unprofessional, chaotic. There is no order to the line. I had to go back 3 times to the counter to resolve issues with the vehicles, including non working air conditioners and broken glass while inspecting the vehicle. This place is awful. I wouldn't rent from there for free.

I pre setup my pick and still had to go inside for the keys. I waited I line wasting 30 minutes when that was 30 minutes could have been spent driving the U-Haul to the needed location. I received the wrong vehicle and was told in order to put me in the correct vehicle they would have to cancel my reservation and start over. I told them no. I was scheduled to be done at 2 pm. When I realized @1-1:30 I wasn't going to make in time I called the support center I was told I was going to be charged an extra $20 for being late of the return and it's up to the manager on duty if they would charge me if I was 15-20 minutes late or 30. I tired to get transferred to the store and talk to somebody. Nobody answered so I call the support team again. I was told I wouldn't be charged for coming back @2:30. I was told two different information from two different people and can't even contact the location I'm renting from. Never again.

Employees were quick to open additional lines when the lines became long. The employees were professional and didn't sacrifice their level of service in spite of the long lines. This is a very busy location. Attention is needed to guiding customers where to park to reduce congestion on the lot.

Brian and Noel were wonderful in assisting me in getting a truck. Then replacing a flat tire on my vehicle when I returned. I will come here every time I need a truck. The personnel are wonderful with great personalities.

Never will recommend it, it charges you things incorrectly, they run the pencil so you have to paid more. I sent evidence and they still charge me to my card.

Please get these good folks some help. They need so much more staff there than they have. It is ridiculous you expect such a few people to do so much work and juggle so many responsibilities. I was there on time at 7am for my hitch installation appointment. The parking lot was overflowing with uhaul trucks beyond belief. They were trying their best to get trucks ready to rent out, service customers at the front desk, and do my hitch install. They did a great job on my hitch install but I was there from 7am to 1pm before he could finally string together enough time to get it done. Please hire more people for this store on Jimmy Carter Blvd!

I was told to have access to the storage till 10pm, unfortunately it was not true, the initial rental was only for business hours, and was very inconvenient for me, as I had to take a day off from work in order to put my things in storage and return the rental truck before accruing late fees, I work from 5am-5pm, and I had no other choice but to loose a day from work in order to get this done

The manager Mrs. Brittany was incredibly helpful. I had an issue with the odometer in the vehicle I rented. I forgot to take a picture of the mileage initially so when I returned the vehicle it read I drove a 146 miles which was incorrect. My house from U-Haul was 5,5 and from my old house it was 4,5 miles. After I drove to a storage facility in Sandy Springs which was 8 miles. In short after adding all of the miles driven I drove shy of 50 miles. I was super frustrated not with the price but the principle. Mrs. Brittany over and beyond to help me resolved this issue. I am definitely a happy customer and I would rent from this location in Jimmy Carter Blvd again

This rating is because of a blonde guy with a nose ring. He did an excellent job of figuring out how to do the rachet straps on the tires of my car. And there was another guy who attempted to help him. Well done men and thank you. I should have gotten their names.

The front of the lot is just very busy and hard to maneuver. There was no place to park when I got there. That said, the team was very helpful and the trailer was the best one I've ever rented...like new, easier to attach, etc. It was great!

Crystal and Noel were terrific and funny, and made the fact that my reservation was cancelled as smooth as possible. There was a lot going on in the store, as it was the end of the month (moving time), but it was pleasant and they were cool and calm.

Great, friendly, helpful. Dealt with a girl at the front desk pry 25 or 30, wish I knew her name! Super relaxed and made the experience less stressful. (She has greenish nails, kind of long?). Good access. Convenient location.

Ensure that the slide brake operates properly and won't freeze up when the brakes are applied. I said on the side of the road for two hours. Had a guy with the wrecker stop and give me a hand. I had to pay him 50 bucks cash for helping me, but better than having to wait three hours to have repair truck delivered

My items were damaged in storage due to a leak. Because of the leak it created bugs and maggots inside some of my furniture, created mold on some of my very expensive shoes and clothing.

Communication was lacking amongst some of the staff. It took me 3 attempts to cancel the unit well ahead of the next billing cycle.

First off anytime you try to call they almost never answer. Secondly the side door to the storage unit area would not close and was open to who ever wished to enter. Appears to be vandalized. Then there was a lot of trash leftover from people by the door like moldy mattresses and coaxial cables, cabinet. Lastly the unit was "air conditioned" I had a small unit on second floor and quite a few of my things were moldy. I don't expect to use this facility again due to too many inconsistencies.

The people were wonderful but the consistent issues with the people on the lots adjacent to the storage made it necessary to change storage operations I have always utilized uhaul do to need to switch somewhere was unexpected snd uncomfortable snd there was no security But the people who worked there were professional and more than helpful and kept their sense of humor even when the lines were long

I always have problems with uhaul! I made a reservation as usual. The rep was told I need to fit living room furniture in the unit. when I got there they said my reservation was for a 4 foot storage unit which is basically a closet. Previously I made a reservation in Laurel, md. For july2nd. When I got there they said the truck was in Washington DC. I drove there only to be sent to the heart of Baltimore. I ended up driving to 5 different locations before getting the truck then another location for the car tow dolly. Then when I got to the drop off location after driving 750miles that was attached to my drop off/storage location, I was told that I didn't have a reservation for storage and could not drop off cause they don't take one way trucks. I showed them the information but they said they couldn't find it. When I left and went to a public storage and signed the papers I got a call from someone saying they "found" my reservation and to come back. Public storage was already closed so I couldn't get my money back. This was after paying $150 in additional cost for the public storage that I didn't even want. After calling and speaking to several reps I was told the drop off location in my records was correct so I went back. The lady said, "I don't take one way trucks and equipment but I need it so I'll take it!" So because she needed it was the only reason she accepted it. Such a disappointment cause I've spent well over1,200$ in the last month with uhaul only to have my furniture and other items spread all over Atlanta because people can't perform their jobs properly. To say I was inconvenienced would be a drastic understatement. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Noel Marin, the store manager was very unprofessional. I ordered 7 U-Boxes from the Norcross location and booked some movers through U'Haul's refural program. Movers never showed! Noel have away my U-Boxes without notifying me. He claimed to have called; not true. Had to hire movers to load my stuff into their storage units, unload them and then load into my new house; cost me $4 000 extra! The storage units had holes in them! My stuff was soaked, mildew filled & full of rat turd!! STAY AWAY FROM U- HAUL IN NORCROSS, GA!!! Considering a law suit.

My only comment is about my last visit: I arrived and my presence was not acknowledged. None of the staff, but particularly one lady, could not even respond to me asking for assistance. I had to imagine they could not hear me, rather than the alternative. I feel I still would be dating there if I was not persistent in at least finding out how long was the wait, if any.

I rented 7 U-Box's and reserved a moving company through U-Haul's referral system. The movers never showed up. So, the Manger, "Noel," from the Norcross location just gave my boxes away. No call, no warning at all!! He is an uncaring awful human being. I had to hustle to find same-day movers, which I did. But sine Noel gave away my boxes, I was screwed. Sherry Cox was amazing and was able to get us a storage unit. Sherry should be the manager!! ALL STAFF WAS GREAT accept for the Manager Noel! He was terrible.

The only thing that I did not like About this experience is that I called customer service about the size storage unit and he assured me all of my belongings would fit in 1 unit and they did not. I ended up having to get 2 storage units. Now I have to hire help again to get everything back out and find a new storage place that can fit everything. I only have a 1 bedroom apartment.

I could never get into my unit because of the property manager having control issues. I reside out of town and when I would come back in town to retrieve merchandise from my unit, I could not gain access because she constantly changed my access code on the gate without notice. It got pretty expensive to have to stay a extra night on three separate occasions when I was trying to gain access after store hours, and wasn't given a adequate reason why I access code was changed on so many occasions.

You have an employee Her name is Pondra, that was forcing me to buy insurance on the storage, when I had previously talked to 2 different people that didn't mentioned anything about an insurance, she said I had to purchase insurance since I was getting the first month "free" for he storage and then she got upset because I asked to talk to her manager Noel Marin. Also the unit I had previously "reserved" #1020 was an occupied unit and we found out until we got there. Then I had to comeback to the office to let them know. They took a long time to find out what unit was available because I told them I had seen unit 1018 empty and I wanted that one, but they said it wasn't available (an empty unit). They didn't give me that one. Then I finally leave the office with a different unit # and they didn't give a new gate code, so I got lock out outside the gate because my previous gate code didn't work anymore after they changed my storage unit and the truck was inside already the storage area.... well, I had to comeback to the office AGAIN and everybody was gone so, I had to chase them down to get them to fix my situation. So once inside your employee Pondra was very upset because it was past 7 pm and they were still dealing with "ME" but she didn't want to help me with anything, she totally ignored my previous request for help when I was inside the office. She pretended that didn't see me and pretended to be busy, even when I tried talking to her she will answer "hold on" and disappear and stay outside talking with people. Finally they figured out what to do with the gate code and made me choose a new code number, so this time I asked Somarion to walk with me to the gate and make sure I had it right. And while I was dealing with this whole situation Pondra was rude to my son, she asked him to move from in front of her because he (my son) wasn't supposed to "see her counting the money"... note: he was sitting on the customer area, just waiting for me to finish and she was inside the employee side and she had the decency to ask him to move from there and she told him "he wasn't supposed" to see her with the money YES just like that. It was a very frustrating experience that took almost 2 long hours to complete and get right. I was really upset!!! You need better and trained customer service in there!!!

This location seems understaffed for the amount of business, however the staff on site are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well lit. I had some trouble with access to my indoor storage unit the last time I was there and had to wait for someone to help...I was told I was the first one to access the indoor units that day so my code wasn't opening the doors and they had to be opened by a manager, seems odd for a facility that is supposed to have 24 hour access.

I spent an hour on the phone being transferred to various departments to change drop off address. Per the general manager he couldn't assist me with the phone call after he helped he was gone for the day. During what looked like a high traffic location at 11am. He could of been more helpful in the situation but he was rude. After dealing with him he left a bad taste in my mouth with Uhaul. I will use my free month with my UHAUL rental and move straight into a Public Storage. Units are "supposedly climate controlled" and dirty.

It was the worse experience ever. Manager was not helpful at all. Took over 10 days to get refund. first truck didn't work, had to bring back and exchange. After making the people I hired wait over an hour which cost me more money. When I came again in two weeks store manager never answered any of my 6 calls Noel so I called another manager who helped me . My truck wasn't ready for my next rental and they said it would be 4 hours. Horrible time there Noel should learn how to treat customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Tamara Fox and her coworkers were so kind and went above and beyond to help me. My vehicle was damaged caused by the Uhaul pick-up location in Grapevine Tx. Grapevine location did not place the tire rubber stoppers on the auto transport (services I paid them for) and the bottom of my vehicle was cracked and dragging on the ground preventing me from driving. The Norcross location, was very nice and helpful. I can appreciate customer service experiences like this. I am grateful to them.

Bill (district mgr)was extraordinarily helpful. I've had constant problems with my storage unit for YEARS; it got mixed up at some point with another 1 & never really got sorted out. He helped!
