Michael HallHave the equipment at the location that I originally rented from. I was contacted the day before my rental date and told that my trailer was not at the facility that I rented from. I was forced to drive 40 miles one way to pick up the trailer I rented.

Jennilyn GunnChecked online the night before and saw there were several trucks available. Showed up on Saturday only to be told that if I didn't have a reservation they didn't have anything for me. On my way home I checked the website again and was able to immediately reserve a truck. Returned and picked up the exact truck that had been parked there the first time I showed up. Very disappointing customer service experience. I do not plan to return to this location.

steve rivardI was not equipped to back-in a uhaul trailer into a tight spot between other trailers. In the past I was able to pull through a designated "drop-off" area and the employees took it from there. It was extremely stressful and the employee was not helpful in backing it - even making a joke about how I didn't feel comfortable backing in the trailer. Extremely unsatisfied.

I wanted to add a larger locker and made the reservation with the Uhaul agent. Paid the bill and when I arrived they told me it wasn't avabel and that the agents are idiots and how would they know if there are units available. Rude Rude Rude staff!

curt cavalierI am assuming I'll get extra charges on my return. The gas was at 3/4 tank when I picked up the vehicle, yet the my rental contract said 7/8 of a tank. The dolly didn't have the green zip tie thing on it to see if it's used or not, so I'll probably be charged for that too. The pictures to I compare for my self check in were taken when the truck was band new, it's like you try to rip off customers and steal money. I DEMAND A REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!

michele NicoloGas was low when I got it, was full of snow when I got it. And the wiper was stuck and didn't work at all. And the van got stuck 3 different times and they took extra 3 days to pick up the van
Pat SpanoNo matter how I made the reservation I was switched to a different, much farther away location, (would not have been a big deal except that you charge both mileage and gas). Truck that was reserved was stuck in snow, not clean, ice on windshield, i.e. not ready at all. The employee did not offer assistance and I was expected to get the truck ready myself. Only when I complained did I get a different, cleaner, non-stuck truck. However it was not the size that I reserved, (which I picked because it was smaller and would fit in my narrow driveway). I'll look somewhere other than Uhaul next time.

I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't rent a 15' truck from them this year and had to make a trip to a nearby U-Haul outlet to get a truck. When we got to Keller Lake i was intrigued and angered to find both of their 15 foot trucks parked there. I will continue to rent space and trucks from them in the future but will need to push a little more regarding equipment availability.

I will never rent anything from UHAUL ever again and will instead opt to do business with one of your more competitively priced climate controlled competitors i.e. Extra Space Storage. I spent several thousands of dollars in rent for my unit at this facility over the course of multiple years and was regularly charged ridiculous late fees for being just a few days late, even in the case of extreme circumstances such as holidays, being out of town, Covid-19, or simply forgetting. In spite of the fact that I was a long term customer normally in good standing who spent thousands of dollars in rent, staff would almost never waive the late fee and offered me nothing more than an insincere apology when my unit became infested with rodents and thousands of dollars worth of personal property was irrevocably damaged. NEVER AGAIN!
