When guaranteeing a piece of equipment make sure it is there when it is supposed to be. I had to make two trips because the 26 ft truck I reserved wasn't at the u-haul place so they provided me with a 20 ft truck which they gave me an extra day and extra milage but it throwed a wrench in all my planning because of the helpers I had hired. They gave me a credit of $50 but that only covered fuel. It didn't cover the extra $150 I had to pay the helpers. So by my reservation not being held up like I requested I'm out an extra $150 so instead of me paying $156 for the rental it actually cost me $306 after payment for extra day for help

I did not get the phone call by 6 the night before. I got an email saying my equipment wasn't available so I ended up calling and they wanted me to go to another location, then told me no it wasn't available there either that I would have to go even farther away. Then they ended up telling me that I could go to the original location, just not at the time I wanted but 3 1/2 hours later. The app did not work right for return the vehicle after hours, it kept getting stuck in a loop of wanting the pictures of the tuck and I took then all 3 times but then it would clear them all and wouldn't let me get to the truck location section to complete the return. Then my reservation got closed out so k had to call U-Haul to make fire that everything was down so that i could turn in the keys.

The signs posted for the card access are incorrect. I had someone with a bigger vehicle waiting on me when I was trying to get in to my storage. Because of the wrong hours being posted I wasted my time, and another individuals. They need to correctly display access hours because you cannot access it up to 10:00 p.m. as it says. You can only access until 7 p.m. Please correct that for future individuals so they have the correct information.

It became apparent during the trip that the truck was leaking. Several of my items were damaged including a brand new KitchenAid mixer. Also, I would like to know how mileage allotment is determined. Based on the trip, I knew I was going to go over the mileage allotment. This feels like double dipping. If I have to pay for 5 days, I shouldn't be charged for mileage. If I'm charged for mileage, I should be able to decrease the amount of days.

The only issue I had with the cargo van was it smelled like an ashtray inside. When I opened the door it hit you like a slap in the face. The van ran well. I recommend that someone use some fabric freshener and or air freshener when they find someone did not follow the policy on not smoking in the vehicle.

Workers were very professional and polite at the center,building and the surroundings were very clean clean and neat. The only issue is the after hours manger Diane is hard to be reached when you need her , she doesn't answer calls, text, emails,etc. other than that my experience was great!!!!

Girl was rude. At first said they had no record of my reservation, then she miraculously found it after a few minutes. Then said I didn't purchase a lock with my reservation. I did. Don't know how I'm going to get a refund for that. Had to buy one from Wal Mart. Seriously, store your things somewhere else.

Went in to obtain a storage bought the storage was told office would close at 5 and I needed a special lock. Went bought the lock and a few of my things and was back maybe 3:20. I unpacked all my things loaded them on the cart and proceed upstairs to my storage. I get to the storage and there is a lock already on it. I was already tired and hot from packing unpacking and walking upstairs to the storage. I made several attempts to call the front off both my personal phones and the call button for someone to answer no one ever did. After five minutes of calling I gave up left my items unattended and walked to the front hoping if I left my car no one would take my things. No employee is to be found I walk back to my car push my stuff on the cart to the door said forget it walked back to the front for a refund and explained the situation. They were okay with giving me a refund but I needed my debit card I walked back to my car packed all of my things drove to the front and was finally given a refund. I hated my experience. If someone buys a storage it's UHauls place to make sure everything is ready for that person who's spending money especially if they have to walk up a flight of stairs

The staff at this location is the only reason this facility got any stars. The staff was very helpful and friendly. For comparable prices of other storage facilities in the area, you can get much nicer, cleaner, and more secure. This place is in dire need of updating and maintenance.
