I first asked for a 10x15 storage space coming from Houston on spid and Kostorys On the ground floor because I have issues with my leg I was sent to downtown instead which is not good for me that is why I asked for Kostorys location. I was put in a second floor 10x10 which wasn't enough space I could see daylight coming through the ceiling so I had to go get some caulking just so my sofa and recliner and everything else didn't get ruined then had to jam everything into this tiny little 10x10 space needless to say when I got my stuff out 3 years later everything in there was covered in roaches not the best experience I've ever had at the stores facility and I've been to a bunch I've ran two in my time. The new staff is very friendly and helpful fortunately I was locked down on the very last day because they changed everyone's hours to office hours and didn't tell anyone so I went at 8:00 at night and I couldn't get in. Had to go back the next day and get another truck to go finish getting some of my stuff out.

Spray some WD 40 on the tie down strap and ramp latches on the auto transport dollys.. They will work much better.

My first appointment was to pick up an auto transport at Aransas Pass on a Sunday. I checked with them on Thursday and my pickup was scheduled at this Corpus Christi location. No notification, at all. They had received a tow dolly that they didn't need, as far as they knew. Aransas Pass called the Corpus Christi manager and he said he would bring them one from some other town. Yay him! Yay them! Yay Uhaul! On Thursday afternoon I had to drop my truck off at the Ford dealer due to to a new noise. They called Friday morning and said it was a u-joint in the front end and should be able to fix it by Monday night. Aransas Pass was closed that Friday. I left them a message that I would be delayed until Wednesday. I contacted Uhaul and rescheduled for Aransas Pass. Aransas Pass calls me Monday and says they rented out the trailer, so I'll have to get it from Corpus Christi. That was according to the Corpus Christi manager, they said. I drove the 50 mile round trip, as required, on time for my appointment. The manager was a nice guy and took care of getting me connected. No words were interchanged about my heartburn.

Truck was run down. People were nice is the only good thing. No dolly's availability should be illegal. I messed up my back and I pre ordered a dolly online and they were still no available for my reservation. Check in process was fast. Just the trucks old and run down. Hope they get better

Had an issue with trailer module that turned out to be incorrectly installed by previous dealer. Joseph and Romeo got it fixed and got me a trailer that fit exactly what I needed. Excellent service!

The gentleman who helped me move is was a great help. The whole process was wonderful. He made sure that my access card worked, and fixed all of the issues that we came across.

This is my 4th or 5th time renting from this location and the staff has always been very good, professional and attentive... But the 10' rental truck was in bad shape. No cruise control, hard pull to the right and LOUD...probably needs to be retired from the fleet.

The technician was awesome and did an outstanding job. I had a reservation to pick up a trailer earlier but noticed my hitch had malfunctioned. So I got a new one put on.

Alignment of wheels or steering wheel has been off the past 2 rentals. Alignment of wheels last year from Philadelphia made the 2000 mile trip a harder drive, poulling in one direction. Off alignment of steering wheel this last trip didn't make a big difference from the N Chaparral location but can be distracting

It was one of the best experiences i've ever had with uhaul. The employees the truck everything was so perfect and everybody was so courteous and kind. I will highly recommend to my friends. My family and of course use you anytime. I need a clean affordable service The Corpus Christi location was one of the best ones I truly have ever seen. Thank you once again for all you'll do.

Employee that helped me was very informative and he went above and beyond to set me up with a car hauler reservation in Victoria because they had rented out the last one. This was in addition to the small trailer we had just rented.

Manager let my tow dolly be rented that I had reserved. Caused me a 2 hour delay in a long distance move. Added stress to make it to my next location and not have to pay 2 nights hotel because uhauls error caused me to run late.

Clean windshield, inside and outside. I also had a flat tire, so I had to air it up to bring back in. Otherwise, great customer service.

We arrived prior to our drop off time but it was 1 minute after hours. The staff person didnt mention that we could use the key drop still and avoid the $20 fee. When I called the next day I was told there was a sign posted and it was in the contract. It was dark and raining when we returned. The customer service at this location could be better.

I opted for 24/7 pickup, but could not pickup the truck at reserved time due to missing component of reservation (furniture dolly), no notification whatsoever prior to pickup date. The person at the counter said he wasn't aware of the issue. Called customer service, received conflicting information.

The mileage on my paper was not what the truck read when I received it also the gas was not accurate I returned it with in what miles I said I would and more gas than what I received it with and dud not recieve the refund I was told I would receive when returned my recipient shows less than half of what I was told and I still never received that refund that shows on the receipt

I received several emails about when will the trailer be returned. There were several of this size still in stock. We were told that the location was the closest place to drop off the trailer when we rented it. We passed 2 large locations in our 20 minute travel to drop it off.

It said we drove over 1500 miles when we drove from Kyle, Texas to Corpus Christi, Texas and returned the rental within 10 hours of receiving the truck.

Eric and the other staff were fantastic. They were more than helpful and had great customer service. It was refreshing and I would absolutely recommend this UHaul for storage or vehicle rental. Seriously Eric and the other staff did an amazing job and were very helpful.

Lock doesn't work the manager Samantha doesn't return calls leaves you outside waiting for hours. Poorly managed!

Put warning signs up for low concrete beams. Beam blends in with band color on storagebin doors. Leaves a pretty good lump.

had really bad impression of this place i rent an storage unit and got stolen a lot of items out of my unit because the roof was cover with a wire screen and can see thru and the main door that suppose to open with the key they provide never work and was free access thats why who knows who got in and climb to the roof to look at the belonnies si it was a waste of money for me, got stolen millwaukee tools, tv, motorcycle helmets, suicase and can figure out what else, so far $3000 loss.

I made an online reservation, and nothing was reserved. The employees were decidedly rude and the storage unit was damp plywood with a hole in the ceiling. Avoid this place!

Hallways are a little narrow and couldn't fit the sofa in the room but other than that it was a great experience.

My things got wet . Mattress and lots of boxes and items were damaged .. irreplaceable items..

To begin with the area is not well marked to know where to access the locker. Then it said street access on the website but its up a flight of stairs . Sooo to get to my locker its up a flight if stairs take 5 steps go down 2 steps take 2 steps go up 2 steps so theres no way to get a cart to my storage locker!! This is extremely inconvenient.

I cannot remember the young mans name that helped me but he was a very nice man. He explained everything to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. He made the whole transaction go quickly and very easily. I hope in the future that I am able to deal with him again.

The staff at the Uhaul facility on N. Chaparral are very friendly and helpful. When homeless people hang around or loiter in the premises, the staff was quick to respond when I felt uncomfortable. Thanks for everything.

I paid for the 24 hr access but in the 7 different times I tried to access my unit the key card failed. I had the attendant redo my access twice but to no avail. 24 hr Rip Off!
