Why did you charge me for another month 5 days after I emptied the storage area? Please return my money back, I notified you 5 days before you received the money and delivered the storage area to you. But you took another month's money from me, why? please refund my money immediately

What can I say about a business that I entrusted with my belongings for 7 years without a single problem. Not one. Vegas has seen floods and scorching heat in that time, but my important belongings remained safe. With every single thing getting more expensive they kept their rates more than reasonable. Certainly lower than inflation. I couldn't thank them enough and certainly would do business with them again .

Thank you UHAUL under the supervision of Mr Jamel Eddington, you and your staff did an extremely good service from the beginning to end. Your facility at Lamont are very clean, the surroundings are very clean, the ambiance when you enter the facility you don't feel anything you feel that all your belongings that was kept in this storage are SAFE this is what we feel for the time we used your storage. All our belongings when we took them out are all in good condition and they are all fresh (meaning they are all in good shape). Again thank you very very much UHAUL (Mr Jamel) and Ms Rosette (your staff) who also rendered excellent service to us, and nice doing business with you. More POWER to all UHAL STORAGE AND STORE! You did good and beyond excellent good service to people! God Bless!

The unit had a bad door seal and my items were covered in a lot dust. No one at facility. It was ran by 333 Nellis location. I paid and told them I was moving out the day I was supposed to move out. I went to my unit. It was locked with a Uhaul lock and I couldn't gain access to after 12 PM because the gm got fired and the new guy he only had two people working. I had a truck waiting and help waiting at 5 AM in the morning so I had to do everything myself with my daughter in the hot hours of the day afternoon. Very frustrating with whole experience.

I had rented a unit here before. I had a great experience liked that it offered 24 hr access and later access then most and it is very close to where I live. The staff at the time was very nice and helpful and I figured even though it had been a long time since I was there that I'm sure UHAUL would still have the same great service and easy online setup and purchase of a unit . And of course I was right. Very easy an so convenient and happy with my experience. Merci

A mice and dust problem in storages. It had rein all my furniture and material, with dust and oder and also, the card never worked for entry. I always had to wait on another person behind my car, to have them get me in or out! Sometimes, I had to wait more than 30mins.. Get a exterminator and a duck cleaner before I consider to come back and recommend others, like family members. Nice staff but uncomfortable experience.

I had a great experience with this location. The lady who help me went above and beyond when I had a issue with my gate card so I could get to my thing's.

When I went to the Lamont location my pin that was created didn't work. There was luckily someone hispanic man that let me in the gate. I called the office and the girl who answered the phone said she couldn't help me and I needed to call the nellis location. I called the nellis location and was on hold for 20 minutes before I got someone and they could not help me as well because I couldn't talk to anyone in the storage office. I didn't want to drive back there. The Lamont location was really dirty and I didn't want to stay there anyways so I cancelled my storage unit.

Hiding behind her cleaning cart in the hallway telling me I couldn't be there check my in and outs I never over stayed I may have been there without a vehical but I live close I needed to get my things in order and she told me I wasn't welcome to do so

This place really sucks will never use U-Haul again, they rented a storage unit that was already rented , when I came to come deliver my items into the storage unit it was already filled a worker had to come out and cut off to cut off the lock then the manager Jamel and we had to call him to figure out what was going to do because our unit was already rented he tried to make accommodations which wasn't sufficient I will never use you all again

Staff advised its ok to move out buy the end of month , after 4 trips unavailable to get in l called an was yelled at by brain . I'm confused on what the problem was. His lackadaisical management he was un able to listen without screaming . God is funny about me so I let GOD deal with brain an his disrespect, not everyone can be a manger an Handel it with integrity. After a year at this storage facility, NO need to disrespect I don't disrespect people. I Refuse to accept this toxic treatment from Brain this is why l moved out . He made it impossible to exit , or speak to him I don't argue an scream!!! Miscommunication from so called Manger an staff has nothing to do with me. Respect is a must period . The Performance for THE staff unbelievable Toxic Unprofessional No INTEGRITY I WOULD LIKE TO SEE HIM SPEAK TO A MAN THE WAY HI DISRESPECT ED A DAUGHTER A MOTHER .

While moving out, the manager Rhonda accused me of using a bullhorn or loud speaker system. I advised that my keys were in the bed of my truck & radio wasn't on. She said I needed to "turn down" whatever I was using. When I went into the office to turn in the swipe card - which stopped working 2 yrs prior - she said, "that, that noise was you!" She said it was my car door closing that bothered her and that she had PTSD. My car is a 2012, not some heavy metal 1960 Duster; closing the door is not a loud, deafening boom. She was rude accusing me of using a bullhorn when I closed my doors after packing my truck; not sure how she expected me to drive away without closing the doors.

It was a pain reserving it online and still having to go into the store along with having major trouble with the pass code 3 times and even the gate key card. Had to call manager just to get the gate opened to put my stuff in and running around back and forth to one uhaul center to the other back to the self storage was not easy on miles or gas plus made me 3 hours late on returning my cargo van at the boulder location in las Vegas. My key card still doesn't work. My fees were very outrageous for no reason. Cost me more then expected. After this month I will no longer use uhaul ever again. Very dissatisfied and inconvenient.

There were no carts readily available for convenience. The service was outstanding. The units around mine were abandoned and the lighting could have been better.

You didnt have security there and my stuff was ruined by a fire. Then no insurance offered and i lost family heirlooms. So I am not happy with you. You need to make it mandatory for insurance.

I had all my stuff lost in your fire. I paid for over 3 years not only did I loose my valuables I lost 3 years of payments and increases. You cut staff in that location and feel you jeopardized my belongings. Well I guess I was right. Very disappointed in Uhaul and the attitude of not your responsibility my stuff is gone. Even staff on hand day I inspected had attitude only 1 person apologized for my loss and he was the guy who helped take my pictures I salvaged back to truck. Management didn't care.

Horrible service horible all the way around now you guys closed my storage after it burned down, I never closed or moved out I was told everything burned I went down there and was told it was a totle lost and got a email that I no longer had a storage or anyone was going to do something about my situation. Price for monthly storage kept increasing. I kept my unit for nearly 4 years it started at 34,95 a mo. Final charges were 49,9 same unit. The office manager was a complete nightmare. The office staff had a clerk who didn't keep records properly and didn't document my account when we discussed arrangements. I am grateful that I was able to sign a Zero Dollar Liability wavier in the end to avoid being continuously charged for that headache of a storage unit.

It was great however, when I went that night after payung Uber to get there my access code wasnt active so waste of time and money had to spend more money to go home on Uber. Total spent for wasted time was $30. Customer service needs access to opemn the gate when they can clearly see that all is well with the account. I would hope for some kind of compensation for wasted money spent.

I emptied out my storage on Dec. 27, location was closed that day, everything was processed in the system by the 28th. Debby called me again Jan. 25, 2020 & left a voicemail about the unit again. Why?

Upon arrival unit was dirty, floor full of oil. We had to use covering and plastic to cover the floor in order to put our belongings in. Very disappointed. Late and couldn't make other Arrangements

Was charged $350 less than 24 hours after moving out. Offered to come back and remove items that were left by garbage dumpster, but they said no, already gone. Should have at least 24 hours! to fix!

Unit is falsely advertised as climate controlled, when in fact only the hallway access to the unit is climate controlled. The storage unit itself was always nearly the same temperature as the outside.

I was not satisfied with the uhaul I was given, especially, in regards to renting a uhaul to drive 1 400 miles away. The windshield wipers were not working efficiently, and this didn't help having to drive through rain and snow. Also, the uhaul had a leak at the top of the roof causing my mattresses to get wet and my belongings. We did not realize that it had a leak until 3 days later when we were moving our items into a storage.

Had to pay $40 to be able to get to equipment, perhaps a pick-up or drop off service similar to Enterprise rent a car would be nice. Staff was great!

The following comments have nothing to do with either the pick up or drop off location. Those locations were both excellent. This has to do with the rude way I was treated when I contacted Customer Service. Initially my confirmation email indicated a 10 ft truck - which is what I ordered. We changed the drop off location to make it more convenient and that somehow changed it to a 15 ft truck. Given the fact that I was taking this truck 1 300 miles, that would make the gas differential $168 -- when I called to discuss this with the rude customer service girl, she kept trying to interrupt me while I was trying to explain that 15 ft truck is way too much room - also the gas differential would be more than the $50 credit she was offering....she screamed "Oh My God" and hung up on me. This move was not just a run of the mill move for me. I was moving my Mother's belongings from Nevada to Nebraska and my mother had just passed away the week before. I was too emotional to deal with a rude customer service girl, so I let my son handle the rest of the phone calling to straighten this out. I got my 10ft truck however had to drive an additional 15 miles out of my way to North Las Vegas. The 2nd issue I would like to consider is that I was not given a credit back for returning the vehicle early. It was not due back until Monday 8-10-15 and I returned it on Saturday 8-8-15. When I called to make the resavation I had to repeat myself so many times! it seemed that the employee didn't understand me. The next day I go in for pick up, she didn't even get my name correct. My whole info was wrong, Debbie seemed very careless, first of all The gas on the truck didn't match the paperwork! She didn't even walk me threw the truck she really just and hand me the keys and walked away. Thank goodness I took pictures. Still had to pay mony that I didnt suppose to. I had an awful experice. please people don't go to this location !!

Lady working totally screwed up the reservation and deposit transaction and was repeating things over and over as well as wandering off into another conversation on different subjects. Being 62 myself, I was worried she might be in early dementia. But all in all we finally figured out what I owed and got it all paid when we returned the truck.
