The store is understaffed and as a result the workers don't/can't pay attention to details. In my case, this meant no one checking the mileage on my rental before I left the lot and then getting charged based upon the last time time they had checked the mileage on the vehicle. I ended up being overcharged by almost 100 miles.

the 1st guy at counter during check in has poor customer service. stood there for almost 10 mins without anyone saying anything or letting me know they would be with me momentarily. I was given no indication how to return online. I was only told to leave the keys in it and they would email a receipt. No way. Then after not receiving an email two hours later, I called, only to be told that all of the trucks had been checked in. And then asked if I was sure this was where I had dropped it off. Can you imagine my concern? He then had to go search for it on the lot. He found it and checked it in TWO HOURS AFTER it had been dropped off. In addition, we picked it up with 1/4 tank of gas and returned it with 1/2 tank of gas. The same employee told me it would be credited to my card, but it wasn't, so I had to register a complaint. Poor customer service all around.

Dropped car off at 9am, was told my car would be done by 3-4 pm, I showed up at 4 and my car hadn't moved. I walked inside and they said they didn't realize my car was there and didn't know where my keys were. My keys were on the wall behind them infront of a trucks keys. They still got my car done same day but I had to come back after hours to get my car, thankfully they did stay late and finish it and compensate me.

The back was full of trash and random debris, and the front cup holders had ash all over them. The vehicle smelled like weed and cigarettes. The employee also put insurance on the rental without asking me, when i had chose "no insurance" on the reservation.

The staff are awesome especially Mr. RJ and his (2) biological brothers who work at the listed location were extremely friendly, courteous, respectful, supportive, helpful and very professional. They did an awesome job with customer service which they took to a whole new level. Several words to describe Mr. RJ is phenomenal and Man of the Universe that helped me out yesterday that words cannot describe. Mr . RJ is very intelligent, knowledgeable,, articulate and a good face for the company. While the uhaul office staff members were GREAT, the uhaul experience entirely has been HORRIBLE!! From the miscommunication, to being mis informed, to being giving the run around, to also swindling me out of money i did not owe. I will absolutely refrain from using the UHAUL service in the future!

Not a lot of staff during the day or night. So anytime you go in there be prepared to wait. If you have a unit on the far back side. Good luck getting in, they park all of the big trucks back there. So if you need to get in your storage randomly like me, it was a hassle. They need to find another lot close by to park trucks.

Upon arriving no one came out to help. Went into store where employees were gathered in a group loud and using very loud profanity that was unacceptable. No one knew what they were doing. Had to ask for assistance to get in gate and was treated like I was stupid!!!! However the staff neglected to activate my access code. This is just a piece of my story !!

I had to get a storage unit for several months. I wanted climate control due to the nature of some of my belongings and not wanting them humid or cold or too hot. The unit was the perfect size and clean, well lit and secured, along with the climate control. The staff at this uhaul location were always friendly, helpful and reliable! I hope I do not need storage again, but if I do I would definitely pick this place again.

Had my stuff in storage for 2 days in the month of July and had to pay for the entire month. That's was ridiculous. I should gave been prorated for the 2 days and just pay that. The person who checked us in seemed to cop a bit of an attitude and told us there was nothing in the computer for us, despite us having visited the location a week prior and having it confirmed. He did eventually find it. The other two gentlemen were pleasant and helpful.

That kid at the front desk was good. Knowledgeable, polite and on the ball. Keep him around and give him a raise. Dead serious, he'll be running his own place one day if he's not the boss already.

Sad to see Mark Kocinski leave after all these years. He retired. He was always so good to work with. The store has a good crew though so I'm sure they will continue to provide great service to the community.

Horrible customer service when we set up the unit. If we didn't have a time frame, we would of went somewhere else. Kept items in storage for 4 months, over half our items were covered in mold.

Great customer service, the store Manager and staff very helpful in helping meet all of my needs. Especially when, I changed my mind at the last minute about the lock for the storage door.. Very friendly staff and courtesy of needs for customers during the pandemic. Gave clear instructions of what is required and necessary for customers safety at their location.The cleaning lady also very prompt and nice..strong team with strong skills to meet customers needs for storage and moving... Thank you for the standard of excellence.

Friendly and very helpful folks at this facility. Unit itself was clean and ready to occupy and the dollies located at the inside dock made the transfer so much easier. Glad I found them.

Good storage facility to rent from. Only downside is ease of access to doors to reach inside units (i.e. parking is not very good without blocking everyone else from thr access doors)

I love Uhaul on Noland and I-70! I will definitely go back if i ever need storage or a moving truck again. Awesome customer service and fair prices.

Only concern is that a couple of times security gate was left open. Eg. I was at my storage and security gate was open entire time (15min.) I was there.

I've rented trucks and storage spaces from U-Haul stores in other parts of the country and this location is by far the best. They should be used as an example for the whole company. Wow!

I had mice in my unit, it destroyed my furniture, the store manager Mark thought this was very funny and he actually knew of mice in the units. This is a joke the manager is a joke, seriously.

Location appeared well staffed, still there were long lines too often. Magnetic cards for the gates didn't work, had to wait to get fixed in a long line. But I would recommend this store overall.

My unit was infested with mice droppings! I had to get rid of most of my things!!! And hire someone to clean and sanitize my furniture!!!

The price increase over the 6 years was unacceptable. I'm a disabled Veteran and my mother was 90 years old when we rented your storage the price was around $119 a month and now it is $159.
