The representative I dealt with at the drop off location was extremely pleasant and efficient. He assisted with the unhooking of the trailer and reviewed my experience during the trip. This gentleman is an example of how all companies should be run.

The worst rental experience ever. Do not rent at this location. Rude employee and . management. I was shocked at the unprofessional, unhelpful, employees and management. Had to contact corporate haul for assistance returning vehicle. As the employees told me "you will have to self return I am trying to clean up and go home". Other customers arriving at location had the same experience. We were talking to each other shocked at how unprofessional this uhaul location was. Please don't ever visit this location. Rent elsewhere.

Only downside was that upon return I was told I would have to fold the 12 moving blankets i rented or I would have to pay a cleaning charge for each one not folded. Didn't expect this so I had to take extra time to fold them before i left. I would expect cleaning would be included and they would all be done prior to renting them again. They were clean as they were barely used and a few were not used at all.

I've been renting from U-Haul at South Plaza Trail for over a month now and Chantel H the person that greet you is very unprofessional. She's got a loudmouth. She doesn't like men if you talk any upper of passion about core or something you're working on using she screams at you holler at her and then she don't wanna help you when you're there and she just a unpleasant person for you.

Easiest drop-off. There was a gentleman in the parking lot getting trucks ready so he was available to guide me where to pull the truck in. He got all the information from the truck. Once he came inside, he said "Let me print your receipt". And just like that I was on my way. I didn't have to wait for the next available person inside to help me. It's like he was waiting for my arrival. The store itself was very clean and inviting. Everything displayed nicely for sale: Dollie's, different size boxes put together so you can see the size you're getting, tape, mats, etc. Would definitely rent from that place if need be again.

Most definitely hire a new agent. The female agent on sat am at 930 was extremely rude and not helpful to my needs. Willie did assist me after she gave up quite abruptly. Will never come to this location ever again

Rented Cargo Van, went 10 miles total (in town rental) was charged for 100 miles! Will file a dispute on this. Rental estimate cost $39. & was charged $126. Rented before from my address to apartment & was always the same distance. Will be filing a dispute.

When I went to originally drop off the vehicle transport I went to 525 Bird neck Re in Va Beach, but was told they couldn't unhook my transport and needed to go to this location at 140 s plaza when I got there I encountered Willie, he told me I had to undo my vehicle, but I didn't know how bc Brittany at u haul in Ohio had done so for me, so he explained there should be be a charge, but bc I guess he saw my frustration that he did for me, which I am very appreciative for, I was told I could leave my vehicle at there parking lot ans to just park jr which I did... I got back maybe 1,5 hours later and Willie did my truck return paperwork and got me on my way, but when I got home and some hours later I received an email stating that someone tried to call me and my phone was busy, idk how that could be, and if I didn't come get my vehicle they would tow it bc was parked blocking u haul truck... Well no one ever called me and fortunately they didn't tow my car, so overall my trip from beginning to end was hectic and stressful!!!

I've been coming to this location for years and never have any issues. The staff are always friendly and helpful. And the equipment are always on top top shape and available. I always recommend this location to my friends and family.

The drop-off location that U-Haul initially designated was closed, with a sign on the door saying that they were not handling U-Haul business that day due to computer system problems. I called UHaul and was directed to a different location that was not as convenient. At that location, there were not enough staff available to handle the large number of pickups and returns.

The customer service here was great. I can't say the same for online. Very disappointed with our online customer service and the changes we had to make to our reservation due to their mess up. But when we dropped it off, the people there were very helpful!

The lady at the u-haul location was extremely unprofessional in the transaction. Showing distress in the transaction due to it being at 1650 and then closing at 1700. By far the worst experience I've had with customer service. If there were negative numbers I would put them. She did the basics of doing the transaction. But also made me feel unwelcome and I would go out of my way to never do business with that location again

I rent a u-haul trailer two/three times a year from Plaza. Plaza u-haul is always open, always has an assortment of trailers at reasonable price. Never a hassle to check out (has a dedicated lady who is very nice, professional and understands your time constraints when filling out the paperwork and a second person who walks you to your trailer, hooks up your trailer to your vehicle) and ditto for returning your rental (has a gentleman who's only job is to check you in, very affable fellow who understands your time contraints). Great business model, kudos.

When I told the attendant I only got 6 blankets instead of 12 and that I had to borrow blankets to move he said: "yeah, they're bad like that". Didn't offer to take the charge off.

I received the equipment (6'x12' open trailer with ramp) in good working order. I inspected trailer for damages and found none. The trailer worked as ordered with no towing problems. Everything, tires and ramp, workrd with no problems. I surveyed the equipment and the attendent answered all questions. Job complete with no problems.

People were friendly and equipment was great. Initially the cost was supposed to be a little over $180, however when I showed up to pick up and pay for the trailer, had to pay an additional $50 because of hidden fees.

The biggest problem we have is not being able to rent five vans for election day from one location. By having to rent from four locations really puts a hardships on the drivers who have just work a 16 hour day and have to return vans back to those locations. If some consideration could be given to this situation, it would be greatly appreciated - Thanks!!

After having a not so great experience with uhaul customer service the ladies working at our pickup location were absolutely amazing. They answered all my questions without hesitation and even made some helpful suggestions for a few supplies we needed.

I rent equipment from this location often. The employees at this location are very friendly and make sure that I have everything I need. I definitely would recommend this location because of the service I receive there.

I was not very satisfied with the actual truck. It did not have power windows or cruise control and it did not have USB outlet for my cell phone. It was an older truck, and it made my 6 hour drive miserable! However, the people at this location are some of the best I have encountered.

Willie and Chantel went above and beyond, helping me to get my trailer lights fixed, which ended up being my vehicle, and they replaced the fuse in my vehicle at no charge

It was horrible customer service and I am highly disappointed in the treatment I was provided. I was charged an excessive amount of money for something I did not do. My card was on file so there wasn't anything I could do about being unfairly charged. I asked for proof several times and was ignored. I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone as now I see this service as a scam.

The bathrooms were sparkling clean. The customer service was excellent. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I always go to this location for those reasons.
