I do not like the fact that you charge by the month because I just paid my bill on the 6th of April and moved out on the 13th of April. That means you guys get double pay from the 14th of April to the end of April which is not fair to the customer when they return items early in a month.

bill lI was not informed of everything as I was checking in for a storage and truck. The gentleman was talking to another co-worker (Joshua) about coupons and the soup he was eating at the front desk that was on sale at the store. Blaine was not focused on his work and customers. While checking the truck out the gas level was less than what it was on the paper. Later while trying to access the storage, I tried to call the number by the door 3 times and left messages. No one called back, the number should not be up there if no one is going to answer or return the call. So by me not being able to access the storage, I had the truck longer than expected which shouldn't have happen. Also, the alarm did go off and still no one return my phone call.
Michelle WMaurice was excellent and was very personable. I will not consider U-Haul again. The truck was not maintained and difficult to drive. Dirty and tracked to left We calculated the miliage at 6 miles a gallon and filled it up accordingly - we were still charged for 2 gallons. it was under 5/8 when we picked it up and we brought it back the same

David HThe front desk girl was a complete bitch. I pulled up parked under the awning where the trailer I was picking up was. I walk into the building and I'm met with her yelling at me stating I cannot park there. I asked where to park. She said next to the building. I get into my truck back it up and move it 6 feet to the left. There are painted lines indicating not to park there. I walk back into the building and she says you aren't parked next to the building. I said there are painted lines. She said that's where I wanted you to park. You won't get in trouble this time. To my reply I won't get into trouble anytime. She cashed me out. A guy walked me outside and asked me to pull up to the trailer which would be under the awning. Like what the hell. I wouldn't come back to this location ever. The front desk girl was awful and rude. If this is how she treats customers your sales will take a serious hit. I can't tell you what her name is. It was Friday march 23rd at 2pm when I picked it up. She was younger and short.

Reynaldo RRefund my money. This truck rental was a Nightmare! The transmission is going out and we were almost T-boned twice as when pulling out, the transmission would start slipping as if in neutral!!! I was forced to shift it manually KILLING MY FUEL ECONOMY. Worst rental EVER!!!

John CMy reservation was made 2 months in advance to this date I needed a 20 foot truck. I did not need anything bigger for my move for me and my Newly wedded Wife. On 02/13 I was called and told the original Location "Midgard" a U-Hual Location in Viera, Florida would NOT have a 20 foot truck, the representative who called stated they would call around surrounding locations in the Melbourne, Rockledge area for a 20 foot truck available for pick up at 8:30am. I was called back 15 mins later and told the "Cocoa Blvd" location would have a truck for that time. At 5:45 PM the same day, (02/13), I was told that there would not be a 20ft truck at this location or any other location around where the home was I needed to move out of. At this point the only option I had was to accept the 26ft truck which was way to big for the amount of stuff I would be loading on a truck. Fast forward for the morning of, I go to the Aurora Rd location to pick up my 26ft truck, upon getting to the point of the online check in where I was to find which truck it was, I discovered it was tucked behind ANOTHER 26ft truck, this made it incredibly frustrating at this point and I have to maneuver this large truck VERY carefully to avoid damage to the property and the same size truck behind me. I also discovered upon arriving to my home I was moving out of, I was never given the Utility Dolly or furniture pads I had purchased along with the truck rental. At this point I am extremely frustrated. The overall care in this situation was not handled properly and I felt like my reservation that was made 2 months in advance to this date was not important enough to ensure I was given the truck I was ordered. Not sure who is to blame but this situation overall delayed the moving process and caused lots of frustration for me and my now wife. Whoever sees this I really do hope you and your corporate offices take this situation into account - I would hate for this to happen to anyone else who rents a U-Hual Truck.

Darin D | Expérience généraleHonestly I really do not like writing bad reviews. However this truck needed some work. My husband is a mechanic and he noticed when he was driving the truck that this truck barely had brake life left in the pads. Seeing that this is a truck for moving things heavy I find this very dangerous. When I was driving the truck it did not have an alignment either. Thankfully we weren't moving anything super heavy or else this could have caused an accident. When I was driving the alignment of the steering wheel and tires made it very hard to drive on the highways. I really think you should put more work into your trucks to make it safe for people who do not know about cars cause thankfully we know how to drive any type of vehicle and can maneuver a poorly maintained truck.

deborah cDrop off location needed to be changed and I called U-Haul customer service for help. It was a wonderful experience they were very helpful and made necessary changes. Both the customer service and employee at drop off could not have been more pleasant to work with. Keep up the good service, we'll definitely use U-Haul again.

The combined convenience of a storage facility and trailer rental facility, at a competitive price, has kept me from buying a trailer and storing on free and readily available space located just 20 min further away. I use the units and trailers more than 5x per year. Side note: the employees also don't seem to hate life like it seems at other similar businesses, but purely anecdotal point of reference.

No one could find my reservation, I made a week before and the day before moving day I got a confirmation. Then the treatment I got at the facility of my storage unit was awful. It was raining and I had the largest truck full of furniture. After I had to rush to the office to REDO my reservation they all left while I had no access to the facility. I had to call the GM three times for assistance.

You have our email address should you have an adjustment in policy. After moving we found dead bugs in a corner and some bugs that looked as if they had been swept to the front of entrance door. Or there would be nobody in the lobby and I stood there waiting for what felt like 10 minutes. There was a gentleman in the garage and another one in what sounded like the bathroom and I had to shout for service. I've walked out of the lobby several times because I got tired of waiting to ask a question about products available.

Trailers are parked in every spot, including handicap parking areas. They are understaffed at peak hours.. There should be a limit in how many rentals can be returned to the same location. This is a Uhaul issue, not just this location. Would not recommend to anyone.

I entrusted my possessions to the Uhaul storage on Semoran Blvd. in Orlando for a full year contained in a variety of storage systems (trunks, plastic bins, cardboard boxes, plastic bags, and suitcases). Upon move out, I did not find ONE bug or trace of pests while moving or unpacking. It was very impressive and I was gratefully pleased. Even upon doing the final sweep of the unit, there were zero traces of pests found. Amazing! Thank you for maintaining such clean and safe storage during my transition. I was able to transport and unload with confidence. The BEST storage location I have encountered to date over the span of multiple moves over the years.

I got lost and I'm a math and science teacher. Need to be more clear. Maybe you should highlight for customer and explain more in detailed. I felt rushed with the directions on how to navigate how to get to room. Suggestion #2- When you walk in initially there is a girl that does not check in or out. So she informs you someone will be with you. The wait for some one was to long. The first person that we see was Tiffany Bennett. She look super tired She didn't say hello, welcome. Her greeting was none existent. She was very unpleasant. I can understand her demeanor since she was outside in 100 degree weather. Anyway we deserve great customer service. The only reason she began to be nice is when she realizes we return van at wrong location and she didn't have to do any work. Either your employees are are over worked or they they hate their jobs

Z D | Expérience généraleExperience was fine--until on 8/18/2020 my credit card was charged $212,6 (an additional month's storage) two days AFTER the unit was emptied, cleaned out, and a face-to-face return to inventory completed at the front office. Today is 8/24/2020 and yet, after a second face-to-face office visit, I'm still waiting for a full credit/charge back to my card--a process that takes less than 5 minutes. A billing error is understandable, but failure to provide a prompt refund is intolerable. Forcing me to become an unwilling money lender turned what would have been a 5* rating into 2*.

We have been a storage (4 units) and truck renter (will continue) for 4 years! You could have a better team. As a business owner I would use their facility as a training ground for potential managers. 6 Stars!
