Customer service was great considering the employee has to run between 2 locations. The problem is the lot is overcrowded with rental equipment for the space they have. I really feel bad for the employees, it's very obvious they are overwhelmed with the situation.

I do not know why I was charge for 2 day rental, when I return the truck on Sunday after hours. Also I lose a hour of service because we moved our clock ahead an hour for daylight saving time. The truck was picked up Saturday evening right before closing and returned Sunday evening

Absolutely love this place they are fast and easy to deal with and great customer service and great people overall I’d give 100 % highly recommend going here for anything you need one stop shop they will have you going on your way in less than 15 minutes

Mileage charge was insane given all the huge billboards claiming 19 dollars a day. What a joke.

$250 last weekend and then $1 100 this weekend paid to UHAUL. Left a box the truck at drop off and got charged another $32 for a cleaning fee. No respect or loyalty. Penske truck rental here I come

nothing but OUTSTANDING! I messed up when i made the reservations, and the lady at the first pick up location, as well as the young gentleman at the second location were GREAT!

I had to drive all the way back because the dollies were not in the truck. I feel that I shouldn't have paid for that mileage going back to the store to pick them up.

The transmission shifter is not in synch. When I stopped for 30 minutes and tried to start the truck, it wouldn't turn over. I had to move the shifter several times to find the sweet spot where it would start.

I was relieved that the employee didn't make me feel like an idiot for being unable to back up my vehicle with the trailer attached, he said he had a piece of equipment that could help him move the unhooked trailer. He was a sweet kid, kind and polite!

Verify that the equipment is mechanical sound to drive. My vehicle was really out of alignment and could have caused a safety issue with a less experienced driver .

The vehicle's odometer in the receipt was about 20 miles behind than the real one and the gas level 1/8 less. The person at the office told me to keep a picture of the odometer and they will fix it when returning the car but the manager was not happy about and told she wasn't trying to deceive me. I am sorry about the way she focus the issue

Upon returning the car trailer, they didn't seem to know what to do because I was only returning the trailer and not the truck. After getting the vehicle unloaded, I had to back the trailer into a spot because they didn't want to. When I returned the truck two days later, those on duty were great.

The GM of the Rome/Shorter Location was Great. Very Knowledgeable and patient. Customer Service was Very Good. I will definitely visit this Location again for service.

Yes! I will gladly tell everyone I run into that y'all put the screws to anyone foolish enough to rent from y'all. I was Badly overcharged on mileage . No possible way did I put 33 miles on the truck but y'all screw me every time I have rented from you . Never again will I rent from uhaul!!!

Employee was managing two locations by herself. She communicated that effectively and came back to drop off store quickly. U-Haul issues vs. employee issues. Kudos to her!

Don't double the price on a rental. I went in there today and my rental was for 63 but when my notification on my card got my phone it say it took 138 pending.when I said something to the woman she said that it should only have to 63 out pending. I even showed her where it says that they took 138 pending. So when I brought the truck back I got a 6 credit pending bc I didn't use all the miles. Well my card still shows that they are taking 138 pending. So I'm just ass out of 85.00. Never again

They did not have the 15' Truck I reserved. They had to put me in a 20' Truck. I thought they would still charge me the $29,95 rate, but they didn't. I picked up one truck and made three turns. I returned the truck because the Steering was very dangerous. I got a 2nd truck, but it was dirty on the windows, very dirty. They need to kerp there trucks Clean and well Maintained. I also was wondering when you all start calling people while you are renting a truck. I found that to be unbelievable. Even my Sister wondered why Uhaul would call her. I've never had to deal with anything like that ever with Uhaul. Christie was great at Customer Service. She did everything in her power to help me. I would just like my $10 back, because it's not my fault the person didn't bring my truck I reserved back. I should have been charged the same rate at $29.95, and not $39.95. Aldo My reservation had a lower cost than I was charged. I need someone to contact me about my charges please from Customer Service.

The first van stunk so bad had to trace for different van. Second van was dirty. Windshield was so bad I had to stop to clean it before I could drive.

The staff at this location were very helpful. They found a storage unit for us that was easy to get to from the loading dock. They also asked a lot of questions and made sure we were getting the right storage unit for our stuff. Greatly appreciated their help and professionalism. Happy to be working with them!

Kim needs some help in her store-she was the only employee and she had about 20 customers while she was trying to install my hitch, as well as answering calls and helping the storage facility a few blocks down. Kim is an excellent employee-y'all are fortunate to have her on board!
