Bobby V the assistant manager at the shreveport pines rd location was excellent! Handled all customer in a timely professional manner. In a world where customer service is lost. He clearly knows how to treat and assist people.

Cynthia RHonestly it is a good location. The manager was very knowledgeable of his job. And he walk you through your rental and make sure you understood your terms and conditions. We will offered the insurance in which we got. The gas mileage was not what was written on the paper but the manager did adjust it. The back of the van was not as clean as expected it was not bad. This was the only thing that was wrong. But overall it was a great experience. Yes I will be back to this location because the customer service was Great from both employees.

Phyllis CI was charged a 25 cleaning fee and all I moved in the truck was a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a stove. I returned it the way I received it. When I called to get this corrected I received bunch of run around and adventurely I was to it was fix but I never received my money back

Angela HThis was the 3rd location we were sent to to pick up equipment from our reservation which was a huge inconvenience that morning and made us late to meet movers, but at least they got us taken care of and the person working (Eric) was amazing, super helpful, and did everything he could to get us on our way after all the delays and frustration that morning. Uhaul needs to fix the reservation system (what's the point in making reservation if they don't even have equipment available for the reservation?) If I had known to just go to a different location first thing, it would have saved 1,5h of stress/driving all over town on the morning of our move.

Erica GMr. Ballard was absolutely excellent today. I'm so grateful for his help! He got me set up quickly and efficiently, and was extremely kind. He made sure I had the right size trailer hitch to safely haul the trailer. And helped me install the new one that I bought today to make sure I was safe, because I didn't have the right size. He was extremely apologetic about the fact that my ball hitch was only 1 7/8, and that I needed a 2 in one for safety. I didn't mind buying one from him, because he was so nice. I hope U-haul recognizes what a great employee they have, because I don't ever want to go anywhere else but to him for my hauling needs. Thank you Bobby! I feel honored to have met you today!

I have updated my phone number over the years n the claim they have old numbers from 8 years ago. I was also told they don't go by the online account for uhaul BUT I see they collect the money from the online uhaul account.
