Natasha did a great job helping to check me in and explained the rules for check in the vehicle later very well. She was knowledgeable and friendly and knew the proper practices and procedures.
Sebastian RNatasha did an excellent job of checking me in. She explained everything about the truck, mileage and return of the truck.

Karen WLack of customer service. Paid for a trailer but the guy who supposed to attach the trailer to the vehicle had no idea how to do so. He had to phone a friend of his who doesn't work there as to how he could do the job.
Jackson TStaff at this location were overwhelmingly helpful and customer service was their priority. The rental was straightforward and the equipment was well-maintained and spotless. Highly recommend!!!! All Charlotte UHAUL locations are not the same by any means. This location is awesome!!!!
Shawn WQuick and easy service, but the truck was in very poor condition. It revved very high before shifting gears, and when it did shift, the truck lurched and the steering wheel pulled. I reported this to the gentleman who received my truck upon return.

Melina DBeen here since 8 this morning and was sent next door with a light harness kit, which the tech at U-Haul refused to install. After two trips next door U-Haul has still not sent me with the correct kit. There is only one young woman at the U-Haul desk that is helpful. There is a definite problem with the employee attitude at this U-Haul location, and in my opinion it starts at the top.
larry pRadio didn’t work. Gave it to me with the gas tank on E. App crashed during mobile pickup and I couldn’t get back to my in progress checkout.
Aaron FWhen I arrived during business hours no one was there to help me… I had to wait 10mins before the employee walked back into the building. She smelled like marijuana. She was very rude and acted like she didn't want to answer many of my questions… I will never use U-Haul service again!!!

JAMES RThe U haul smelt like cigerettes and was not left clean. I cleaned the truck and when I returned it, I was charged a cleaning fee. The employees were nice and helpful, but if I brought the truck back cleaner than I found then there should not be an extra cleaning fee applied.

Shane GComplete fucking disaster and I'm still waiting for the regional manager from UHaul to call me back. I've called 13 times since Wednesday. It's shocking not me how hard a company has to work to have customer service this poor. Everyone tells you they are going to do something and no one does it. I'm gathering all the info, photos, emails and recorded conversations to take to the national news networks. Maybe that will get someone at UHaul's attention. If anyone actually cares about or reads these reviews please call me at (585) 329-9494.
DEREKJ OMy experience with the rental was way beyond expectations. The service that I received and Charlotte at the checkout on South Boulevard was thoughtful, caring, and thorough. The return experience in Brooklyn was equally superb. Your staff was quick, thorough, kind and caring. Merci encore.

JACQUELINE PStaff was friendly and accommodating. No air in indoor facility, water damage in outdoor unit, semi truck blocking way and not moving which was frustrating because we had movers we were paying by the hour.

Reserved at another facility weeks ahead of time and when the day came to move in they claimed they didn't have space was forced to find storage elsewhere …. Had to rent a truck to move things from storage that closed and had t pay full price even after driving around looking for where to store my belongings since my reservation wasn't honored … I don't see myself using Uhaul again

It was kind of hard to get my stuff because a lot of people was trying to move out since we were forced to move due to the city. The same unit I got from U-Haul I went to public storage and it was $100 cheaper inside a building climate controlled.

I was forced to rent a trailer to remove my contense and the sales person assisted me by slouching back in a chair with an attitude showing no respect for the customer. I will not be back!

We liked the location and it was accessible but that doesn't matter if the unit is no longer available. You can do better than giving someone 30 days to move to another location.

Even waiting in line I was cool with it bcs I could see their hustle to get us moving as quickly as possible ..my experience I must say was perfect from start to finish I dislike moving but this uhaul location made a tough job easier . This took weeks and weeks to get resolved through 2 National U-Haul numbers. The local store manager never responded to any of my approx 6 emails

From the first time I entered the store, his interactions with not only his team but the many customers was seamlessly smooth, relaxed and efficient. James J | Premières impressionsWorst storage ever! My daughter passed away in North Carolina. I lived out of state. I put her belongings in storage. For close to 10 years I paid on time every month. When I summoned the courage to get her things I came back to the storage. It no longer had a ceiling. Wire mesh covered the top. I had rented a large trailer for all her things. When I went into the storage it had been ransacked. The majority of my daughters belongings were gone. I found items that did not belong to her on top of the few boxes that were hers. . I took the few boxes and went home. All the years of paying on the storage were for not. The precious items I had from her life were gone forever. Not from fire or a flood but from thieves rummaging through what was left of my daughters life! To add insult to injury, a few weeks later I get a call requesting payment on the now empty storage. The entire experience was outrageous!!!!
