The supervisors were very knowledgeable but the young people working in the office during storage hours didn't seem to know what to do about the storage units they may need a little more training but they were very friendly

MELANIE C | Online Move InThe truck had a headlight that was much dimmer than the other and throughout our trip it got progressively worse, until it was almost out entirely. It made night driving a challenge. Maybe check to make sure the basics are properly functioning before loaning vehicles.
Jennifer LImprove your app. Could not return trailer through app. App wouldn't load pages correctly or at all in some cases. App would not find my location, nor would it scan the QR code to return equipment. Spent 45 minutes trying to get it to work only to have to wait till the next morning for staff to check in the equipment. Staff was amazing through and through, just the app needs a lot of work.
GABRIEL SHire a new person to receive the rental truck after use, because he was very grumpy and rude. The truck was parked in the wrong direction and he, a grown man of 55+, threw a tantrum like my teenage daughter.

George AErnie at U-Haul on South Main in Roswell was excellent and very helpful. He coordinated with the local unload help and was available to help out. I am still unclear on some of the billing. ALL, every screen, of the computer interface/website/statements & billing are terrible. They do not update correctly, and do not display reservations and billing in a timely manner.

Rosie LThe young man who checked me in for the rental could barely be bothered to take his ear bud out. The truck smelled like smoke and over-sprayed Fabreeze and made me feel sick. And I was charged for 58 miles two days after the fact for a trip that according to Google was only 27,4 mile using the route I took. I went from the U-haul location to Blair's Trading Post to pick up a mattress, then to my house at 910 Mason Dr. then back to U-haul; less than an hour later. Usually this location is amazing, so I was extremely disappointed during this rental.

Annika BI pulled into the return equipment lane and disconnected the trailer while the agent stood and watched. As I pulled away, he came running up waving his arms telling me I had to reconnect the trailer so he could check the lights. Had he asked, I would have done so, but when he demanded I comply after standing and watching me disconnect, I told him I had to get to work. He called me an a$$***e and walked away. I have heard "thank you" for choosing to do business with companies but I don't know that I have ever heard a "you a$$***e."

jovonna sMake sure your new employees are supervised when hooking up the trailers. They don't allow the customers to hook them up and your unsupervised new employee did not secure the hitch to the ball. The first bump I hit the trailer bounced off of the ball. The safety chains saved the day and although the trailer neck went underneath my 3 week old 2023 Power Wagon it could not reach the differential and the body of the trailer could not contact the back of my truck. I personally connected the trailer properly on the side of the road while traffic drove past. By the grace of God my truck was not damaged and I was not injured. Your employee was extremely negligent and fortunately a catastrophe was avoided.

Penny WWhen I rented the truck, I was NOT given the key fob. The key fob was behind the seat on the floorboard. I drove to several U-Haul locations in Las Cruces, NM and One in Lordsburg, NM in an attempt to get help in locating the key fob. When I returned the truck and after finding the fob under the safety equipment behind the seat, I was charged for ALL the extra miles I drove trying to get help in locating the fob. Without the fob I was unable to lock the truck and someone had to stay with the truck constantly to prevent the truck from being stolen because of the push button ignition system. I may NEVER use U-HAUL AGAIN!!!!!
Allan Mget your systems correct. i recieved over 20 emails and text messages. separate invoices for each ubox. lots of charges and refunds on card. but local people were nice and everything was delivered as asked. but admin/tech side issues

He was rude to me, my ex h I stand and my son. I could not believe the way we were treated after spending close to1000 dollars. He said after being rude and we told him it was Un called for that we could leave now. I said I just want to make sure we don't get charged extra, pretty sure you have better things to do than hang out at uhaul. I couldn't believe how he treated us. I called facility and they said someone would call me back but no call back

Donna J1st vehicle had check engine light on, manager wanted me to call roadside assistance instead of providing alternate vehicle. I had to refuse, then they upgraded to 20 foot.
Peter DMike a manager or owner who helped me was rude and another employee said he would bring the truck around for me. And Mike states why we bringing trucks up for people. The other employee stated customer service. I had to walk the front parking lot by the road and look for my own truck! Mike was not about customer service at all!

It would be helpful if the employee at the rental location informed me when I picked up the van that I would be getting and to just wait for it at the lot. Otherwise all good
Richard SThe only thing I would do to improve things is to have usb ports in the cab so you can charge your cell phone. I had to buy an old school cigarette lighter phone charger that had usb ports to charge my super modern iPhone!!!!

John FIt would have been nice to have gone over the contract with someone. I didn't know we were supposed to check everything prior to leaving the facility. The truck I rented had 5/8 tank of gas, but it was supposed to have 3/4 tank. That is an extra 3 gallons that I had to put in in order to be in compliance with the contract. If I am expected to uphold my end of the contract then I feel you should as well. When we returned our equipment the guy was rude and acted like we were such a bother. I feel he could use some extra training in customer service and maybe even some sensitivity training.

Excuse me, CALL ME if you're going to throw away my things. If I wasn't being charged DOUBLE when I originally had a unit at the Virginia location in roswell, for less than thirty dollars, they moved my storage, racked the price up to barely affordable, THEN said because I didn't ALSO buy insurance (which I WAS NEVER ASKED ABOUT) THAT THERES NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT MY MATTRESSES. at LEAST give me back my extra 100 dollars.
