There was a huge spill of liquid in the storage when I opened it after paying. Nobody cleaned it. I will clean but think the office staff or someone working there should have cleaned it before putting a blue lockout tag on it.

When I came to empty my unit and close out the process, the young lady there acted like she really couldn't be bothered to tell how to go abt the closing out procedure. When I went to drop off the key no one was there and I had to leave my key on the counter top.

I had not been to my unit in several months. When I came to get my Christmas decorations, my entire unit was covered in rat feces and urine. All my items were destroyed with the exception of 3 totes. I was never notified of an infestation to come and check on my items.

I don't think anything. The reservations, can't recall her name, was very pleasant, professional but also strictly business. She appears to take her work seriously while also being courteous. She also kept it as simple and easy and without much wasted time. I am 75 so keeping it easy and simple always works for me!

This location was great but I was supposed to pick up at a closer location but they were under new management & didn't know how to do the U-Haul part of it yet. So I had to go extra miles that I had to pay for & when we brought Truck back we had a half of a tank of gas more than when we got it. We could not get a credit for that.

My storage unit had a 1 inch gap under the door. In the 2 plus years I rented, I requested several times that the door gap be fix. The gap let in dust, leaves, rain, and vermin, and my boxes and furniture were ruined. Each time I spoke to Samantha, she assured me that it would be fixed soon. Never was it fixed. Rent escalation was horrendous. The original 149/month rent was raised to 159, then 169, then 179. You'd think for the $4 000 plus I paid in rent, better service would be provided. Hence, I moved out.

Manager Samantha was awesome & very helpful. I can tell she does her best to maintain the property but she can't control the scummy people that break the rules & store FOOD! My very expensive belongings were DESTROYED by RATS caused by others. Maybe yall should seal the units off so this doesn't happen to undeserving hard working people. I'm very upset about the loss of my furniture & damage done. Just salt in the wounds.

The rented vehicle was quite old and had a lot of miles on it - Not too bad for a local move, but definitely an older vehicle

I had made plans to drop truck in Huntsville when done. Get to location and tried using app to return vehicle and could not get inside the gate, truck was almost in road and no parking for a 26 FT truck. Not the best or safest place to return vehichle after hours. Took me almost an hour to get vehicle turned in, called the UHaul number for help and guy was very nice, told me just to park truck in front of building. Will not use the Parkman location or the 24/7 app again, cost me about 3 hours of my time trying to pickup and drop off vehicle

The associate or manager who helped me did a great job. The location just needed more associates on duty because we were backed up several deep waiting to be helped. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of time it took to complete the rental because I was pressed for time. I will also say I was disappointed in the availability of trucks to rent at the last minute. The only truck available in my entire area was a 10' local truck. I was glad the associate was able to upgrade me to a 15' truck at the last minute with no extra charge, but I was disappointed there were no trucks available that could be rented in one city and dropped off in another. Having to return the truck to the same location where I rented it doubled my cost in mileage, as I actually had to take the truck to a neighboring city.

Great customer service when I picked the truck up but not so much dropping off I feel I got over charged I did go over 1 mile but turned the truck in 2 hours early and put a quarter tank of gas over the mark when I picked it up got charged full price plus the 1 mile I went over i should at least get reinbursed the extra gas I put in since y’all want to overcharge customers don’t think I’m using uhaul again thanks for the rip off

I rented this storage for my daughter's stuff in New York. She was to come down last week but had postpone due health. I had not put anything in building yet. It's been 8 days since rented and the company just randomly closed my unit. No phone call. Nothing. Please let me know what place charges 95 dollars for 10x5 for 8 days??? On top this the sales representative misrepresented the price until time to pay. She told me a way different price then when came time to pay changed it.

The storage must have rodents or something because my stuff was covered in what appeared to be pee and poop from some sort of animal. Was not compensated or given a discount or credits for this.

I stored my kids college stuff there for the summer. Everything was just as I left it when we got back this week. The check-out process was nice and efficient. We took our stuff out, let the staff know, and they closed it out. They gave me a receipt and I was on my way.

Well the truck smelled like smoke. We got caught in two storms today which caused us a delay. And after all of that I got the truck back at 10 but I still had to download the app. So by the time we got that done it made me late. And I worked really hard to get it back on time. But overall this is a great location to rent from and I would refer them to my friend's and family.

I was dissatisfied with the level of service that I received during the time that I had two storage units at uhaul. The staff can be very rude. Several of my items got wet and Rats got in main unit and damaged my boxes. The company refuse to pay for the damages to my belongings. i would not recommend this location.at.jordan and Sparkman to NO ONE. IT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN.

I had reserved a van from the North Parkway Storage. However, no one was there at the published opening time listed on the door. Since I had a very long move, I contacted u Haul and they attempted to contact the establishment without success. They moved the reservation to the Sparkman Dr location. The rental was quick and trouble free although I was and hour behind schedule.

I've been renting from this location for years well I was hospitalized and call and told them to which the lady told me that she understood and would give me a grace period yet I ask that she have auto transport picked up to which she said she couldn't yet yesterday the police and a pick up truck came to which nothing happened because I have the emails as well as the phone conversations yet I could have went to jail now the guy rob is telling me I owe him 5000 dollars very disappointed

We ordered two furniture dollies which they did not have so we had to go to Lowes to buy, but they were out, then to Harbor Freight to buy. This wasted over an hr and was a pain in the ass. Plus we had to buy them instead of rent. This delayed our start of the move so we were not able to return the truck on time. Will not use uhaul again.

This is intended for Uhall and to maybe educate customers to check yourself also for working conditions of tail lights,running lights etc etc. The lights were listed as working on a tandem trailer but was pulled over for only having one tail light on trailer working. I was NOT cited for it NOR did Uhall charge me for this I'm just trying to educate both customers and Uhall that maybe implementing a photo requirement of running lights and other conditions of property because I very well could have been cited and possibly held responsible by Uhall for repairs to lights.

The professionalism that was shown by the staff was truly just that. The lady dealt with each issue with timely concern for her customers. Even went out of her way to accommodate a customer where a truck was blocking him from getting to his storage. She should be commended for the great jib she did. Others should follow her as an example on outstanding customer service. I thank her for my experience there. God bless.

It took 30-40 minutes to get someone to help us at this location. Went inside multiple times to find someone. Finally saw one young girl and she told us the other woman was working. We tried to talk to her and get some help but she was busy cleaning the trucks. Once we finally got help my reservation wasn't found even though I had $50+ dollars pending. So, another reservation was made since the first wasn't found and then there was another pending charge for $50+. We were told we would only be charged once once we turned in the truck. When it's time to turn in the truck, I couldn't do it online because neither reservation was found. Tried to call the after hours number, was asking for mailbox number. Finally called a different Uhaul number and got help. Terrible experience.

I'm very sorry, I don't remember the name of the woman who helped us. She was very informative and helpful in the day we opened our storage unit. On the day we closed our, she was very helpful again. Usually, when referring someone to a storage unit, I would say "check this one out, it's convenient and the price is ok" For this unit, I would say "it's in a convenient location, it's a great price, and the woman who works there is awesome!"

Theae units are too high priced, 76$ dollars for a unit the size if my closet is kinda ridiculous, i only purchased it because my WEALTHY friend has a unit there and it would be easy to transfer things from hers to mine, NIT MY FIRST CHOICE, AT ALL!!

Not knowledgeable on inventory. I needed rent a truck; they said all were rented! When I was crossing the street I saw a Uhaul pickup truck parked on the side of the building, I went back and asked about it and they said Oh I forgot about that and I rented it! Would have lost business if I wasn't aware and persistent!
