The app doesn't work well. Tried twice now to pick up a truck I get kicked out. Twice returning the truck it would not load pictures. This ok then three times and gave up.

Im giving U-Haul another chance from a previous unresolved grievous. Hopefully the manager at warden and 401 will do the right thing in returning my late fee charges for room 143. I did prove I did my due diligence on the matter of payment. No response from her yet. I'll see. I'm hope and rooting for her.

The people at the location were fine. The overall experience with the parent company was a disaster. The problems were as follows: U-Haul switched my location to a location roughly 15km away through busy traffic. Driving to pick up the truck and bring it to my house took over an hour. I booked three weeks early but the switch still happened. U-Haul switched my truck to a 20 foot truck which was too big. I didn't need to drive a huge truck. Too many text messages and emails with various updates, messages, requests, etc. I upload my drivers licence when I booked but had to do it again at the location. At drop off I was informed I had exceeded my mileage limit and had to pay extra. The reason I had exceeded the limit was because I had to drive so far to pick it up! Didn't matter. I was then supposed to get a discount for all my trouble but that hasn't happened.

Unorganized the staff at this location have attitude and they dont have there system right i had to cancel my reservation 2-3 times then i had to switch vehicles 3-4 times because none of the info provided match up the trucks only 1 person helped me out through it all

Disorganized office with long wait times. Came on time for appointment but had to wait 15 min past the hour for someone to confirm appointment and direct me to the installation bay. Mechanic took over three hours to do the job and made no attempt to inform me why it was taking so long. Only explained at the end it would have deescalated my anxiety to have been given an explanation after the first hour and certainly by the second hour.

Bit of hiccup with trailer, reserved a 4x8 5 foot clearance however the one we got was only 4 feet high. Fortunately everything did fit. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Would recommend this dealership. Paul 403 393-1623

Great overall experience at this location as has been the case usually for me. Rented a pickup truck and trailer, got there early with 3 persons ahead of me at opening. I was in and out within half an hour. What needs to improve is when I do online check in with all my details and get asked about whether I want services like insurance etc...I supoose its confirmation which is less hassle than getting charged for something you didnt want but as a regular renter it grinds my gears a bit. Perhaps a more streamlined system for regular renters?

These guys are scammer i have returned the van after driving 81 kms everything on paper fuel level was same no damage i have pics of both times pickup and return i got charged $96 which was right but after two days they charged extra $283 they have charged for extra kms post damage on my credit card I returned it at 4:30 pm but the invoice they sent for extra charge shows return time 6pm I am going to sue these guys for such a harassment

Maybe hire some people who have common sense . I told the woman at the front desk I need the truck for 24 hours and she changed the drop off time to a way earlier time . So when I was finish moving I dropped the truck off and they charged me double the amount .

Get more staff for the front desk, who are trained to provide faster service. I say this because the 2 times I have been there I had to wait at least 45 minutes because there was only one person serving, by the way, very slow and rude. And in line there were only 3 people in front of me, I can't imagine how much longer the person who was 5 behind me waited.

Very happy with it all except when I returned the vehicle. I asked the lady if she could tell me roughly were we were with the amount . I took it for 1 week ended up calling in and keeping it for another 2 weeks . I asked after telling her I have the milage . I put has were it was suppose to be . And cleaned the van even the windows. Took care like my own. So roughly were are we I will take it for another week. She kept telling me he's gonna go over it . That's fine but here's the info roughly so I may just day im gon a keep it . This went on ba k and forth for a while . I got fed up and left . They lost another week or 2 . Roughly means close I was not happy

There are more affordable, bigger units, and those with elevator access available at competitors. U-haul storage was not my first choice, but due to limited time to move-in and return the truck I opted for a more expensive, smaller unit, and without elevator access, instead of going to the competitor. If I had more time, I would have opted for another storage facility.

The fact that this facility did not have an elevator was a surprise. There were no ground level units left. There should have been some flag during the online booking process to let me know that the facility did not have any kind of elevator. It made the move-in process very tiring.

Your staff is terrible. I rented a truck with NO GAS they wouldn't allow me to change. The truck died in the middle of the road. I could have died. I call only to be on mute. SHAME ON U. even if my storage experience was 100 u still get ZERO STARS!! Booooooooooooo!!

The gas consumption appears to be UNREASONABLE, probably due to rough recording or poor vehicle condition. In total, I drove 16 miles, and had to fill well over 2 gallon gas (8 liters).

I had several reservations cancelled due to the inability to book more than a week in advance. I had a difficult time with the app, having to change my password repeatedly . The storage information did not show up on the app with my truck and move company reservation. Most importantly I was told clearly the first month was free several times until I got to the facility. I drive a fair distance for that be wfit and could have paid to choose another facility much close to me.

I have nothing to complain about my almost 5 years at the Warden U-Haul storage location. My only suggestion, is they need to have more people working the counter stations. Especially at the end of the day near closing time. This is my only criticism. Other than that, I couldn't be happier with my experience with U-Haul storage. If they had a larger storage unit , I would have continued to be a customer.

Very kind and helpful staff. Only issues were that there was no elevator and that belongings within storage unit were covered in sawdust from ongoing roofing work. However, a staff member offered to clean out our unit at the end free of charge.

Very poor customer experience. Calling into the store is literally useless as you will sit on hold for the duration of your day. Sat on hold for 55 minutes, enough time for me to refill fuel and return the vehicle as opposed to trying to extend my rental.

the customer service was ex excellent, however when I went into storage unit I could see on the bottom of the unit mold spores I could smell it and as I was moving I noticed that the mold was on my couch my mattresses my dresser my deep freezer and as I unpacked some of my clothes and art work and picture frames with wood framing I am very dis pleased as I thought there was tempature control in each unit as well as I was paying insurance on the unit

I had reserved online a particular storage unit base on it's size. At the time of booking there was one unit left. I had the option of paying at the counter or completing the transaction on line. I choose at the counter. When I arrived I was told the locker wasn't available anymore. I assumed they meant because of me. The staff said no, someone else rented it. When I asked for an explanation they said is was on first come basis. I don't understand how you can book online and have the store override the transaction. As I already booked a truck I was forced to take a smaller unit.

The big outdoor storage units lock mechanism are rusted and very difficult to deal with. A little bit of oil and maintenance is far due. Thanks

Being on the second floor I found it very inconvenient to move things into and out of my unit. and it didn't effect me thankful, but I did have a huge I beam in the middle of my unit. But other then the price being a little expensive, I WOULD recommend people to your facility

Access to the outside unit is good. Unit very spacious. But outside area is not well lit at night. I had to keep my car headlights on to see what I was doing. Not clear on how security is maintained at night. No security gates. Also I would recommend dropping the $10 charge for 24 hour access since anyone can get into the area at any time of day or night so what are you paying for?

Had a problem with a default lock that was sold to. The keys would not open it and got stuck. They took a few days to resolve the issue and wanted to double charge me for a new one. The sales rep who said that she was acting manager wasn't very nice. Thank God I'm out of there. Wouldn't choose this location again

I opted to move my stuff to another non-Uhaul facility as this one I found to be not only overpriced but also not maintained well. My boxes were damp and right from my first day there I had a terrible time trying to close the locker door (I also had two friends attempt to close it and both struggled as well). Additionally, every time I opened the door or shut it a bunch of sawdust (our what I believe to be sawdust would fall on me). The containers were not in good condition and I was not willing to risk having my stuff in there during the Winter months.

No elevator's!! Had a heck of a time trying to carry stuff up then down those stairs. Dolly's where provided both at top and bottom of stairs but useless on stairs. Not informed of this when I accepted a 2nd floor unit. If I had known stairs were involved wouldn't have accepted a unit on the second floor.

STOP IT! management: wake up to the fact you don't understand what customer service means. Get retrained so that the staff don't get the full brunt of the criticism and harassment because of your blindspots. I would never buy a franchise for that reason. The company is losing millions and they don't know it and probably do care. So sad. Get the president to become ab undercover boss if he/she really care about the huge losses.

Little frustrating that you can't use your own lock especially when you are short on money and have none, yet need to store items so you can get the trailer back and get a refund. The drop off location is not at the storage unit and you are already very stressed with everything else going on that this just adds to it.

I was given an all-in price on the phone and I arrived with my own lock which was a high quality lock. When I came in to rent the van body, I was told I was required to purchase and use a Uhaul lock. That lock was junk and did not even secure through all three portions of the van body door fastener (but my own lock did). The staff were rude on several occasions. additionally, I was taken for the first time, on a golf cart, to see the unit, the driver smashed the roof of the cart on the opening garage door and debris flew at me. The 'gold' lock that goes on the left side of the unit is also a joke. One swing of a tack hammer would open it. Obviously this is just a means of pressuring people into paying more for 24 hour access in addition to forcing people to buy a crappy uhaul lock. The location is not secure and my unit leaked, damaging a $4000 mechanical massage chair. I have, over the years, rented many, many uhaul trucks, mostly for business purposes, but sometimes for personal use (as I did to fill up my vanbody storage rental). I did not rent from uhaul when I emptied it out. Because of your unfair, gauging policies, rude staff, inadequate facilities and the generally poor service (staff would not even provide me a paper receipt a email only) uhaul has lost my business permanently. Your service is terrible!
