This is a busy location. We waited an hour in line to check out our vehicle. They only had one person at the front desk.

I didn't get the truck that I reserved. Also, they charged me $20 late fee even when I returned the truck 16 hours earlier. I called several times, the person who answered told me the manager would get back to you, that never happened. This isn't about 20 fuc... dollars, this isn't the America I know.

I just didn't like the fact that the atender told me that I needed to buy a locker and at the end she told me that it's now it belong to me, listen, I don't need that kind locker and I told her that I had locker and she told me that I need to use the U-Haul locker. It's necessary make me buy a locker.

I picked up the Truck at 7 pm in the evening , the person at the customer service does not know how to greet the customers, I know it's almost closing time on a Friday, but I feel they need customer handling training. While dropping off the truck, I parked the truck in front of the U-Haul center ., the person asked me to park it in the cleaning area where they clean the Truck when dropped off. The person said he has to clean the truck and spoke as if it's my duty to park cleaning area not his - lol bunch of lazy folks in there

Truck was rented to me with none of the charging ports on the dashboard working. I was driving over 900 miles using my iPhone GPS. I had to stop and charge the phone elsewhere since the charging ports did not work. Otherwise, the truck was clean and well maintained.

Give better training to customer service representative. I was given verbal instructions ti leave the truck and keys in drop box by 8am and there would be no additional fees never mentioning I had to use the app to state truck was returned. Then charged a cleaning fee of $30 because there was a shoe left behind from the move. Very disappointed with the service

There's a huge roach infestation at this place .....had to call a pest company to fumigate all my belongings before entering these to the house And I have pictures to prove the amount of of roaches inside the storage

This place is really good i got a 5*10 storage temporary due to moving to store things while I settled a few months and organized. The place is temperature control always clean & the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you Exxon for making the closing account a smooth & easy process for me & my family. Will definitely use this location again, very efficient.

The truck pick up was a disaster as far as having the truck ready. There was a zip tie on our unit and it wasn't made clear if we were to cut it off or them. The clerk had no idea if the lock was included even tho I checked in online the night before and paid and signed and I got an email stating there was a lock which was laying on floor in unit once the movers we hired removed the zip tie. But shouldn't the clerks know the specials? The unit was clean and the store was clean and it's a busy place so they must take care of their units so ask me again In 6-8months how my items are and I will know more for review.

The staff who was there two were on their personal phones sitting down against the wall talking to each other and one person at a work desk also on the phone answering calls . Somehow the two other men realized I was there and approached me with an attitude and loud voice like as if they were bothered by me being there. I went to lock my room and the sliding mechanism on the door was worn out to where it did not work properly for me and I was unable to remove my lock the very next day. I went in to the office same scenario as the day before but this time I let them know I was not gonna wait til they got past the level in their games and that I needed their attention Either way I moved out because I would not like to visit this location in the future. The employees act like gangsters talking while making hand gestures and an having unpleasant attitude w an aggressive tone of voice.

I explained that I had a issue with the management in the complex that I was moving to that I could not gain access to move my personal belongings to the apartment and, I was told to not worry about it that I can keep the truck till I can move into my apartment for another couple of hours, well I was charged anyways. And to add to this, this was my second time renting a truck and not having a working AC so it was extremely hot in the cabin. I expressed this and the employee checked it and stated yes, it's very hot. Yet, I was charged! I want a full refund!

The facility on Waters Avenue in Tampa is outstanding with one complaint. The areas where one would need to unload into the storage facility at the doors are jam packed with employee vehicles and U Haul trucks making unloading and moving into the storage unit a serious hassle. There is no reason that employees must park right at the doors.

Parking during unload & loading most of the time was blocked with U-Haul trucks waiting to be rented. Need to keep the area free of all trucks * employee cars from the loading areas.

From the start it was bad. They asked if I wanted 24 hour access, I said yes. They never told me this was extra. They gave me the 4 digit code but not how to use it. We setup auto payments but they did it incorrectly. So 30 days later I was told I was late and that they were going to put a lien on my truck. This was your error. I reached out 5 times to talk to the GM, this was phone and email -to date no response. I was late because they didn't setup auto pay correctly. The employee who set this up did not have the proper training and needed to get the help from the other employee. He toLd me I needed to purchase insurance from, the other agent heard and told him I couldn't get insurance. Problem after problem with no GM willing to help.

I would recommend storage access being later hours...closing at 7 pm. is inconvenient....only open to 8 pm. on Friday, unable to work & move items. Also climate control at 80 degrees + is too hot!
