If the company is allowed to charge me money if I bring it back empty y'all should be able to pay me money when i bring it back fool. If you guys can't pay me back the money I spend on gas I didn't used you all should not be able to hand out trucks half empty.

Ralph RangamarNice that 1 month was offered for tornado victims. Unfortunate however that the unit I was placed into had insulation falling all over the place. There is water leaking in the unit that got some of my boxes wet as well. While employees were nice when you spoke to them, they were NOT nice in regards to how they parked their vehicles making it hard to get by them. I mean, why not use a parking space and leave the isles clear for customers?

Adalberto ValdezI requested a dolly and moving pads. When I arrived to pick up the truck, they said they didn't have any Dolly's available and told me the pads were in the truck. The pads were NOT in there but I was still charged for them. The truck was parked in the very back of the lot where I had to walk through red clay to get in the truck… that instantly got the floor filthy and gave me no chance at returning a clean vehicle with the time crunch I was on. I will probably still use U-Haul in the future, but it wasn't a great experience.

He had some not so pleasant customers ahead of me and this young man maintained his kindness and pleasant attitude towards all. Needless to say he was the only one working due to some callouts of other employees. He definitely is the type of employee all companies need. When we returned the trailer that evening the young man that checked us in was very friendly and polite as well as professional. Both of these young men went above and beyond expectations. As a business owner myself I can only hope that I'd be so fortunate to have employees as these two young men. I will certainly recommend this location to people I know. Thank you Pam Hiltz

adana scarpino | Expérience généraleDo not rent vehicles that should be serviced. The doors on the driving & passenger side had so much damage that they did not properly close. The vehicle seemed to have issues with either the motor or the transmission. I was pulled over for driving 70 mph when I thought the vehicle was traveling at 65 mph. The sales associate informed that he would take the vehicle out of commission when I returned. It was a very tough, loud noisy ride. I haven't been contacted by the manager within the slotted 72 hours. Not a good experience with the vehicle. The young men at the counter were polite though and tried to get me going at the time I had reserved.

Competent, friendly, professional, empathetic to the situation and made adjustments as needed to satisfy my needs . The staff working this location is what keeps me a long time u-haul customer.

Sara RayThe Staff, especially the young laborers, were very polite and helpful. The property was so poorly maintained they were constantly dealing with situations that was out of their control. My unit ceiling fell in and was full of mice. They ruined tons of stuff. I was supposed to have rodent boxes put in my unit (the ones i had were empty) in June and come October they keep telling me theyre on order. They replaced the doors, with no noticed and removed everyones locks and put new ones on. I found out after hours when i couldnt get into my unit. The day i was moving out the unit a few down from me was moving out and they had their ceiling fall and there was a dead cat all decade in their unit. The layout is awful, the alarms on the unit didnt work and the only entrance/exit is on Wilmarudolph and difficulty to exit, especially when they park trucks in the lane.

When someone showed up I asked to rent the smallest unit they had, was given a 5x10 unit and told it was $69 a month. No problem, paid for a month upfront. Went to the unit and fount that there was no lock in the unit like I was told and the roof was leaking. So I went back to the office and they moved me to an interior unit and told me not to worry about the $10 difference in the price, they would take care of it. Within 3 days of paying for the first month at the price I was given I started receiving emails stating that not only did I owe the $10 difference, but a $20 late fee. I went into the office 3 times to ask them to fix the account and remove their lock from my unit only to receive more emails and a notice of lien in the mail.

David Vickers | Expérience généraleupon my initial arrival, seemed as if the staff was new as they were being shown how to do the move-in administrative tasks. got sent to the wrong entrance door and had to go back to the office; then when re-directed, went out to the correct door and was unable to open it, so went back to the office again and had my code supposedly "fixed"; went back to the door and still was unable to enter, so went back again to the office to complain. I was a bit upset having just driven 16,5 hours and having to repeatedly walk back to the office and wasn't as pleasant as I should have been, but the staff really needs to get their act together.

The day of move in I assign to unit 52 which was occupied, I was then given unit 87 which was also occupied. After 2 hours I was sent to the Providence location and assigned unit 110 which was also occupied. I was finally given unit 402 but nearly fell and broke my hip because the floor was soaked with wax and bug spray according to the staff personnel. The worse thing about my experience is that I made my reservation for a unit that was priced at 64,99 and because the properties failed to update inventory I am now being charged 30 more . I was forced to delay my departure until the next day and nobody thought to offer anything for my inconvenience.

The person before me made an insurance claim and they still tried to give me the unit when I ask for a new unit, they said that one other was available. We went to go look at the unit and it was already locked and issued to somebody. The location of this U-Haul and storage is not the best. I would not recommend anybody to go there.

My company was willing to pay month's in advance if only a simple invoice could be provided in a timely manner and that was never done and they would constantly lock our unit and threaten to kick us out due to non payment but we couldn't pay because we never would receive an invoice.

I have had to throw away anything that was fabric. It literally had dead baby mice bodies in my children's box strings and clothing. I choose this unit thinking cause it was on Wilma in a busy part of town it would at least be pest and mice-free. IT WAS NOT!! I have left 2 messages for Management to call me back and have not yet heard from anyone. Were the rats traveled on the ceiling beams the insulation was coated in all my belongings 2in thick. I am out a very large amount of funds replacing all my mattresses lien, and clothing. I would recommend using only plastic totes to store anything here. The rats ate through all the boxes I had. I am truly heartbroken that I've had to replace everything while having to move this week. I would never recommend anyone placing their family items here at this unit.

Simply because of the way you price your equipment I will not be recommending it to anybody until it is fixed you need to have consistent prices throughout the year and that doesn't mean make everything more expensive throughout the year. Have some decency.

I visited my unit several times a year for nearly two years and there was always more mouse poop, fallen insulation, and spiders than my last visit. These units are filthy and disgusting and cost $15-$25 more than any non-Uhual nearby storage facility. A ludicrous five dollar price increase to "maintain superior cleanliness standards." Military discount advertised on the website but I was told uhual doesn't do military discount. I stayed there so long because it would cost more to move everything than to leave it be but with the very clear money grab from uhaul I decided moving elsewhere to be worth it.
