Got the truck at half full, did not noticed. I fueled it up to full. When I asked if I could get reimbursed for it they said they couldn't do that. If the company is allowed to charge me money if I bring it back empty y'all should be able to pay me money when i bring it back fool. If you guys can't pay me back the money I spend on gas I didn't used you all should not be able to hand out trucks half empty.

There was only a guy who took my keys without comment. I thought, well I guess that's all there is to it. The charges were correct but there was no one to review them with me. No feedback. But if all is well there is no need for comment. So I really don't know what to think. There was nothing to report, everything went smoothly, so I guess that's that.

Nice that 1 month was offered for tornado victims. Unfortunate however that the unit I was placed into had insulation falling all over the place. There is water leaking in the unit that got some of my boxes wet as well. While employees were nice when you spoke to them, they were NOT nice in regards to how they parked their vehicles making it hard to get by them. I mean, why not use a parking space and leave the isles clear for customers?

I requested a dolly and moving pads. When I arrived to pick up the truck, they said they didn't have any Dolly's available and told me the pads were in the truck. The pads were NOT in there but I was still charged for them. The truck was parked in the very back of the lot where I had to walk through red clay to get in the truck… that instantly got the floor filthy and gave me no chance at returning a clean vehicle with the time crunch I was on. I will probably still use U-Haul in the future, but it wasn't a great experience.

I ONLY RATE AVERAGE BECAUSE OF THE WAIT THAT WE HAD BECAUSE OF THE COMPUTERS BEING DOWN. I returned a trailer 2 days before it was due. It was checked in 5 days later and I was charged a late fee for a trailer I returned on time and now have to call around to get a refund issued.

I'd like to give recognition to Chris that took care of me when I arrived to pick up the trailer. He had some not so pleasant customers ahead of me and this young man maintained his kindness and pleasant attitude towards all. Needless to say he was the only one working due to some callouts of other employees. He definitely is the type of employee all companies need. When we returned the trailer that evening the young man that checked us in was very friendly and polite as well as professional. Both of these young men went above and beyond expectations. As a business owner myself I can only hope that I'd be so fortunate to have employees as these two young men. I will certainly recommend this location to people I know. Thank you Pam Hiltz

The people working at this location are great. They helped me find all the items I needed to pick up a motorcycle in Oklahoma and return it to Tennessee. They helped me find the hitch I needed for my truck in Nashville when they didn't have it in stock. They also helped me coordinate with the other U-Haul locations to make this trip a success. Merci

I told the kid behind the counter Sat. 12-09-23, I was moved out I didn't have time to stay trying to get home and unload before Tornado hit, he said he would take it off auto pay for 12-10-23, it didn't get done so 1 am on the 12-10-23 you charged my card. I drove over there Sunday 12-10-23 to straighten it out, he told me I would get a refund and never did.

Do not rent vehicles that should be serviced. The doors on the driving & passenger side had so much damage that they did not properly close. The vehicle seemed to have issues with either the motor or the transmission. I was pulled over for driving 70 mph when I thought the vehicle was traveling at 65 mph. The sales associate informed that he would take the vehicle out of commission when I returned. It was a very tough, loud noisy ride. I haven't been contacted by the manager within the slotted 72 hours. Not a good experience with the vehicle. The young men at the counter were polite though and tried to get me going at the time I had reserved.

Actually open on time, have rental ready that was reserved. I understand stuff happens and the staff that was able to make it in to work were absolutely fantastic. Competent, friendly, professional, empathetic to the situation and made adjustments as needed to satisfy my needs . The staff working this location is what keeps me a long time u-haul customer.

Vehicle was picked up on 1/4 tank - basically had to fill it up as soon as I got it. Location is abysmal, but not U-Haul's fault. Vehicle was dirty. Cupholders specifically had tons of dirt and grime.

Door/locks changed without notification never late when I moved out it was a decompsed cat in my unit ceiling fell in and a ton of rat dropping yet uhaul continue to call me about a last payment absolutely not no apology no return call from manager DO NOT STORE UR THINGS HERE!!

I wish a grace period was offered. I needed an extra hour after the drop off time and was told it would be another whole day of rental charge. Had I knew that I would've just keep the truck for 48 hours instead of 24

The Staff, especially the young laborers, were very polite and helpful. The property was so poorly maintained they were constantly dealing with situations that was out of their control. My unit ceiling fell in and was full of mice. They ruined tons of stuff. I was supposed to have rodent boxes put in my unit (the ones i had were empty) in June and come October they keep telling me theyre on order. They replaced the doors, with no noticed and removed everyones locks and put new ones on. I found out after hours when i couldnt get into my unit. The day i was moving out the unit a few down from me was moving out and they had their ceiling fall and there was a dead cat all decade in their unit. The layout is awful, the alarms on the unit didnt work and the only entrance/exit is on Wilmarudolph and difficulty to exit, especially when they park trucks in the lane.

I couldn't get the storage unit I reserved a month in advance, had to settle for a bigger unit

Terrible service at this location, walked into the office and no one was there, waited for about 20 minutes for someone to show up to ask about renting a unit. When someone showed up I asked to rent the smallest unit they had, was given a 5x10 unit and told it was $69 a month. No problem, paid for a month upfront. Went to the unit and fount that there was no lock in the unit like I was told and the roof was leaking. So I went back to the office and they moved me to an interior unit and told me not to worry about the $10 difference in the price, they would take care of it. Within 3 days of paying for the first month at the price I was given I started receiving emails stating that not only did I owe the $10 difference, but a $20 late fee. I went into the office 3 times to ask them to fix the account and remove their lock from my unit only to receive more emails and a notice of lien in the mail.

upon my initial arrival, seemed as if the staff was new as they were being shown how to do the move-in administrative tasks. got sent to the wrong entrance door and had to go back to the office; then when re-directed, went out to the correct door and was unable to open it, so went back to the office again and had my code supposedly "fixed"; went back to the door and still was unable to enter, so went back again to the office to complain. I was a bit upset having just driven 16,5 hours and having to repeatedly walk back to the office and wasn't as pleasant as I should have been, but the staff really needs to get their act together.

Hard to get a hold of locally, always got sent to the central office, which they cant helpnyou with questions on storage on specific site. Automatically charged my card with no notice, and rates have gone up twice in a year. Insulation falling all over my items. Decided to go with somebody cheaper, cleaner and better customer service. Ever since Kevin Chambers has left, the customer service has went down.

I reserved a storage unit two days prior to my move in date. The day of move in I assign to unit 52 which was occupied, I was then given unit 87 which was also occupied. After 2 hours I was sent to the Providence location and assigned unit 110 which was also occupied. I was finally given unit 402 but nearly fell and broke my hip because the floor was soaked with wax and bug spray according to the staff personnel. The worse thing about my experience is that I made my reservation for a unit that was priced at 64,99 and because the properties failed to update inventory I am now being charged 30 more . I was forced to delay my departure until the next day and nobody thought to offer anything for my inconvenience.

The unit that was trying to be offered to me was not cleaned out. The ceiling was falling out of it. Insulation was all over the unit. The person before me made an insurance claim and they still tried to give me the unit when I ask for a new unit, they said that one other was available. We went to go look at the unit and it was already locked and issued to somebody. The location of this U-Haul and storage is not the best. I would not recommend anybody to go there.

The staff is very friendly and did an excellent job getting us a truck and set up for the storage. Unfortunately the storage unit was very dirty and there was substance dropping from the ceiling. Overall, I had a good experience. However, there was a problem with rodents getting into the unit and damaging several items. The units need to be upgraded because the insulation falls into the contents of whatever is stored inside. Mr. Chambers is very personable and seeks to resolve problems when they arise.

The manager "Kevin Chambers Jr" was incompetent to service our company's needs of providing invoices early so we could make payments on time. My company was willing to pay month's in advance if only a simple invoice could be provided in a timely manner and that was never done and they would constantly lock our unit and threaten to kick us out due to non payment but we couldn't pay because we never would receive an invoice.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The storage unit was horrible. My entire home was in a large unit and 75 % of everything I owned was rat-infested. I have had to throw away anything that was fabric. It literally had dead baby mice bodies in my children's box strings and clothing. I choose this unit thinking cause it was on Wilma in a busy part of town it would at least be pest and mice-free. IT WAS NOT!! I have left 2 messages for Management to call me back and have not yet heard from anyone. Were the rats traveled on the ceiling beams the insulation was coated in all my belongings 2in thick. I am out a very large amount of funds replacing all my mattresses lien, and clothing. I would recommend using only plastic totes to store anything here. The rats ate through all the boxes I had. I am truly heartbroken that I've had to replace everything while having to move this week. I would never recommend anyone placing their family items here at this unit.

It was easy to rent a U-Haul it was easy to rent a storage for the free month however the prices that change based on the month of the year seems very sleazy and underhanded it's very wrong for you do that. Simply because of the way you price your equipment I will not be recommending it to anybody until it is fixed you need to have consistent prices throughout the year and that doesn't mean make everything more expensive throughout the year. Have some decency.

I had a one way rental the guy at pick up NEVER told me about a mobile drop off check in at the drop off location I had to pay an additional $20 fee for the drop off location to check in the return of the truck this is not right at all my rental was for 2 days I returned it in 1 day but still was told I couldn't check in the truck because they already done it and charged $20

Mouse poop, fallen insulation that appears moldy, and more spiders than anyone is comfortable with inside my unit. I visited my unit several times a year for nearly two years and there was always more mouse poop, fallen insulation, and spiders than my last visit. These units are filthy and disgusting and cost $15-$25 more than any non-Uhual nearby storage facility. A ludicrous five dollar price increase to "maintain superior cleanliness standards." Military discount advertised on the website but I was told uhual doesn't do military discount. I stayed there so long because it would cost more to move everything than to leave it be but with the very clear money grab from uhaul I decided moving elsewhere to be worth it.

The only reason I'm taking a star away is because the access card we had never worked for after hours. Not a huge deal but tripping the alarm every time was kind of annoying. Kevin is great!!!

Had a climate control unit that was often hotter than the outside units. The system was broken for a while. The manager is very unprofessional. He was hard to reach whenever and never returned calls.

The workers who were present were very patient, understanding and helpful. Despite having a rude customer verbally attacking them for somebody else mistake, they NEVER changed THEIR attitude with me.

I liked the convience of the facility but I didn't like the business part. It seems every time I made a payment; there was always confusion. It seem there was alway a mix up somewhere.

I will never use uhaul again. You sit on the phone for hours and every person is a liar. I suppose to have 2 months free and you charge 94 for a 4x6. Uhaul is a rip-off.

"air-conditioned controlled" unit is not supposed 2get above 85degrees, but always was. Insulation falling down on my stuff inside the unit. "Access card" never opened the door
