The time it took to get this moving on pick up day could've been faster / smoother, but they were friendly and the job got done.

I had to call twice to verify that my unit was cancelled and the next day I still got charged. I had to call three separate times. The man I spoke with on the first day said he was going to verify I had moved out and never did. It wasn't until the third call that a lady actually checked and issued my refund.

The only thing I am going to complain about is the price. Nobody WANTS to put their stuff in storage, we do it because we have no other choice, & the people that make the prices take advantage of that. I was paying $270 +tax and late fees, bringing my total to over $300 a month. This last month they took their money leaving my bank account -$214. I got my stuff out so I don't have to worry about losing my stuff in a storage unit again. I appreciate being able to use it, but I hate doing it. Please think about lowering prices so that maybe less people lose their belongings.

I moved across town a couple of months ago. I was pressed for time and the truck was full, so I left. few things behind at my old place. Check-in and pick-up was super convienient. I was in and out in just minutes. I will definitley use them again the next time I need to move something big.

U-Haul was at just above quarter tank of fuel. You should not have to stop for fuel before using vehicle. Vehicle should come with full tank ready to work. Also truck had death wobble between 65 and 75 mph, front tires way out of balance and front brakes were annoyingly squeaky. For the price you pay you would think vehicle would be ready to go with fuel and no mechanical issues.

I've always chosen UHaul, either this location or Victorville because they are the most efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment is top notch and clean, their hours of operation and very convenient for me to work with. Thank you to all the staff, you all are great.

I wish I could say that all was well but only one situation had me a little bit uneasy. The attendant that was servicing me she seemed to have had a little bit of an attitude with me when I was searching for my son's phone number to be another option for them to call please seem to have took attitude with a bad look on her face about me not knowing the numbers right off when I told her I had to go and ask my son that was outside but then when I saw he was inside and I turned to come back I got her having her hand rested to her head elbow on the counter like she was super bored with me. That one little incident made me wish I had the attendant that was next to her because he serviced his customers really well and with the smile. I tried to do my very best to give her the answers that she wanted she should have had more patience with me.

The cashier was rude and short. I did check out on line(pick up by phone). The app failed miserably. And the lady at the counter was simply rude about walking me thru all the steps i already did. The app told me i was already to go but needed more verification- she tried to call my phone before i could unblocked unknown callers. Check the video.

The staff was excellent and y friendly. I needed a bigger storage after arriving to unload the trailer and the transfer was made right away. It was a very smooth transition. The energy in the building was great. I would definitely tell any and everyone that they need to pull ip and do the storage and moving rental equipment thru them.

No directional signage, nobody told me how to check in, nobody told me I needed to check in, nobody told me how how roll up doors work, nobody told me how to get the interior door to open (because it's jacked and doesn't open consistently), nobody told me the roll up door is broken after a certain hour so I couldn't unload nearly as much as I wanted to last night and nobody on the phone could help me. Contact already made. I may have to wait until I'm on al long drive to hear back.

Most of the problems I experienced were of my own creation. Orion is a wonderful and caring person. He took interest in my situation and found a way for the company to support me in my panicked state. Even when my storage was going to lien sale because I was unable to pay it, they still worked out a deal with me so I could retrieve my most valuable and precious items. Customer service like no other. 

I had called for two days in a row trying to get arrangements made for my storage to get a key card since the internet was down when I got the storage and was told I needed to go to the app went to the app it wouldn't allow me to make the changes so I called the corporate called the corporate they transferred me five different times had to call back several times was on the phone for hours and never got the issues resolved there was one problem after another since I picked up my truck and problems continued with storage this has been a very upsetting experience for me

Your staff and yourself were rude, cold and made me feel un welcomed your staff were rude and aggressive. They talked about me behind my back. They thought I had left. Horrible experience. Can't wait to get out of their. You had plenty of empty united but insisted on putting us at different areas and did not have the right size available even though you had green tags . Just hard to move of course usually moving has to be within a certain amount of time seeing as most Americans work and are usually living close to paycheck to paycheck 24 hour access of unit seems to me like that would be normal by now people need to bust out there move super quick or they will go in to small debt 🫤

My thanks to all your employees, especially Orion! I prefer renting trailers from your location when I need them, and was SO HAPPY that you had storage units available when I needed it as well!!! I've rented storage units, at various times in the past 10 years, and by far your operation is the very best ") You make the process easy, its affordable, and you do not charge numerous extra fees for things which seem to me unreasonable. If I have a need for a storage unit in the future in SoCal, I will definitely choose your facility.

Trash overflowing in the bathrooms, walls look very butchered and gutted from being an old K-Mart, and upon asking to close out my account the guy said "you aren't getting what you paid refunded back" in a very rude tone. I didn't even ask about getting the money back, it was just the fact that he blurted it out seemed pretty unprofessional.

I would strongly recommend adding units larger than 10'x15'. My stuff got packed so full that it's floor to ceiling and side to side-if I need something I'll have to get a house to move it all to just to look for one thing.

In July 2021 my home had water damage so, I had to move my furnishings to storage, I was so Very Pleased, with the Facility, Ms. Olivia and her Staff, they were very accommodating, and kind. So in Sept 2022, I needed their services again, the facility was again accommodating and Staff was very kind, and clean as well. On September 9 September 10 and September 11 during the summertime rain storms U-Haul‘s building roof leaked former Kmart facilities roof is not in good condition water damage occurred in our area of our units I have substantial damage to our couch my TV some bedding and a mattress not very happy expected the roof to be sound climate control is useless if it’s not weather or water controlled moisture controlled or in this case the roof leaks on the old building that they took over a.k.a. former Kmart please invest in a roof before you invest in a structure I am out a lot of money and now I have no furniture

As a working adult, it was inconvenient that the facility closed at 7 PM. I moved to another storage unit that I have access from 7 AM till 9 PM. Since your building is secure and requires card access I’m not sure why it has to close when the office closes.

The rules were not accurate and I only had 20 min to unload and had to miss work because I drove far to store my belongings. Then it had another lock couldn't get in and had to wait to find someone to help me.

I really liked the moving guys on the referral list that came out to move me at the facility his name was Desmond, he and his helper were very professional, courteous and quick with absolutely no damages ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, I’m using them again when I move from the storage facility.

Access hours were limited and inconvenient to anyone who has to travel to the facility or someone that works normal business hours. Staff at times would rush you out of the facility as closing time was approaching. Understandable, yet there is a sign on the entrance stating how the facility would remain open late upon request. Yet everything it was requested, I was denied.

Walking in overwhelmed not knowing at all what I needed, The U-Haul staff was great, they were very helpful when I was trying to decide what size unit would be best for me. Aloha Kakahiaka, To Whom It May Concern I said human beings sometimes want opposed to need and instant gratification seems to be more prevalent it became a norm in the mid-80s well it's gotten worse. I am not one of those people that think in this manner money is a basic conservative manner that a storage facility of such Notoriety if I owned it Offc Hrs should Open at 0700/30hrs and Close at 1800/1900hrs due too, Availability of storage and mostly due to more productive Ness regarding storage and or the rental of trucks yes there are after hours and before hours pick up and drop offs and so forth but it Hass to do with relating to the human bean from person to person interaction we are not robots we are not the idiot electronics that we have produced we are much more delicate much more superior and need the interaction. Whether you believe it or not those are the facts which means truth.

I have needed to store my belongings at a a few storage units in 8 states; and have had to rent Uhaul trucks too many times to count in my lifetime. Without a doubt, the Bear Valley location is BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Hands down!! Orion is exemplary, he always takes time to check my tires, and show me what to do along my route to stay safe. Olivia as the manager runs a fantastic crew. "Big Truck" Tony had gone home before my arrival and I missed his helpfulness and great sense of humor! Even the substitute manager was great this final visit for me. I truly hope that these hard working, outstanding employees receive some sort of raise or recognition for being phenomenally above and beyond other Uhaul locations NATIONWIDE!! I thank them from the bottom of my heart for being so amazing!

Not enough employees to attend to the customers. I had to purchase three storage units because of misinformation by the employees who didn't seem to know what they were doing. One employee who waited on me had bloodshot red eyes and reeked of alcohol!

Hours are terrible for anyone who works… not the usual u-haul hours. Entry and check in process changed often. General manager was always rude and condescending. Messy and disorganized facility. Not worth the exuberant price at all. Do not recommend, not at all up to an standards or expectations.

Upon moving our stuff out of storage we noticed that several of our wood furniture pieces were damaged by what seems to be damp conditions while in your storage facility. It appears that your facility is not climate controlled. I am not happy that some of my furniture was ruined.

The hours were regular business hours plus weekends: 9am-5pm. As I understand it, since it's a new facility, the hours will be extended once new construction is completed. That said, the facility and the employees are top notch. I always got great service and was always greeted with enthusiasm, even on the hottest of days. Hurry and give your employees the a/c they deserve :) And laser tag after hours would be pretty rad.

Excellent based on the staff, very helpful, above and beyond! Facility closing at 5PM was very, very difficult with a long distance move, and traffic. This required renting u haul trucks more times than would have been necessary if we could unload later in the day.

It's under construction, so the access hours are not convenient yet (9am - 5pm). However, I understand that they will change once construction is done, and the hours will be expand. However, I believe that a 24 hour access might be better.

The workers were very friendly and tried to work with me. There was no note online saying that they don't have the 24hr access yet due to construction. Since I was driving from fort Irwin the guy let me pass the time for about 10 minutes more. A major problem I did have was that I had reserved my unit a month in advance, I get there and they had gave my unit to someone else. They had no more for the size I wanted. So forcibly I had to up size. So now I have to pay the difference every time cause of mistake you guys made. Wasn't even offered a discount. I had to take it cause I had to store my item I had taken that day. Was also offered a free lock, they ran out of locks. Luckily they let me borrow one until I go back. There is a lot of extra money coming out of my pockets for the mistakes you guys made.

We reserved a unit online and when we got there the manager said she didn't have it and she wouldn't price match the one we had reserved because we had to get a more expensive unit. Under construction and so access to the unit is weird. And the hours are weird. My last storage unit we had a code and could access our unit at any time. Nice employees but it's just frustrating that we had to spend more money because their system messed up.

Rented storage. Was never offered to look at unit when I came to look at unit a week later I was told I had to park and walk my stuff in throw 3 long hallways. I'm a single mom with 3 kids which was obvious when I was alone getting the storage came back. To get my lock off storage only a week later and wasn't given a prorated amount for rent. For error on the uhaul centers part number making it seem like I drive around and pull up to drop off my stuff. Very unprofessional.

The facility is under-construction (which i didn't know until the day before I got there) so you have to unload on the side of the building- the asphalt in the parking lot that you have to unload on is very old and in bad condition which causes the wheels of the little carts they provide to get caught and your stuff falls off the carts. There is also an incline made of the same old asphalt that catches the wheels as well. The door is far from the storage units too. I wouldnt go back there if there were other options closer that had the size storage I needed available.

When we arrived to the location it was about to close in 30 minutes and they were renovating so they weren't 24/7 access yet. The move-in process was going to take a bit of time and our uhaul trailer had to be returned to a different facility. It was looking real tragic until they came back and apparently the trailer we had, had a tow hitch they requested from the same facility weeks prior and we were able to move in and leave the trailer without paying extra. The staff was amazingly friendly and extremely helpful.
