my front driver side tire had a screw and was low on air they put air in it but was only a patch until fixed. When i returned the the truck later that day the tire was not fixed.

A great experience all around, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the equipment was very well maintained and delivered as promised. A breath of fresh air to see a business taking pride in what they do, this is the only truck rental place I will use moving forward.

Prices advertised on the website were cheaper than what the rep at the counter said when I arrived to pick up, particularly the insurance which said $11 on the web and then $15 when I got there. The rep also said that we wouldn't have to pay extra if we returned within 24 hours but then they did charge us for an extra $20 rental period when we had to take more time due to an injury. They later removed this when we disagreed with the terms on the return app, but it was still unpleasant that it happened this way. Also, the van we rented REEKED of cig smoke despite there being a no smoking rule in its vehicles. I doubt the workers enforce this rule, so it was a breathing hazard to drive a secondhand smoked vehicle. Overall, not a bad experience and it's great that their prices haven't sharply increased since the pandemic and inflation, but some things could have been better. Would still recommend.

I was a little annoyed that the truck did not have a full tank of gas. Granted, I only had to return it with the same amount of gas, but it meant starting out finding a gas station. Other than that the rental went fine.

I rented a trailer to haul an ATV. I reserved it a day ahead of when I actually needed it. Yet when I picked it up the open air trailer had at least three inches of snow and ice in the trailer. Before I could use it for what my need was for renting, I had to shovel the snow and ice out of the trailer. I just didn't think that this was professional, especially from a company like uhaul.

I reserved a 10 footer at this location at the point it showed that there were some available. I was in called and told that I would have to get a 15 footer as there were no 10 footers and the nearest one was in Pawtucket Rhode Island. I was told it would be $10 extra to get the 15 footer. I called the day I was to pick it up and said I don't think I should have to pay the $10 extra and was told oh that was an accident they meant to adjust it. it should be adjusted immediately if somebody reserves a vehicle that shows that you have in stock, but you actually. Other than that, it was a good experience, and all the people were very pleasant.

Process from beginning to end was smooth, pickup, drop off same day local delivery needs and the best part was that the rep hooked us up with 2 helpers who met us at both locations. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced too.

This was not the original location I rented from, I actually rented from North ATTLEBORO, Ma. Upon arriving at North Attleboro, I was told my rental was switched and that I " should have " received a call informing me of change. I never received that call yet the associate who was not very cooperative or sympathetic insisted 3 times I " should have " gotten the call. My ride to U-Haul had already left and had to return to then drive me to Attleboro location. This added mileage, both personal and for the rental, which UNBELIEVABLY I WAS CHARGED FOR. The associate in Attleboro was much friendlier and cooperative and told me that he checked and transportation forgot to call me informing me of the switch. Overall, a very disappointing experience which could have been avoided if U-Haul had done there job. In the future, I'll be using a different truck rental company for my needs.

I ordered and picked up a 26 ft. truck. Since it only had 1/4 tank of fuel, I had to navigate a gas station to fill the tank upon my pickup. I was able to handle this navigation but asking a driver to do that upon pickup before you are comfortable with the truck may be a challenge for other customers The app for pickup and dropoff would not work for me despite multiple attempts. I simply had to drop the key in dropbox and contact the location manager.

The app was struggling to get through each step and it took a long time to check in for my reservation and send over the appropriate documents. Also, I was completely unable to complete the drop-off process through the app and had to work with the employee at the location.

I used the app for the first time to check out and in my truck - have always used the website. App took much longer to upload photos, etc. and it eventually failed during the return process. There's very poor cell signal m at the location, and the guest wifi doesn't reach to the lot where the customer has to take photos and complete the process.

The check in process for 24/7 rental is awful. I have wasted 30 mins of my rental time waiting for the verification to come through. This needs to be improved immediately.

The app that was being pushed to return the vehicle is broken. I tried countless times last night to return the van through the app but it doesn't let you continue past the first page where it asks if you want to watch a video. I really hope I don't get charged for an extra day just because your app isn't optimized. I took plenty of photos showing the vehicle was returned in great condition with the keys being deposited at 8:45pm

This is Uhaul Corporate and not a reflection upon the Uhaul Attleboro Location. I needed to extend the rental another day. I called the phone number. Ended up in an automated loop, never being able to connect to a live person. Kept being directed to download the app. When I tried extending the reservation through the app, I received a message the vehicle was already booked. It felt like a generic automated message and when I got in to the Uhaul store that wasn't the case. The vehicle wasn't reserved and they had a plenty of vehicles. I want to emphasize I don't believe this is store issue rather it's a systems issue on the corporate level. On the store level customer service is good. On a the corporate level the customer service is impersonal, difficult to navigate and an overall poor experience..

I rent a trailer twice a year to bring a golf cart back and forth to our camp. I've done this for the last 10 years, Uhaul has always made it easy. This last time was the most efficient time yet. Pick up and drop off were really smooth, keep up the good work!

The parking lot is small and not clearly marked where the entrance and exits are, or the customer parking is. It can be confusing to find your way around the first time you are there. The staff was helpful and friendly!

We arrived to pick up our truck share 24/7 reservation, but the app did not have a pick up option. We had to call customer service and were on the phone with them for an hour trying to complete check in. The app was not working and U-Haul.com was not loading and allowing us to complete check in. Customer service was excellent, but the app needs improvement. We had to update our reservation to pick up the next day, which took time out of our moving schedule. The man that helped us in the morning was great. The only down side to this reservation was the app experience and inability to pick up at our original time.

They overcharged for issues that I have no clue about. The manager did not want to provide any proof and didn't want to talk. I have called several times and he did not want to talk to me. So I went to the facility to show before and after pictures he did not want to see them or talking to me regarding the extra charges. I will never use that location again that was the worse experience ever. That's not ok to overcharge without providing anything to the customer and refusing to see the customer's evidence.

The garage door was not working for you over a year; for a little over a year I had to have a staff persons help to open and close the door to my storage room because the holes for the lock didn't match up. Finally, the price increased even though I paid my fee on time and the garage door still remains inoperable.

Our furniture and clothes are all heavily damaged by mildew (despite using several humidity reducing canisters) and rodents. There was no food in our unit, but the amount of rodent droppings that I had to sweep out was disgusting. The price was much higher than anywhere else and snow/ice removal did not seem to be a priority. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

I left my valuable family heirlooms at your facility in Attleboro Massachusetts on pleasant st. When I came to retrieve them from my storage unit, they were all destroyed by rats and water damage. Nearly everything was destroyed

I was surprised to see that storage area is not fenced in and locked. I was given a gate code but there is no gate.

I vacated this unit prior to the end of my “free month” due to an experienced employee who did not check me out properly I continued to receive bills and late notices.

Only issue is that I continue to get letters and emails indicating that I still owe the monthly payment and late fees after having met with the staff to close my account prior to due date.

Overall, an underwhelming experience. The layout of the parking lot is unfortunate. Hard to navigate if the lot is full & there are more than a couple of customers. Office staff wasn't necessarily rude to me, but they weren't exactly friendly or very helpful either. Calling this location is pointless; I've yet to have someone answer. Try another location unless this is your only option. Storage unit itself was as described, and dusty, but otherwise clean. For the price of the unit though, and the overall customer service experience I would recommend going somewhere else.

The particular unit I rented looked like someone got sick in it! There was a really bad stain on the floor, though it didnt smell bad, I took it as the location and size were good. I put down plastic and then towels on the floor to protect my items. Please repaint unit 9, first floor inside the building at the Attleboro MA Pleasant St. Location! The staff was always very helpful and polite.

Trying to call Uhaul is a nightmare. I have yet to receive my refund from August and credit of 5 for not needing the blankets and returning them. The hold time is over an hour to try to get this
