You should advised customers when renting storage spaces that youre location across from 2 men and a truck is no longer being used regularly and NO ONE is actually on the premises. Its extremely frustrating when NO ONE seems to know anything at and you have to sit on hold or wait for a call back because the location is not monitored. I will NOT ever recommend any UHAUL storage facility to anyone I know

Our unit 189 was broken into and Uhaul opened a new storage unit and had us pay a monthly rent for a unit they opened. We were paying more than $350 a month and we never received any discount or consideration for our unit and damage that was done from the break in.

The property's lighting was not well lit at night causing several safety concerns for me and my family. We were very skeptical about going to the unit at night because of the lighting. There was also no employee on the property to address concerns to whenever we visited. Would not recommend this location.

I moved my stuff out on the 11th of this month and I let the manager know that I was moving out of the unit before I left. I was still charged for the unit even though my stuff was out before the due date on the 13th.

I didn’t appreciate the fact that the rates continued to increase without notice until they made it unaffordable for me to maintain my unit.

There is a hole in the ceiling that leaked onto my dining room buffet and one of my drawer storage bins. It warped the top on my buffet and left a rusty stain on my storage bin drawer top. Also the lighting at night is bad which made us uncomfortable going there at night.

We didn't move out 11-4-22. We actually moved out 10-28-22. We left the key to the storage in the key drop on the door of the facility located on Wrightsboro Road in Augusta Ga.

They were great, I had trouble and someone came from another location to assist me and made suggestions to help get me out of a situation. Then they called back just as I had finished moving in to check on me and to see if I needed any more assistance before they closed and more, the traffic was so bad, so he stopped the traffic so I could pull out. To me, all that's great customer service that you just don't seem to get much of anymore these days.

My mom and husband passed away in 2020 and everything they had was in your facility and the way that you're taking peoples storage is wrong. I paid so much money trying to keep the things my mother and husband worked all their lives for and you sold it for $107,8 and I think that's a shame before God. Especially since the world is in a pandemic state and everyone is still struggling to survive. Cooperate CEO of this facility need to review this survey and refund my money back to me, because my storage had value and it was worth a million dollars for what you auctioned it off for in a time like this and everybody is going through hard times in America.

U haul took care of us from renting a 26 foot truck to move from MA to GA. To making sure we had a unit ready for us when we got here. They were very friendly and helpful would highly recommend u haul.

You are on your game! As hard as a move can be, you made it that much easier. But, I would like to know why we had to buy a lock for the storage area we rented from you instead of using the lock we already had on the rental truck. A lock is a lock! Gas prices being what they are, I felt a $10 lock was unnecessary. Am I missing something?

Climate control unit almost 170 a month, not only had the unit leaked and damage my antique secretary, but the temperature was 99 degrees in the entire storage facility in my building. I had brass trashed to green from heat and moisture. I spent over 16 000 dollars renting from U-Haul a supposedly well air conditioned safe unit.

I was told it as 24/7 and it wasn't wasted miles on going there.The gate doesn't close completely. There was nobody ever physically there except for the first time I received a storage there.

This was the easiest moving experience. Not to mention the staff were extremely sweet, professional, and kind. They made sure we got the truck that would fit our things, and even gave us the same price for the larger truck as the smaller one. I can't recommend them enough.

First of all, I reserved a vehicle PRIOR to being at this location and when I arrived, my vehicle had been GIVEN to someone else. I never got reimbursed $50 although their policy states I would get $50 if I didn't get the vehicle I had reserved. Second, I returned the vehicle to find I had been charged THREE times! Like what. Y'all STOLE my money. I have a family to feed. And lastly, I get a call at the crack of dawn to go down to this location and fill the truck up with gas so I wouldn't be charged an extra $46 EVEN THOUGH my receipt had stated I would only be charged $17 for gas. I am baffled, disgusted AND repulsed by uhual and how incompetent they are, VERY unproffesional.

The parking at this location is challenging. The drop off has limited space. Sometimes you have to wait until other vehicles have moved in order to park or access the gate to enter the units. Once inside the gate you may also have to wait if another vehicle is present before you inorder to access your unit. My wait hasn't been long but patience is the key. But besides logistic issues, customer service is awesome. Also, I feel safe whenever I'm at my unit. On occasions I have to enter the unit, there is always someone out attending to the grounds and if I need assistance willing to help.

The location wasn't a problem but for all that the facility offers and with as many trucks as they rent out from that facility, the parking lot was extremely small. There were only two spaces for customers to park and parking in a next door lot was not an option. Other than that I had agreed experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Have the trucks actually checked out for serviceability. Truck I rented had severe front end/suspension concerns. Cab doors also loose and would move around over bumps. Advised owner/manager when I returned vehicle about these concerns. At that time I found out person checking out vehicle misread mileage by 18 miles that I was charged for after supposedly was going to put a hold on my bill to check this out. To say I'm less than pleased about this purchase is an understatement.
