kenny TAfter more than 48 hours they still had not logged in the return of the trailer. Thus I kept receiving emails asking me to return the trailer. I even asked them if I should be getting a receipt to confirm that I returned the trailer but I was told that there was no need to get a receipt. Locations should be required to log in a returned piece of equipment within 24 hours of receipt.

Judith HI reserved a vehicle for a different location closer to my residence, however the day prior to my pickup, I received a notification that my vehicle was at a different location 25 miles away. This was totally unsatisfactory. I called uhaul to inquiring about this sudden change the day before my move. I was told basically that this was the only store with a truck available. Why wasn't I informed of this prior to the day before pickup?? This really hampered my moving plans.

Derek YU-Haul corporate has an issue. The drop off location checked me in quickly, but corporate did not update for a few days on which location I dropped, therefore the suggested location called 3-4 times looking for the trailer. I even called U-Haul corporate 10 minutes after drop off to have them make notes as to what happened so I wouldn't be charged extra although I brought it in early. Just my 2 cents.
Kevin GIt was a Horrible Experience. First of all the Employee Ms Tish was very Professional and Very nice, but the other two and new girl not so pleasant. But getting into this tea I ordered a 26 foot truck on the day I'm on my way to get the truck I get a call saying only a 20 foot truck is available, so I can either take it or be put in rotation for one. 1 st mistake min accommodation, so I take the truck and I ask if my supplies are in there I paid for a Regular dolly, furniture dolly and plastic wrap and furniture moving pads . Cool I pick up my truck and ask for clarification are my supplies in the truck I was told yes , so I get home and see that it's not, I call up there talking calm and the new girl is laughing and getting smart like I'm not already frustrated. So I respectfully say never mind and hang up the phone. She calls back and say I apologize you can come back and get your dolly. So I go back and Ms tish has already left the one who assured me my dolly was on the truck. I get there only to the man and lady saying there is none available 2 nd mistake so I'm heated and he telling me it's not them it's the company he is claiming he called several stores and no one had one . So ok I'm like is there a rate difference because of the smaller truck I had to make multiple trips. So she tells me the rate is the same and claims I was charged for my items but clearly I was . So I paid for items that I didn't get. So you know we caught hell moving things without a dolly it was just horrible. So I get another call saying I can keep the truck 24 hours and just return it the next day since it was such a hassle. Ok so next day I fill the truck back up and return it only to be hit with another BILL !!!! Never again so now I went over my miles. Ok but how did I do that let's see I knew what I had to move based on that I rented the big truck that would fit all of my things but only to get a call and get a smaller truck , then was told the items I paid for were in the truck when , clearly they weren't, then go back to get the things I paid for only to be told they have nothing when clear they called back and said to come get it!!! Then only to make multiple trips without the proper equipment I needed and you charge my card and extra fee because I went over my miles when it was clearly their fault. I pray a Supervisor see this because I wouldn't recommend this store to a fly!!!! Moving is hard enough but this was just too much. But again Tish was awesome she tried

MIRIAM BUnsure, first time renting a U-Haul. I didn't have any real issues. The truck was slightly damaged upon inspection, and that was unsettling because I was worried I'd get charged for it. I didn't though, which is good. So a good clean up and beautification of your trucks would be appreciated.

Clock was set 10 minutes ahead of time on my paperwork compared to what the actual time was when I picked up my truck. Truck already had a smashed in right rear-view mirror when picked up. There is no signage at all to figure out where the U-Haul pick-up is located. I had to ask around and figure out where to go by bystanders.

Charles W | Expérience généraleOn pickup, nobody was at the front desk. I had to go track someone down out in the storage yard. I believe the woman and a man out in the yard were out smoking marijuana. The woman who came back to the front desk was not helpful. She made me figure the trailer out myself and was completely uninvolved in hookup. She didn't guide me in inspecting the trailer or signing off for anything, I just guessed at what I needed to do. The trailer was dirty inside and had a running light out which caused a hazard as I drove it during dark hours. From standing at the desk to driving off, I had to figure everything out myself. All she did was hand me the rental papers. None of which I signed. I would not recommend renting a U-Haul trailer unless it is a last resort. Definitely not worth the price paid.

The only reason I was at this located was due to the poor customer service I received at the previous location. I high doubt that I would use this company or location again.

No one was taking care of the units, other than the renters, They were just there. I understand the grounds being kept up and the maintenance of the business but charging for a storage unit that the business isn't maintaining but the renter is paying monthly on doesn't make sense in my opinion.

The unit came with a free lock as stated online I was denied the lock at first after asking to speak with manager i over heard him say he was busy. After 15 mins they gave me the lock. Check in my truck I received an email of my receipt saying I was charged for fuel so I went back the truck was still at the location had them double check the fuel and Jasmine confirms that I was correct and would let her manager know about the mistake. tyrone d | Premières impressionsI would like to state the truth and the whole truth. Upon arriving, my wife met Dantonio, the manager of the facility, who was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! His service was quite pleasant and beyond exceptional. He went above and beyond to take care of my wife's concern's regarding hours which would accommodate our move, etc. -Just overall a great guy. Therefore, Dantonio should be exempt from this rating. The grounds were clean but the facility itself is really very old and honestly, out of 43 times of having to move, relocate, store items due to being a commander in the military, we have never seen an older facility. The positive side is, however, we have never visited a storage facility that had a unit so large. Maybe the unit size is normal but it surely works well for our needs. Now, I will proceed in telling you what our issues have been. Upon returning the truck, my wife received a telephone call from a young lady at the facility who, upon my wife answering, jumped down her throat (verbally), and alleged that we had smoked in the rental truck. My wife tried and tried to explain to the employee that she doesn't smoke, nor do I. Even more, my wive's father, who drove the truck, has medical conditions that would never allow smoke. We aren't sure if the cigarette butts were from the previous driver and city, but we are certain that neither of the three of us left cigarette butts in the vehicle. We cleaned the truck and refueled the truck. We were also under the mileage allowed to us, by approximately 45 miles. The employee informed my wife that she had been attempting to run our card (before speaking with us and ever allowing us an opportunity to hear her concerns or express our rebuttal). Luckily for us, Bank of America was quick to identify the duplicate attempts and block all charges. The employee stated that we had gone over our miles, but upon calling customer service, the agent clearly stated on U-Hauls recorded line that we were under our miles allowed, as I had informed the employee at the location. The employee also falsified information on our account that we had not refueled the truck. We hold fuels cards with two different well known gas stations and their both active with available credit. We fueled the truck up and returned the vehicle. Here's the thing: While the truck was being returned, the "same employee" never mentioned we were below the fuel. She walked around the truck with our person. She never found cigarette butts while in our presence, so honestly, I feel as if we are being manipulated. This isn't how you treat your customers, especially ones who have always used your services and who have..., might I add, never had problems with any other U-Hual location in the past. It surely isn't how you treat an active duty military family who has been pulled here and there, around the world, to fight for the good people of this country. My wife called customer service but still, we are receiving text messages that we have an outstanding balance at the location. We turned the truck in early and after we heard from the location, we called both the location and customer service and requested to go back to the location and clean these alleged butts. However, we never received a call back. A few days later, we received notification, via email, that we now have an outstanding balance at the location. This incident might end decades of us renting with U-Haul. We will consider Budget during our next move. The staff was very helpful and provided temporary storage for the trailer until computer systems came back on line and they were able to properly process application for storage unit. Excellent manager and staff.
