There was a long line with only one employee behind the counter, no air-conditioning inside the office, employees with bad attitudes, equipment didn't work, overall not a good experience.

Need manager to walk to the vehicle with me so i can find it,and answer questions about the truck did not know anything about the truck. This gmc van was Very squirelly,dangerous to drive,any dip in the road cause the vehicle to pull to sideways/drift lanes bouncy maby dead shocks..? next time will request test drive. not happy with this experience

I drove a total of 7,9 miles. When I received my receipt by e-mail I was charged $19,95 for 4 gallons of gas.

The front counter is understaffed. So many people want to get an early start but are stopped by the understaffed location. The lady is good but cannot do it alone. There should be a minimum of two people helping at the counter. It's not fair for them or your customers. I've rented a few times at this location and it's always the same.

I would not recommend this location to anyone they over charged me by $74 they charged me for a equipment dolly I never had and they charged me for gas when I returned the truck with the same amount of gas I received it with and a $30 fee for uhual to fill the vehicle with gas

Although it was clean, it wasn't thoroughly clean. And the van was very noisy, maybe it's just that i'm not used to cargo vans... Or maybe you need to update/invest in newer equipment...

Nothing to improve comes to mind. Checking in and receiving was easy, returning was just as easy:) Great overall experience.

I made a reservation for after hours pick up, everything was done but the keys of the truck, so I lost my time, the Uber taking me there and I have to come back the next morning

Hi i rented a “15 truck, when time to pick up was not available n had to take the 10” which had to leave much of my things bc they didn’t fit everything in that truck- will be nice n right if the truck you pick is the one they give you, also had to buy dolly bc the ones i rent also not available - the service is unreliable in addition it’s been 3 weeks since i returned n still getting charged for tolls, why ?? The truck you rent online is the one should be available!

The auto transport trailer I rented had faulty ramps they fell off as I was driving car up. Luckily no one hurt or equipment damaged but the ramps need to have a better mechanism to ensure they don't pop out as a car is being driven up

The reps were good, the wait time was minimal, but the truck was old with the check engine light on and it felt like it was going to stall when I started it. It also was a gas guzzler, I drove less than ten miles but had to put in about 3 gallons to refill it to the same level.

The Staff person present on the day of my reservation which was on the weekend and is always a very busy morning was working alone and she handled the long line of customers with such professionalism and curtisy she was phenomenal 👏🏾

It took me 40-50 mins to rent out a cargo van. People are not friendly. very poor service. hostile behavior. vehicle dented and thrashed. Worst maintained Uhaul I've rented ever. The battery got discharged, and I was stranded on the road for 4 hours for this crap. Such a shame for Uhaul this location.

The experience was good , the only thing I would recommend is to take sure the trucks are mechanically good, the truck I rented had breaking issues and whining noises from the front of the truck

This place is a scam I filled up the gas to exactly where I received it and they still charged me for gas .

Check engine came on and the vehicle was not properly prepared for pickup. There was iced up snow about and inch thick on the windshield. How am I supposed to remove it. I did after hours pickup. The person on the phone Kasha, was very pleasant and helpful.

It's been awhile since I rented a truck and was a little out of sorts. The customer service person was calm and reassuring as I had some difficulty with the process of texting emails etc. She had actually made the process easy to understand I left smiling.

I reserve a truck utilizing self-tour; yet still spent over an hour to get the keys for a van. Vans were not clean neither tidy. Gas was on EMPTY as I drove off the lot. Staff were ghetto!

The check in process is horrendous. We are forced to use an app instead of getting help from the staff that is there. This makes not sense. And WAY too expensive compared with competitors in the same area. The facility looks like it's falling apart. Your competitors actually take care of their locations. Just an awful experience.

I mean in general, I appreciate any store be opened early and closing late. Moving in or out is a very big deal, so having a store always available when the customers are is always going to be ideal.

It took 3 weeks to get a card to gain access in..It was horrible that i had too experience this to get to my property. Wasted my time..

The people at customer service are very nasty, in a way very discriminating towards the Spanish, that was the feeling I experienced. Two times I ask that I need a storage in a ground floor because I couldn't lift heavy stuffed and the first time was given to me but the second time they refused because I didn't come with the rented car, even though I had expended over three thousand in rents at you company..

The customer service was incredible BUT, the storage facility was not great. You had to climb a ladder to add heavy items into the top storage level. This facility needs to be updated asap.

The cost for such small and somewhat discomforting. a room was way above the average cost I transfered to a storage room almost twice as big for $75 a month less with a building nicer and cleaner and more hrs...

The place had no stairs and I risked my life climbing stairs that was very unstable I was told by the 800 number that I would get a ground floor storage room for my heavy wheels and of course I was lied to like my previous rentals in New Jersey this was once a good company but my last two rentals make me rethink my business with them

I've been a uhaul customer for close to 40yrs., this is by far THE WORST MANAGED and Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Will never use Uhaul AGAIN, they lost a Good Customer!
